Good option in decent location
The staff at the hotel was very helpful, with baggage and helping coordinate our travels. Location was great to see some impressive churches and get a flavor for some of the best Neapolitan food. The hotel itself felt very safe, with several locked doors. Breakfast was easy with a great selection.

What a beautiful boutique hotel in the middle of Napoli attractions. Quick 10 min walk to Napoli Centrale Train Station and short 2-5 min walk to Line 1 and 2 Metro lines. Great Service. Try the spa with the Salt room, steam and sauna and hydro massage pool…so good reset after a long flight! Restaurants just steps away! Perfect stay

It was hard to find because it was behind two locked gates and the taxi couldn't find the address number. Other than that, it was fine. The concierge was very helpful calling a taxi for us, and the breakfast selections were great, especially the delicious pastries!

Just terrible. The most uncomfortable, rock hard bed. Really worn out fittings. Almost no soundproofing. The bathroom was just beyond awful. The shower head has clearly never been descaled. Overpriced, massively, for what it is.

The Hotel is located near Piazza Dante and is really in the thick of it all. You walk out and are immediately surrounded by amazing bars and restaurants.
The hotel has a tiny pool. Glad it was there but really not big enough to do laps (if that was something you were considering)

The room itself if weirdly old and not updated but very very clean. The floors are so clean that it squeaks as you walk on it. I find them a tiny bit slippery.
The Bed was HARD. That was the only issue we faced. Everything else (slightly leaking shower, the AC that was too old and mad a noise when it started up didn't really bother us).

Hotel is a surprise,behind gates and cobble stones and greeted by colourful glass stained windows and statue very arty and tasteful. This is a noisy area with night life bars until 2-3am, air cond. in effective, great eating places around particularly ETTO next door. Naples rustic and grungy but the food just wonderful.

The hotel is tucked away off the street at the back of a condo or apartment complex. It’s modest but kept up well. Convenient to places of interest and a metro stop. Lots of bars, cafes and restaurants nearby. Great breakfast in the morning. Many guests like to use the outdoor area, which includes a pool. No amenities to speak of, but comfortable room.

Unbelievably incredible staff at the front desk and in the restaurant! They need a difficult beginning easy, (the airline lost our luggage! Took hours to file report, came in to the hotel late and tired), they were very accommodating, and generally cared about their guests. Very helpful!!!

Incredibly beautiful place in the middle of historic center of Napoli. A perfect example of a boutique hotel. The staff was sooooo kind and friendly and very competent too. The place is beautiful, the pool is beautiful.

Must start off with the entire staff were amazing!!! Extremely accommodating and breakfast was delicious and fresh everyday (everything made daily including pastries). The room was good, a little dark and AC was a little weak. Water pressure was perfect. Suggestion - please add hair conditioner. Right outside of hotel, your choice of bars and eateries. We definitely recommend this place and will return when we go back to Naples.

This hotel is a peaceful escape in the busy centro historic district. excellent location, room was spacious, very safe (area is safe) lots of food and coffee close by. Staff was helpful. This is a small boutique hotel. Do not expect some grand entrance and large open floor plan. Is beautifully Italian, with art and furnishings that reflect this.

Have to go thru 2 security doors and hotel is back in a courtyard. My room was nice, the bed and pillows were comfortable. My only complaint is the cheap, worn out hairdryer that had no air blowing out, only heat.

This hotel is right in the museum district a quick walk to 2 metro stations and the Spanish Quarter. There are many fantastic restaurants and bars within a block of the hotel. We stayed one night while on the way from Rome to Capri and this was a fantastic base to see some of the Castles and Museums and have fantastic Pizza, Aperitifs.

This must be the friendliest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The staff were welcoming and incredibly helpful.
When you arrive there’s not much to see, just a sign from the street but inside is a courtyard and a beautiful oasis of calm.

Great location, great set up for third-floor rooms, great breakfast. Service was hit and miss. Room itself was fine, but not luxurious. Pool/patio is nice bonus.

Stayed twice in just over a week, bookending an organized tour of Campania and Amalfi. Hotel is a little difficult to find on first arrival but is set back from the road through gates (and second gates!) making it a little piece of tranquility (and safety) although very close to the North end of the historic area of Naples. Rooms as described on the web site and staff (front desk and breakfast) very friendly. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU ARE GAY/QUEER. The owners of this hotel are homophobic, and made a disparaging remark to me and my date. After dinner we (two males) wanted to pop into my room to get a jacket before we went out for a drink. The male night staff would not give me my key until my guest left. They said it was against their \"rules\" for two men to be in one hotel room. It was utterly humiliating. While my friend waited on the street, I immediately checked out. We moved to another hotel. Moreover, the room was shabby, there was mold in the shower, and the WiFi didn't work. The female staff during the day were generally friendly.

