Convenient location for many of the sites in the historical center of Naples, with an inner courtyard which offers a quiet respite from the hustle and bustle of the city. The quirky design features were also a nice change from the typical hotel, although the art and color schemes might not appeal to everyone.

The property itself was lively. Bright and clean. The dining area was very pleasant as was the decor throughout. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only real downside was the area around the hotwl, which was dirty and very smelly. There was rubbish everywhere. Quite off-putting. It wasn't just that street, all the streets around that area were the same. Lots of graffiti. Naples could be a beautiful city, but it needs to clean up its act.

Super friendly staff, always at your disposal, clean rooms and amenities, not to forget the very practical location of the hotel to start your visit of the historical center (only 250 m away) and it’s proximity to all tourist facilities:

- Piazza Dante around the corner
- Hop-on hop-off bus station
- Tour busses to various locations incl. Pompei, Herculaneum, the Amalfi coast, …

All the above will make your stay in Naples one to remember and to repeat!

A very sweet hotel, a little hard to find but Naples is very busy and can be confusing in general so can’t really blame the hotel. Breakfast was pretty good and in a light and airy room and they also have a sweet terrace outside (if it’s not too hot). The quad room we ordered wasn’t what we got but the staff member helped separate the beds for us so kids can each have a bed, just a bit disappointing after a long day of travel to have to deal with it being a different room than I thought we were getting, they apparently have different quad room configurations so the photo on Expedia is not necessarily what you’re getting. Also keep in mind the air conditioning is not like in the USA, it’s not quite as strong in the rooms or in any other places in Naples.

Every staff member I came across was absolutely wonderful. Answered every question I had and helped us navigate the city. I will absolutely be coming back here. Great for family’s, spacious rooms, breakfast was delicious. Location may look a little scary at first but after you check in and meet the people of Naples you’ll be put at ease.

Although this hotel is fairly basic it was ideal for what we needed -a one night stay before moving on to other areas. Its central location was ideal.
Good selection at breakfast on a buffet style.
Water hot & plentiful.
Only major complaint was that a dog was barking incessantly from early hours of the morning & woke us all up. We appreciate this was not the hotels fault but never the less very irritating!!

Hotel was fun and cute but street noise was terrible. We were facing the street and could not sleep with all the horns all night. Location looked scary at first but walking around seemed ok. Front desk was helpful. Breakfast was not good. Warm spoiled milk was put out.

A gem in the city

This hotel is located just a few minutes from the metro station which is very handy for getting around. The reception staff throughout our stay were very welcoming friendly & helpful. Our room was quite big, clean & comfortable. There is a breakfast buffet available each morning, a lot of stuff not to my liking but others may enjoy this. This is in no way a negative against the hotel as we really enjoyed our stay

The location is excellent, right off Piaza Dante. The staff was amazing - very friendly and eager to help. Breakfast included fresh fruit, excellent coffee, fresh pastries, cereal, egg, juice - the best we encountered so far in Italy. We would definitely return to this hotel.

Really pleased with the location as it was near the Dante Piazza. But not on the busy road. The rooms were clean but we discovered that by talking at a normal level in our room, resulted in our neighbours reverting to using implements to bang loudly in our wall several times. So I would suggest bringing earplugs just in case. The breakfast was adequate, but I recommend their cappuccino coffee.. The staff were helpful and friendly and were happy to book us in slightly earlier than expected, as our room was ready early. All in all I would say value for money!

Breakfast is good and the courtyard rooms quiet.
The only slight criticism is that information in the rooms is limited and as it’s not necessary to go through reception we missed out on ‘things to do’

Beautiful artsy hotel in the heart of Naples, yet quiet and peaceful inside. The hotel staff was very accomodating, helpful. and professional. The rooms are clean with great decore, and outdoor terrace is super cute and perfect to hang out at. The complimentary breakfast and 24/7 coffee were yummy and offered great selection. We loved the origibal aqueduct on the hotel and volcanic rock walls

This hotel is a great place to stay in Naples. It's easily accessible from the main train station via public transportation (near the Dante metro stop). It has plenty of amenities, and the staff is very friendly & welcoming. The layout is a bit unique - my room was in a separate building from the check-in desk - but not particularly confusing.

I only stayed for one night, and didn't try the provided breakfast, but it's nice that it's offered. I was also able to store my luggage at the hotel after check-out, which was helpful, as my train didn't leave until late afternoon. The hotel is off of a pretty busy thoroughfare, but I didn't have any problems with noise. I would definitely recommend checking it out if you're staying in Naples.

