The rooms are generous and location is great. Located in a sports complex with training pool and gym.

Services though a little lacking. You get soap and a haicap only. Even though 2 people per room we got only 1 to owel and had to ask for more each day.

Called ahead asking for self parking.
They did not inform me it was actually valet parking only. And they also did not inform us how tricky it is to drive to the garage itself.
This is located in the historic district which is wonderful to visit, but I recommend to not drive here.

Friendly night staff!

The room was nice but cleaning could have been better (dusty corners and dirty bathroom).

This place has a great location, but its focus is as a sports centre with a hotel tagged on.

Advertised as having a swimming pool, but if you’re imagining a fun cooling dip after a days sightseeing as we were, then you will be disappointed. This is a training pool so you can use it for swimming lengths if you wear a swimming hat.

As my kids said, breakfast is mid.

Air con didn’t work in our room. We mentioned to reception and they confirmed that it wasn’t working but they wouldn’t be able to fix during our stay.

It’s fine, but I wouldn’t stay here again if I came back to Naples…

The property was centrally located. The rooms were “clean” upon first glance. The problems we had were:
1. The room had two floors with the king size bed upstairs. The a/c was not big enough for the space and the upstairs bedroom was hot especially during the day. On the last night we asked for a fan and that helped some.
2. The bathroom was very small with no counter space and shower head was broken so if you turned the water pressure full it would spray the whole bathroom and everything would be drenched.
3. The cleaning service came and only made the beds but not clean. One day we found my son’s kindle under the bed sheets of the made bed. They would also only leave one big towel for a family of 4.
4. The breakfast was fully of pastries, it needed more options. They had cereal but no milk so we would have to ask for milk from the coffee bar and they would give my kids hot milk for their cereal.
5. The pool is really not for the guests. It’s for athletes that come and train there.

Overall, I would not stay here again. It was not confortable for my family of 4.

Nice hotel in a great location

Great location to stay in as it’s close to restaurants, shops and places to see. There is a swimming pool but it is only open at certain times during the day as they use it for swimming lessons.

The room was big with a huge terrace. The bed could have been a bit bigger than the double bed.

Central location nr Monastery Santa Chiara. Really helpful and cheerful staff. The breakfast was OK but glad we took our own muesli. The swimming pool is really excellent for lap-swimmers, but note that you'll need a rubber hat and the published hours for hotel guests are quite restrictive: 11.00-13.00 and 20.00-22.00 only. Mind you, there didn't seem to be anything or anybody stopping you from swimming at other times.
Tis hotel was fantastic value and a pleasant surprise after some of the reviews I've read.

A bit soulless

A strange hotel, it seemed to be a swimming pool, gym and health centre with a hotel tacked on the side as an after thought. Our room was spacious but the air con was a bit hit and miss. We had a lovely large balcony but no furniture on it so it wasn’t useable. The room had so much glazing to keep the temperature down the curtains had to be kept closed. Whilst a good location it was prone to a bit of noise late at night. Naples itself is full of graffiti and litter and the area around the hotel was no different. Breakfast was really poor - one cup of coffee free any extra had to be paid for, food selection wasn’t good either. The guy serving coffee in the morning was friendly but one of the receptionists was very rude and didn’t really want to help us when the air con stopped working. The other receptionists seemed friendly enough. Gym was good. Would probably look to stay elsewhere if returning to Naples but only because it was a bit soulless.

This is a wonderful hotel for people who like to keep to their exercise regimes. It has an excellent lap pool and gym.

The only defect in an otherwise delightful room was that the heavy shower-head flew off upon first use, clattering on the floor. I am lucky it did not hit me on the head.

Stay was wonderful. Really an athletic club with rooms to rent. It was nice to be close to workout rooms, equipment, and pool. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Realize the staff and front door has athletic club hours instead of hotel. They did have a guard around after hours (starting around 2100) to open the door.

Great hotel great experience, needs a few tweaks.

The hotel is good, clean and with a full size short length pool (25m) which we liked, although we had restrictions on the times we could use it, Which were NOT advertised on the site.
The downstairs shower leaked so badly at the faucet that it was useless, although this was reported it was NOT fixed.
The kitchen was non-functional. Although there was fully functional induction hob, there was no pans we could use. We could not even boil water to make tea or coffee as there was NO kettle provided either. Equally there were NO plates of any kind provided, although there were 4 glasses, 4 cups and cutlery to match. So it was only good for eating a take-away meal on paper plates and drinking water.
Other than that the staff were really very helpful, even though relatively few of them, one or two, spoke anything other than Italian.

Very good hotel with prime location

The room is pretty great it’s big and has 2 floors , the only downside is that the stairs to the second floor are pretty “high” and might be bit dangerous, we stayed with a baby and got a baby crib also, the hotel has convenient parking as well

Modern hotel in great location

We enjoyed our stay at Ecomano. Big spacious rooms, though lacking tea/coffee facility which would be good. Nice A/C, lovely bathrooms - daily cleaning is a plus.
Swimming and gym on offer, though swimming at specific times as there are classes taking place. Reception were always helpful in meeting our needs.
Location is fabulous, right in the centre of the old town with lots of sites in easy walking distance and the metro just down the street.
Great service at breakfast too!

we had a very spacious maisonette which was great. Everything brand new.
The 25m pool in the middle of Naples is fabulous. (no playing around pool for children).
Fitness very big and professional.
Breakfast could be a bit more divers.

Nice fresh place in Santa Chiara

The place is new, service and respond are good. Breakfast limited but tasty and Chiro very helpful and always make sure our breakfast is enough and warm. Room is big enough for our family of 5. Place is central and easy to find taxi or hop on bus. There’s an Olympic pool and gym available

Il s’agit plutôt d’un établissement sportif plutôt qu un hôtel. Très bruyant mais surtout un manque de propreté. Salle de bain très sale. Heureusement nous y avons passé que 2 nuits en famille.

Nice hotel ….but expect worst parking experience

Nice hotel with very sweet and helpful staff.

But the parking garage has employed the worst people they can find in Italy. We (and also other guests) were ignored, spoken rudely, condescending gestures and no service.

Bonne étape. Déçu par les horaires piscine.

Emplacement top dans la vielle ville. Hotel moderne bien équipé belle piscine attention ouverte que 2 heures le matin et deux heures l’après-midi et petit déjeuner ordinaire bien que servi par un personnel accueillant.

Situation idéale pour un city trip napolitain

L’hôtel se situe dans le quartier historique de Naples, quartier central très pratique (1,8km des gares maritime et trains) , quartier très animé donc la contrepartie est le bruit ... mais cela ne nous a pas gêné.
Très belle chambre avec balcon et les installations de l’hôtel sont au top ( piscine , 3 salles de fitness extrêmement bien équipées et un sauna) le tout en accès libre et avec une grosse amplitude horaire ( 07h-22h00 en semaine !) . A l’accueil Giuseppe parle français et saura vous conseiller avec beaucoup d’amabilité.
Seul bémol le petit déjeuner pas au niveau du tout ... peu varié, juste le minimum.
Malgré cela je vous recommande cet hôtel !