Off a private courtyard in a vibrant part of old Naples, this hotel is a quiet oasis. Our room was spotless and in good condition, but it was a little dark. Breakfast choice was plentiful, but the scrambled eggs and bacon were always cold. We asked if the room safe could be fixed, but it wasn’t during our stay, although the hotel was happy to put our valuables in their main safe. The staff were pleasant & helpful.

When I had a taxi arranged for 4:30 AM, a very sweet man named Pietro working the night desk made me fresh coffee, called for the cab, kept me company. We had a lovely conversation about Naples and he gave me many ideas for my next trip to southern Italy. The hotel is a hidden gem with a nice pool, wish i had brought my suit! Stayed on a Saturday night. Hotel was in a perfect location in the older part of the city with many of the most famous pizza places. Lovely, clean room with a large balcony window, perfect to sit at while taking your morning coffee. Breakfast is provided by the hotel, and we were able to take it upstairs and sit on the cute rooftop patio.
Staff was very helpful in calling cabs and providing suggestions for places to visit. We were able to leave our bags with the concierge for both ends of our trip while exploring the city.

Greeted with a professional but not a warm reception. Cool and reserved. Never told us about breakfast service., Our departure experience at 3:30 am was entirely different. Pietro brought our luggage down and even offered us an expresso. There was however no lift. So it was up 3 flights of marble. This fact should be mentioned in description of hotel. For anyone with knee or back problems, suggest different hotel. Location perfectly in center of Napoli. Only 10 minutes to airport ( at 3:45 am)

The hotel offers a quiet and secure enclave of peace and beauty in the midst of a lively neighborhood with many restaurants and cafes just outside its gates. Our room was lovely and comfortable, breakfast was extensive and well-presented, actually the best continental breakfast we have had in our travels. The staff were helpful in making arrangements for taxis and offered advice about logistics. I only hope that we can return sometime soon!

We did enjoy our stay but not as much as we expected. The layout is very confusing, especially on first arrival with a labyrinth of gated entrances to navigate without any instruction. First find an out of reach doorbell to get buzzed in, than figure out how to walk to reception with your bags, and which door to enter, etc, with no signs for direction anywhere. Also, I feel that a hotel with a \"4 star\" rating should ALWAYS have an elevator and this one does not. We were on the 3rd floor so carrying bags etc can get a bit tiresome. The tiny TV (more like a small computer monitor) was supposed to include SKY TV but since no-one could get it to work, we were told the reason was that it was Pay Per View only. But we did get about 50 channels of Italian infomercials which were funny for a minute. Breakfast was excellent with high quality cakes, pastries and some hot items and excellent servers and cappucini. The people were very nice, but all in all I just don't think it serves the 4 star rating, without some updating and refurbishment.

The location of this hotel is lovely. It's at the back of a courtyard. Once through the door there is a courtyard garden and a small pool which is a bonus. We are a family of 4 and spent 4 nights in Naples. We chose The Hotel Constantinopoli for our base (About 10 euro taxi ride to train station and you can walk to the Archeological Museum). It’s in the historic center which is funky but totally trashy.
We arranged it this way so we could visit Pompeii, the Archaeological Museum, a day trip to Capri, and enjoy some unwinding time in the hotel pool.
Despite alternating rain and pounding sunny days, all our plans pretty much worked out.
However, since the Hotel Constantinopoli has an (un-advertised on Expedia) 11am-7pm limit in the pool, you basically hardly get to use it if you are out sightseeing for the day or miss out on pool time due to it raining between 4-7 which happened to us. Then when my daughter went for a dip at 7:45pm a staff person came out to say get out of the pool. I had to beg/whine for her to get 5 minutes of swimming. Look, for $500 a day for 2 rooms I shouldn’t have to beg for swimming in broad daylight. Also, the pool is tiny and is in an atrium surrounded by buildings and a car park. Otherwise the hotel was ok and the breakfast passable. The front desk staff was otherwise friendly and helpful.
Still, I recommend you Save your money and do a single night in Naples. Go to the Archaeological Museum first day, then stroll the historic area and eat in a pizzeria. Beautiful boutique hotel
We stayed as a family of four, in two separate rooms, on a trip from the UK. Hotel is set back from a busy street in Naples Old Town. Fabulous location, near main Piazzas and 10-15 minute walk down to the Castle and Port area. Hotel is beautiful with ornate stained-glass front combined with modern, contemporary design. The continental breakfast was good and there is a lovely terrace area where you can eat breakfast. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and well-appointed with good air conditioning and minibar. Pool is small but good for such a central location and the kids loved it. Would definitely stay here again.