Great, cool, budget hotel in an ideal location for the historical centre and most of the main tourist attractions. All of the staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The night receptionist even showed us the ancient aquaduct under the hotel!

Stairs to bathroom were dreadful.

I don’t know how older people would stay at this hotel.The stairs creaked and it was an impossible situation as I had a very sore foot.Dirt in the corners of the room.Not very clean at all.

The hotel itself was beautiful, close to the beachfront and with lovely bedroom extras including much appreciated bottles of water, a coffee pod machine and fresh milk. Breakfast, too, was one of plenty with table service and a smile from all.

Most exceptional, however, were the staff, all of whom demonstrated consistently excellent standards of customer service and general friendliness. In particular, one staff member walked home for us after midnight to get us toothpaste to borrow as we’d forgotten ours!! - a kind of general kindness that cannot be measured. I would definitely return.

Searched for a specific location in Naples on Expedia. When we arrived we were told the hotel we booked and paid for was actually somewhere completely different. Not sure if this an Expedia issue or the hotel but it was awful. We had had a long day and loved the area we booked, to then be told we were staying somewhere else was very disappointing. Please fix it.

The rooms have interconnecting doors and extremely poor sound proofing so we could hear people in next room on phone, sneezing, 8n shower etc.
Also due to lack of sound proofing could hear people in breakfast area (there were 2 other rooms before this area) and in the corridor.
Also could hear gate slamming (hotel is in a shared courtyard) and shops shutters opening and closing.
On our last day before we left our room wasn't serviced even though we put sign out for it to be done.

We were welcomed to the hotel at the start of a very pleasant stay. The cleaning staff even realised we were celebrating a birthday and left a cake and candle ! The room was spacious and the bed a proper king size. Being only minutes from the metro was a bonus. Would certainly recommend this to anyone visiting Naples.

Rooms are a bit dated, bed very comfortable but pillows were awful!

Exceeds My Expectation!

The comfort level of this boutique hotel certainly exceeds our expectation and the hot breakfast in the morning is delicious. Tucked away in a small side street at be a blessing as quieter and we had a restful night. Just a couple of metro station away from Napoli Central Station, we walked once and it took 20-25 minutes. Overall a 4+.

Ok - but no airport shuttle

Hotel Corerra was ok. It was pretty clean and the hotel staff was nice, wi-fi worked well. It didn't seem like a very safe area, but I think that's kind of Naples, and we didn't have anything happen. The one thing I think that should be noted is that they DO NOT have a free airport shuttle. The whole reason we booked this hotel was because hotels.com said they offered an airport hotel shuttle and when we got there and asked about it they said they did not, but they could get us a taxi. Thankfully we were able to get the same car service we'd been using throughout our trip and got to the airport fine. Future customers should just know this is a service they don't provide.

We would recommend staying here!

Great location five minute walk to Dante Train Station and the arch entrance to old town. Very quiet, for clean large room, serviced each day, air conditioning was good, wifi strong, water pressure was good, very helpful & friendly staff.
Starita has great pizza and just 10 min walk from hotel. Taxi from airport is set at 19€ (We received this info from the airport information desk). The first taxi tried charging us 30€. Ask before getting in!

I'm not sure I would ever want to go back to Naples but if I do, I would stay here again. Staff were so kind and accomodating. The hotel is gorgeous and unusual, built on the remains of an old factory with an ancient aquaduct that you can explore. Room was colorful and fun.

Hotel full of Artsy character near Old Town

We based ourselves here for 5 days of exploring the Neapolitan peninsula. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. The rooms were clean, comfortable and colorful. Breakfast was good. The wi fi worked well in the reception and breakfast areas, but not in our room.

This hotel is great value, easily accessible from Napoli Centrale by metro to Dante station. Our room was comfortable and quite large with a balcony overlooking the street, bathroom was like a loft up a flight of stairs. Breakfast was good, a few hot items such as scrambled eggs, etc, as well as typical continental fare. Besides drip coffee the staff will make you expresso or capuccino. We stayed 4 nights and would stay here again if returning to Naples.

Hotel is located close to museums, especially the archeological museum, shopping, restaurants. It is on a narrow side street, so there is less street noise, but this street is quite dark in the evenings.
The decor of the hotel is modern and somewhat eclectic, with bright, primary colors. The corridor leading to the room was dark, even during the day. Additional lights should be installed in the corridor.

Clean practical hotel

Large, bright, Spacious room with mezzanine floor for children.
Basic breakfast set up but plenty of food and a good variety.
