WIthout wanting to give a bad review as the man is helpful and friendly and a great guy, the fact it is called B&B Miralia with no breakfast is misleading. Be prepared to share a bathroom although we had our own toilet. I forgot to bring our extension cable and tehre was just one plug in our room. However, you are in the heart of Naples so dont expect 4 star.

Completely misleading listing
I had so many issues with my stay here, I can't fit it all into this space. The main one was that I booked a family room with four single beds and got two single beds wedged into a tiny room (no space between or either side of the beds). This room doesn't appear on any of the listings (photo attached). The shared toilet and shower aren't mentioned on the listing. My check in and check out times were changed on the day short notice. They say they offer toiletries but don't. I was never offered the breakfast they claim to provide. There was also a resident cockroach in my room. The whole establishment is run down. It would be absolutely fine for travelers looking for something basic, but the misleading information here made for a terrible stay.

It’s like an oven here in the summer.
We are a family with 2 teens and booked for a 4nt stay in July. We got the quad room facing the street, which was extremely busy thoroughfare at night. If the windows were closed, the noise from outside was ok. Problem was that the room had no fan or ac (which we’d neglected to notice when we booked) and it was stifling hot like an oven especially at night. With the windows open it was slightly better but the noise made it impossible to sleep. After 2nts we forfeited the rest of our booking and paid for alternative accommodation.
Also these are rooms in the owner’s house and we had to go through his living area to get to our room and to the shared bathroom. Kinda awkward.

Francamente posso solo parlare bene del BeB Miraglia in quanto la posizione è ottima in pieno centro storico dove appena si esce dal portone si è in mezzo ai locali \"veramente belli\" in struttura si alcuni angoli delle camere e del bagno possono essere un po' datati ma la pulizia non manca! Poi ho trovato il Signor Omar in struttura! Cordialissimo e gentilissimo! Sempre presente e mette in ogni occasione a proprio agio!

Situato in pieno centro storico, questo bed and breakfast è l ideale per chi intende soggiornare a basso costo a Napoli in un alloggio da cui poter raggiungere a piedi molte delle attrazioni principali della città. Aspetti invece meno positivi sono la presenza di due soli bagni (dei quali solo uno dotato di doccia) da condividere con tutti gli ospiti del b&b, assenza di aria condizionata o ventilatori per rinfrescare le stanze in estate e mancanza di ascensore per arrivare al secondo piano ove è ubicata la struttura.

La camera singola a me assegnata è ricavata da un ampio ripostiglio adibita a stanza. La sicurezza di quest'ultima è affidata a due gancini a vite ed un mini lucchetto. Unico bagno per circa 06/08/10 ospiti.

There was a cockroach in one bathroom, and my room didn't have a window or air conditioning, with 35 degree celsius, it was unbearable. There was dust everywhere and trash left by a previous guest (e.g. water bottle under the bed). It is located really good, but the stay was horrible.

El peor hotel de Nápoles
Por un retraso del vuelo llegamos a las 6 am para descansar hasta las 11 y dejar la habitación. Nos dijeron que habían cancelado la reserva sin avisarnos y que no podíamos entrar (sin devolver nada del dinero). Cuando nos quejamos mágicamente apareció una habitación disponible, nos pidieron pagar una tasa y pedimos ver dónde ponía que de 5 a 11 am teníamos que pagar ese precio (no aparecía en ningún lado, ellos juran que sí pero sólo salen otros tramos horarios). Empezó a gritarnos y a burlarse de nosotras en italiano (dicen que hablan varios idiomas pero realmente sabía alguna palabra en español y todo lo demás italiano) y nos echó del hotel. También dicen en varios sitios que el desayuno está incluido y allí nos dijeron que no. Anotan las reservas manualmente en un libro, pudiendo manipular cualquier información. Es cierto que no llegamos a ver ninguna habitación pero el hotel en sí es nefasto, la recepción es una habitación propia dentro del hotel donde duerme el recepcionista, lo que vimos estaba sucio y mal cuidado. Un trato horrible, muy poco humano y por supuesto muy poco profesional. Nos tuvimos que quedar 2 chicas de 18 años a las 6 am en una zona que no inspira mucha seguridad.
Fuimos a la policía a denunciar este trato y no nos hicieron caso porque solo hablan italiano.
Por favor, si estáis planteandoos venir a este hotel no lo hagáis, es mejor invertir algo más de dinero, estar en una zona más segura y con mejor ambiente.