AC in Not good !
We went July 6th-17th , and if we could have changed hotels we would have as the site says they have AC when if fact it barely works! 86 degrees is not ac! We sweat all day sightseeing then ALL Night in our room. The bed was like a board but then they don't use box springs in Italy. When we and others complained about the hot rooms we were told it was hot at the front desk as well. Leaving the window open was not and option if you want peace and quiet either. ceiling fans would be our suggestion.

A hidden gem. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful. Good breakfasts. Wish they had provided a wee bit more information on how to get into the court yard and which part of the court yard one should go to, to gain access into the property. Once you figured that out it was a snap. Short walk to the Metro and the historical museum (really awesome).

The room decor was a little tired but our visit was spoilt by very rowdy noise coming from the bars below our room which carried on until 3.00am ! Be sure to book a room that is not backing onto this street ( our room was No 309 )

Great hotel but time for a refresh!
This is a great hotel in a wonderful location in Naples. It's a quiet oasis in a hectic city and the rooms are clean, comfortable and the courtyard with pool is lovely. It would get near perfect marks but for the AWFUL paint colours and dated decor of the rooms. Seriously, the hotel needs a major refresh and to get rid of the pink rooms and brown bathrooms, pronto. Otherwise, the staff are nice, the beds comfy, the location is perfect.

7 nights gave an excellent week to se Naples, pompeii, Paestum etc. The city has wonderful museums and churches, but graffiti covers every surface everywhere, and the traffic is terrifying!

The only drawback was that the hotel was in a bad area. Apparently it’s near the university, and the students think it’s great fun to cover the buildings, whether businesses or churches, whether open or closed, with graffiti. The result is something that looks like Harlem in the ‘60s, or all of NYC during the Dinkins mayoralty.
The hotel itself was nice, the staff helpful, and the breakfast good. Some of the rooms have balconies that overlook the courtyard. There is a pool that’s not big enough for laps, but is a nice area to cool off in.

The check in at the hotel was good but than we found out that there was no hot water in the room.#209 and in our second room #205.
We went down to the reception and they said that they have a problem and they know about it.
This was at the first night of our stay and in the last night again the same problem.
We paid 3 night and had hot water in only one night !
This is unacceptable.
The manager did not offer any solution, discount or a compensation.
When we checked out they mantion that the parking is 20 euro per night (total 60 euro) and they offer us the parking free because of the water problem.
this is a shame .
We had only one car for the two rooms.
We paid 270 euro plus city tax per nights And they offer us 30 euro discount each room for all stay.
Unacceptable!!!
The discount should be 25% per night with no hot water and we had 2 nights like this.
We ask expedia to return 25%×2 nights for each room.

Nice hotel with good breakfast and helpful staff. Only downfalls were the shower had a mind of its own sometimes scolding hot or freezing cold and there was a lack of bar service we only saw the bar menu once. Bed was really comfy and breakfast service and quality was excellent. Also great location.

If you are looking to stay in the historic centre of Naples, no doubs, The Costantinopoli 104 will be the best location. The owner Clélia and her team (Alexandra & Barbara in particular at the desk) were so kind, helpful and dedicated. To have a pool in town makes a real difference, can you imagine after your breakfast on the terrace, enjoying the pool, then walking 5/7 min to visit the Archeologic museum. Many good restaurants are less than 3 min walk from the hotel, but I suggest to rent a scooter for an entire \"dolce vita\" style!

In a very busy student area with a million buzzing bars and probably the best restaurant in Naples but tucked into a quiet little corner. The staff did everything we asked of them and more.

The Constantinopoli 104 is centrally located in a delightful neighborhood on Piazza Bellini and near the Archaeological Museum. The site was an ideal starting point for walks and a fine spot for finding evening meals. The accommodations were splendid: interesting and comfortable spaces, good breakfasts and very helpful staff.

Nice hotel that is an oasis of calm in a very hectic city. Very close to the Naples Archaeological Museum. I used it as a base to explore Vesuvius, Pompeii and Herculaneum; train station to those is a 20 minute walk. I had a roof terrace room which was very pleasant. Breakfast is good, especially if you have a sweet tooth. My room smelt slightly damp though and needs updating. The advertised swimming pool doesn't actually allow bathing! I thought the reception staff were slightly hit and miss with regards to helping with excursions and ended up arranging everything myself. I'd recommend this hotel to a friend bit not the city of Naples itself.

OVO celebrates Neapolitan craftsmanship with approximately one thousand hand-painted tiles, replicating the ancient designs found in historic cloisters and houses.
The large canvas featuring Lele the elephant, a creation of architect Massimiliano Lombardi, adds a touch of whimsy to the space. Local artist Luca Davino, inspired by his travels, has adorned our walls with four dreamy watercolors capturing the spirit of Naples.
Our passion for design extends to carefully chosen furnishings, including the iconic Maralunga sofa, Hay chairs, Nessino and Dalù lamps, and a vintage Neapolitan toilet, all complementing the two antique Tuscan chests.
