Our third visit to Heliotopos since 2022. We love room 33, which we always seem to get. It's comfortable, unpretentious and meets all our needs. Really comfy bed, excellent air con, good bathroom and living space. Excellent balcony area if the weather's good. You're really close to Tolo for eating, shopping and an amazing beach for swimming. There are lots of things to see and do, Napflion, Epidavros and Mycenae. The staff at Heliotopos are so welcoming and friendly throughout. They want you to have an amazing time and are so generous with breakfast. We'll hopefully be back again soon.

The room was clean and well appointed, with a great balcony that had wonderful views of the ocean and town. The rooftop pool overlooking the ocean was incredible, as we had it to ourselves a few days we were there.
The family that runs the accommodations are a sweet bunch and very friendly and helpful. My friend and I had a hiccup with our car rental, and the father was able to help us by contacting the car rental directly and also get us a discount!
There is also a lovely spread of breakfast everything morning, available for a very low additional price.
The location is also very convenient - walking distance to all the restaurants, supermarkets, and bus stop to Nafplio, while remaining very quiet.
We would definitely stay here again should we find ourselves returning to Tolo.

Free onsite parking, kitchenette, balcony with view of the sea, cool rooftop pool ( I didn’t use). Has several windows to open which is nice. Needs more outlets by the bed.. I think there were only 2 in the whole room. There is a sign saying to take the trash out— I did it, but not sure how serious they are about that.

Idyllic Stay in Tolo for Surrounding Sites
We stayed at Heliotopos to see Epidavros, Nafplio and Mycenae - all are within half an hour of Tolo/the hotel and we used a car. The apartment had everything we needed and a great balcony overlooking the bay; we had dinner there one night and the view is gorgeous. A great feature is total light-blocking sliding door if you need to get over jet lag! The whole place was very clean, breakfast is very good with a wonderful variety and each staff person was cheerful and very helpful. European bath, so not so large, but king-sized bed made for great sleep and fridge kept our wine and cheese cold. Tolo is a quiet beach town with restaurants, bakeries and groceries. Very glad we chose Tolo and Heliotopos for our stay in this region of the Peloponnese!

Wonderful family run hotel with roof top pool!
The location is fantastic, close enough to the water to walk but far enough away you don’t hear the noise. The hotel is very clean and well run. The roof top patio with pool and bar were perfect! Amazing views!! The sunrise from our patio was incredible. The buffet breakfast was lovely. The only area for improvement is the bed was not very comfortable.

Lovely spot up on a hill in Tolo with a magnificent view of the Bay of Tolon. Everything about this hotel is charming and the breakfast buffet is fresh, varied and delicious. Our hosts were friendly and informative and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and special.

Had Breakfast here one morning and it was delicious! Was disappointed our scheduling didn't allow us to enjoy the breakfast more than the one day. A great little and cozy hotel to relax and enjoy several ancient cites from there such as Mycenae, Tirintha, Sparta and Epidavros. The owner of the hotel has paid a lot of attention to the decor and comfort of their rooms.

This was a great choice for us. Easy access to the beach, kitchen and patio to enjoy the evening breeze in a small, family-oriented beach town with easy access to major archaeological sites. The breakfast is the best deal around. There are lots of restaurants and groceries at the bottom of the path to the beach. The rooftop pool has a beautiful view, particularly at night.

A nice budget apartment complex 10 mins walk from the beach. The apartment is spacious, and has a balcony. There is a kitchen, but I wouldn't want to create large meals with it. The shower could use some maintenance to prevent the room flooding. Free WiFi is included and the staff couldn't be more helpful.

5 min walk to the beach and very clean hotel
We stayed for 3 nights , early June. Got a basement apartment with a full equipped kitchen - did not cook though. Kids could stay out at garden and play, it has a house feeling - and it was very clean. Fresh towels every day and only 5min away from the beach. Really great value!

When we initially arrived there was no one on reception and place was deserted! Our first room wasn't suitable for 2 young children and had no wifi. Quick chat with Dimitrius and moved to a better room and it turned into a fantastic place to stay. Very peaceful. Great location 2 mins walk from the Main Street and beach. Best part was the pool on the roof. When the sun had gone down on the beach, you can enjoy a couple more hours chilling in the pool with fantastic views. Dimitrius couldn't be more helpful. I can't recommend this place enough if you want a chilled out stay in a great location. Only thing I'd say is the poolside bar is the only bar and only open 5(ish) - 9.30pm and the pool is closed between 3-5pm

Great little apt, met all of my needs. Only trouble I had was actually finding the place. Kind of hidden up a little hill and that the wifi was a little difficult. Could only get it on my patio which was great to sit on so it worked.

This family run apartment hotel is a delight. The building is cleverly designed so that there is good privacy, the room we had was spacious and comfortable we had all the equipment we needed and a lovely terrace. For the price I simply could not fault it.

Excellent accomodation!
We thoroughly enjoyed our overnight stay and were left very impressed by the level or service. The room and en-suite were very clean and the service second to none. We'd happily stay here in the future. The only down side was that there was no hot water for a shower the next morning but I'm positive this was a technical issue and nothing more.

I can thoroughly recommend the Heliotopos Apartments. My room was extremely clean, the bed linen excellent, the bathroom is small but has plenty of shelving. My balcony was big enough for a table and chairs and had a wonderful view over the garden and Tolo bay. The staff without exception were some of the nicest I have ever encountered. And, yes, there is cake waiting for you when you arrive! I would also really recommend the buffet breakfast which seems to cater for all nationalities.

Wir hatten einen wirklich schönen Aufenthalt. Das Appartement war zweckmäßig eingerichtet und sauber. Die Betten waren bequem und es gab eine schöne Terrasse. Hervorzuheben ist die sehr freundliche Gastgeberin und das außergewöhnliche, leckere Frühstück. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Nur der Strand hat uns überhaupt nicht gefallen dehalb sind wir lieber woanders hingefahren .

Un lieu au calme, bien entretenu et chaleureux qui reflète très bien l'hospitalité de la gérante et de son équipe. Situé à quelques mètres à pied de la plage de Tolo et de la rue principale sur laquelle se situent les commerces, restaurants et glaciers. Un parking propre à l'hôtel est à disposition, nous avons toujours trouvé une place facilement. Le petit déjeuner est complet et permet de goûter aux specialités locales. Un excellent séjour!

Leider hat uns entgegen der anderen Bewertungen die Unterkunft nicht sehr gefallen. im Bad war Müll vom Vormieter, die Gabeln waren dreckig, ein Blutfleck war auf dem Kopfkissenbezug. Der Pool war dreckig. Die Umgebung und die Nähe zur Stadt war schön, es war recht ruhig. Die Besitzer haben abends die Teelichter im Außenbereich angemacht das war sehr schön.
