Superb stay! You can’t beat Diego’s service and hospitality. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Naples and is very modern, extremely clean, very safe and fitted with the most comfortable beds. The breakfast was also a highlight. We can’t wait to stay there again.

This has been the best accommodation I’ve stayed at at by far! Diego is an amazing host and the property is absolutely beautiful. I’ve enjoyed the breakfast that’s included and Diego is always so accommodating for other requests. He has an great recommendation list of restaurants and places to visit in Naples. I stayed here for 5 nights and would definitely stay here again for my next visit. 10/10 would recommend! You won’t be disappointed!

A wonderful stay

The host was so friendly and welcoming. We were greeted with cappuccino and pastries, although we arrived quite early. Our host even got us a small breakfast the morning we left, although we left at 6 am. The location is excellent, and the hotel itself was delightful. A true Neapolitan gem. We will definitely be coming back here. Thank you!!

Wonderful stay and host went above and beyond

Diego was an exceptional host. Contacting him before hand, he was prompt with helpful and friendly reaponses. He arranged for our off-site parking and was waiting for us and helped us with our bags when we arrived. Upon arrival, he offered us drinks as he went over the sites and some restaurant recommendations (one of which we went to and it was spectacular). The room was spacious and uniquely and nicely decorated. Really goong out of his way, one morning I informed him we would not be making breakfast as we were heading to Pompeii, and he organized breakfast for us before he normally offers it. The next mor ing also we were heading out early. and he brought us tasty bakery treats for our journey out. The location is also very central. Wonderul stay, made better by the host.

Stayed at the start of April and have to say it was one of the best hotel/b&b experiences I have had. From the moment you are greeted Diego cannot do enough for you. Be it recommending places to see or eat ( there is a fantastic pizza restaurant 5 minutes walk away and I’ve had a lot of pizza ), to helping you arrange a taxi or general travel advice. Each morning you are served a wonderful fresh breakfast. The location is fantastic with a metro again about a 5 minute walk away. I cannot recommend this place enough if you want a wonder clean stay in Naples. I will definitely be returning one day.

We had an amazing stay at La Gatta Cenerentola Rooms. The location was ideal. It was in the historic Palazzo del Forno right in the heart of Old Napoli. It was close to a metro station and walking distance to restaurants, museums, and sights. The room we had was spacious, quiet, and clean. Diego was an excellent host, making sure we were welcomed when we checked in and sent off with a heart breakfast even if we checked out at 7:00 am! We will book it again when we come back to Napoli.

Everything about this boutique hotel is wonderful. It’s spacious, clean, has a fresh and inviting decor, has an amazing daily breakfast, is close to public transport and is easy to get to anywhere you want to explore in Naples. This hotel is a calm oasis amongst the wonderful streets of Naples. Our host, Diego was amazing, and helped us with everything we needed during our stay. A gem in Napoli!

This place was better than described. Room was spacious, clean, and beautiful. Loved the little balcony that gave me a bird’s eye view of the locals and gave my stay a very authentic feel. So many restaurants and stores nearby and a VERY short walk to the metro. I was able to take a day trip to Pompeii and to Rome via the trains. Diego was extremely attentive and there was breakfast available every morning. Beautiful setup. My room was cleaned every day. There’s a lot of hustle and bustle outside the building but when you’re inside, it’s very quiet and peaceful. Really enjoyed my stay here and will definitely return, but I’ll bring my daughter along to enjoy the experience.

This stay was hands down the best my wife and I had during our travels through Europe. Diego was super friendly, helpful, kind, and made the stay care free. The rooms are huge, well decorated, and modern. Location was only a few blocks from the train station, 10min walk to the archeological museum, and 1min walk from the best pizza I’ve ever had. Diego helped make our stay in Naples(Napoli) stress free. He was so warm, accommodating and welcoming. He waited for us to arrive, carried our bags, provided us with an iron when asked, have us so much advice and good conversation, then served us a beautiful and filling breakfast with his wife. He was a true gentleman of hospitality. The location was very easy from the station, and doors were easy to access. The B&B is so modern, chic and very clean! We did not know what to expect for our first trip, but it was everything we could have dreamed of. Thank you so much Diego so such a wonderful experience. We cannot wait to visit again!

Outstanding b&b in old Neapolitan building. Diego is a great host, giving lots of information on what to see and local restaurants.
The bed was really comfortable and the room and bathroom were finished to a high quality.
Diego also arranged our taxi for a very early flight which was a great help.

Little hidden gem

We stayed here for 4 days. I was amazed at the cleanliness, wonderful service and beautifully designed room. We went to the breakfast room and were served amazing food. Its within walking distance to the metro. I would stay here agin for sure. Great pizza place 5 minutes down the road.

I highly recommend this property! The host is kind and helpful, the room is spacious and comfortable bed. There is a lovely breakfast room with included breakfast. There is also coffee, tea, beverages and wine available 24 hours for a small fee. The decor is fantastic with so many small details. A short 3 minute walk to the Metro which connects you to the main train station. A 10 minute walk to the Archaeological Museum, which I highly recommend. As a solo traveler I felt safe and welcomed. Fantastic property.

Don't judge a book by its cover, be delighted!

When we pulled up outside La Gatta, we couldn't tell what it was like as it is hidden behind huge closed doors in a 300 year old building. Diego met us downstairs.

