Gianni was helpful from the moment we booked our stay with him right up until leaving. We booked after some last minute flight changes, and Gianni's welcome made me wish we could have spent more time in Naples at the B&B. Having only stayed one night, the impact of the team was wonderful. Gianni helped by making sure our early taxi was booked and gave some wonderful recommendations for late food, and Lina stayed late to let us check in after a train journey from Naples. The B&B is two minutes away from the metro and is easy to navigate by train, especially with Gianni's helpful tips. Would definitely recommend.

B&B Colori e Note provides an ideal base for Naples. The property's location is perfect for those looking to be within walking distance of the city's attractions while being slightly removed from the chaos and noise of the central district. Also the property is a convenient three-minute walk from the Materdei metro station. We never felt unsafe walking in the neighborhood, even in the evenings.
The room itself was clean and well-appointed with plentiful hot water in the shower. Every day the room was cleaned by the housekeeper, which was welcome after a day of sightseeing.
In addition to these attributes, the best reason for staying here is the owner, Gianni. He's upbeat and friendly and enjoys engaging with his guests. Since Gianni takes great pride in his property and city, he wants his guests to experience the best of Naples. Upon arrival, Gianni enthusiastically pointed out places of interest on a city map, including nearby restaurant recommendations. Fortunately, the city's best pizzeria, Starita, is a quick five-minute walk from the property. A highlight each morning was talking with Gianni in the breakfast room over delicious cakes, coffee, juice and yoghurt. Soccer, we learned, is his passion, and he fervently supports his hometown Napoli club. We learned many things about Naples and Italy from Gianni that enhanced our visit. He's a great ambassador. I cannot say enough about this accomodation and recommend it without hesitation.

The property was very well maintained, the host Gianni was super friendly, he gave the best service I have ever had. Right from suggesting best places to visit, to making our room super well to give us comfort by the time we reached. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to book a room near materdei in Naples

Interesting, friendly B&B in historic neighborhood

I am a single traveller and was given a beautiful bright room overlooking the communal garden. All the decoration and facilities were new and the room was very quiet and pleasant. The owner was lovely and the property is within easy walking distance of the old city centre. Thoroughly recommended!

Charming B&B

A little hard to find, but worth it. Our host, Antonio, was friendly, spoke good English, and was very helpful with everything we asked him, whether it was tram schedules or finding a good place to eat. His B & B has a musical theme and each room’s decor is centered around a music icon. Very charming and fun. The breakfast room provides a variety of pastries, cereal and snacks as well as juice, coffee and yogurt and it stays open late so you can sleep in if you want. It’s very close to the inter-city Metro tram system making getting around the city very affordable. We highly this B&B.

very lovely place to stay

The b&b was clean and comfortable. Bed was very comfortable and room very spacious. It is an older building, but still everything worked and was clean. Plus a different decor which made stay interesting. Great location, quiet neighbourhood and 2 minutes walk from metro station. Antonio, the owner, was lovely and very helpful. I would stay here again.

Fantastic B n B right by Materdei Metro Station

Antonio was a perfect host. Breakfasts were nice and pastries fresh and warm each morning. Rooms were themed, cute and interesting. Clean and tidy and only a few minutes walk to Materdei metro station.

The B&B is located 10-15 minutes walk from the main museum. Had trouble with shower, low pressure. Served basic breakfast, the orange juice was pretty good.

Perfectly located close to the subway.
Nice neighbourhood and the rooms are very clean.
The best thing is Gianni who runs the B&B.
Welcoming and gave us many tips on what to do and see. Always keen on checking in on us.

Struttura vicina alla fermata della metro Mater Dei, ma il centro è facilmente raggiungibile anche a piedi.
Una menzione speciale alla simpatia e alla gentilezza di Gianni che con la sua disponibilità ha reso il nostro soggiorno indimenticabile. Ritorneremo!