L'hébergeur ne m'a pas attribué la chambre que j'avais réservée ! Je me suis retrouvée dans une chambre borgne de 9 m2 alors que j'aurais dû en avoir une beaucoup plus spacieuse et avec une fenêtre. Après une tentative de discussion avec lui, il n'a jamais rien voulu entendre et a été particulièrement déplaisant !
Je déconseille fortement cet hébergement qui toutefois est bien situé dans le centre historique !

Le séjour à été horrible, l'établissement est salle, on ne peut pas marcher autrement qu'avec des chaussures, je pense que la serpillère n'a jamais été passé dans les chambre, les murs sont sales, les lits de camps sont inconfortables et les draps ne sont pas spécialement propre non plus... Très mauvaise expérience je n'avais encore jamais vue un B&B dans un tel état et en plus l'hôte veut nous faire payer des frais de ménage que lui même ne fait jamais... A aucun moment il est mentionné le fait que l'on est une salle de bain commune ainsi que les toilettes, il n'y a pas de petit déjeuner alors que celui est indiqué contrairement la salle de bain commune

Les propriétaires sont très gentils, il s'agit en fait d'une maison d'hôtes. Ce n'est pas climatisé il fait très chaud dans les chambres. Tout est très propre et en plein centre ville. Non è la prima volta che vengo a soggiornare presso questa struttura e devo dire che sono molto gentili, premurosi, disponibili ed ospitali. Addirittura quest'ultima volta mi hanno dato la camera più grande e più bella, con letto matrimoniale, più letto singolo, nonostante fossi da sola. Lo consiglio

Cominciamo dalle cose positive, la posizione, il prezzo è la cortesia dei proprietari. Passiamo alle note dolenti. Io parlo per la mia sistemazione, cioè una singola. Le camere fanno parte dell'appartamento dei proprietari, nel mio caso la singola è ricavata in uno spazio di 1,5x3 metri e fin qui si potrebbe soprassedere. Quello che lascia interdetti sono le condiizioni della stanza, che farebbero ribrezzo anche ad un detenuto del 41 bis. La porta è larga meno di 50cm, le pareti sono rivestite di cartapesta, l'impianto elettrico in canaline esterne, l'arredamento sembra preso da una discarica abusiva, l'armadio sono dei chiodi infilati nei muri, il tutto in uno stato di degrado da ribrezzo, senza considerare il cattivo odore che si sente in questa specie di ripostiglio. Se vi serve una singola evitatelo. Ah, il bagno è in comune, la colazione... Lasciamo perdere, fatela al bar, seguite il mio consiglio.

la posizione è comoda e centrale e la gestione gentile, ma si trova a un secondo piano senza ascensore e la struttura è davvero fatiscente e piccola. La stanza \"singola\" è il ripostiglio, senza finestra , davvero improponibile! Tutto è vecchio e non restaurato, molto triste.

The same lanterns that illuminate Rua Catalana, the street of Neapolitan blacksmiths, grace our interiors, designed by the imaginative architect Riccardo Dalisi. Crafted by Ciro Pepe, these unique lanterns, along with a striking iron safety pin and other bespoke metalwork, add character throughout the house.
Alessandro and Gennaro created the inviting kitchen and comfortable solid wood beds, ensuring guests enjoy both aspects of our 'bed and breakfast' experience. OVO celebrates Neapolitan craftsmanship with approximately one thousand hand-painted tiles, replicating the ancient designs found in historic cloisters and houses.
The large canvas featuring Lele the elephant, a creation of architect Massimiliano Lombardi, adds a touch of whimsy to the space. Local artist Luca Davino, inspired by his travels, has adorned our walls with four dreamy watercolors capturing the spirit of Naples.
Our passion for design extends to carefully chosen furnishings, including the iconic Maralunga sofa, Hay chairs, Nessino and Dalù lamps, and a vintage Neapolitan toilet, all complementing the two antique Tuscan chests. Every detail has been meticulously considered, reflecting the essence of our name, OVO (egg).