There is a lift - great for those like us with big luggage.

What are great about La Gatta is
- Diego is an excellent host. Readily available, with good explanations of key sights, list of eateries within 4 to 20 min walk and contactable via whatsapp outside of day hours. We stayed there for 3 nights.

- Breakfast is fresh and delicious.

- Room is very big for a city room. Very comfortable, modern with cleaning every day. Brightly lit. Even though it is a 300 yr old building, Diego completely renovated the whole space to be modern, brightly lit and clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. Relatively quiet.

- Metro Mater Dei is very near via walking

- Starlita, a famous 100+ year old family owned pizzeria has DELICIOUS pizza for only 6.50 to 12 euros per pizza. Authentic Napoli pizza. Popular with Italians. Only 100m from La Gatta. We ate there twice.

- 15 min walking distance to historical centre including the excellent National Archaeological Museum with Pompeii items, famous Farnese marble statues and Egyptian mummies.

- Very local Napoli feel. This is NOT in the tourist district but a very local neighbourhood. This may not suit you if you want to be right next to lots of shops and lots of big restaurants. You will like it if you like experiencing local.

When Art is at its most comforting!

Artistic nature of the hotel helps a lot with the comfort. Also add the amazing smell to that, which is created by the high quality air freshners. This is an important factor as usually hotel rooms has this typical rather not so pleasent smell, if they don't smell old and bad. Speak of that, hotel has a very new feeling to it inside and very old outside and this contrast, enhances the comfort feeling.
Each room, lobby & the dinary has their own themes which immediately shows the amount of attention, compared to staying in a chain hotel with standard boring rooms. Furniture has been chosen with attention to details. Free Netflix on TVs.Bed is nice & firm, no bugs! Bathroom is nice and modern, airy & no sign of black mold, which such mold actually is quite common in many places.
Diego & his wife are super friendly, they were very happy to help the guests.He personally wlcomed me as I had to do a very late check-in which not many places offer. I saw him caring about every guest the same. The locking system makes the hotel very safe. Mini bar is the next level.Usually in hotels, mini bars are a way of taking advantage.But here, the prices are the same as a super market and it's based on trust, they didn't even charge me for few things I had drink.Hotel location is great, I managed to walk to all town attractions, yet train station is less than 2mins away if you wanna go even further.If you stay in a hotel closer to centre, it will be too noisy. Materdei is an instersting street.

A very comfortable and pleasant stay in a beautiful old palace now converted into individual rooms and apartments. We were very well looked after by the marvellous Diego, our host, who could not do enough for us. The decor and design is outstanding. Very good security. Great breakfast and comfortable bed. Central to the attractions and a short walk into Naples old town. Highly recommended.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour (5 nuits) chez Diego ! Il s'est montré particulièrement accueillant, souriant et bienveillant ! La Gatta Cenerentola est un lieu très finement aménagé, avec beaucoup de soin et de goût du détail. Notre chambre était très confortable, très spacieuse et très joliment décorée. La salle à manger était magnifique et le petit-déjeuner très copieux. Un espace bar est également prévu et aménagé de manière originale et confortable.
La Gatta Cenerentola est situé à quelques mètres de la Piazzetta Mater Dei, avec un accès direct au métro. C'est facile, rapide et très pratique pour partir dans toutes les directions les plus utiles. Le quartier est vivant, sans être trop bruyant, très sûr et à proximité directe de quelques bons restos (dont la célèbre pizzeria \"Starita).

Ho trascorso un piacevolissimo soggiorno nella struttura La Gatta Cenerentola rooms. Ho apprezzato tutto: dalla struttura in sé magnificamente restaurata, l'originalità dell'ispirazione tutta partenopea, l'ospitalità e la cordialità di Diego impeccabile padrone di casa. Die Zimmer und Gemeinschaftsräume sind super schön eingerichtet, in sehr gutem Zustand und sauber. Diego war ein sehr netter Gastgeber und hat mit Tipps zu Neapel und der Umgebung und bei Fragen immer weitergeholfen.
Die Unterkunft ist gut gelegen, nahe der Metro-Station Materdei, sodass man auch mal mit der Metro die Stadt erkunden kann. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt!

Wunderschönes B&B im Herzen Neapels

Die Unterkunft ist grossartig und vom Herzen zu empfehlen! Die Lage ist top, die U Bahn ist in der Nähe ( max. 10 -15 Minuten zu Fuss). Zum Flughafen sind wir mit Taxi ca. 20 Minuten gefahren, das geht schnell.
Diego ist ein toller, sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Jeden Morgen gab es ein tolles Frühstück mit frischem Kaffee, Croissants, Obst, Marmelade und frisch zubereitete Omelette!
Das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag sauber gemacht.
Wir haben unsere Aufenthalt genossen und kommen wieder!

B&B Hotel Centre Naples

Un hôtel b&b dans un ancien palais d'époque rénové avec goût. Le patron est adorable et aux petits soins avec les hôtes. Les chambres sont neuves, spacieuses et bien insonorisées. Il y a un minibar a disposition des hôtes. L'hôtel est très bien situé pour visiter les principaux sites historiques à pied et à côté d'une douche de métro. Franchement top et allez y sans hésitation.
