The location and customer service were top notchbut the room was a bit small with the bathroom not feeling like a high end hotel. The water did not drain well and the tile tub was a bit uncomfortable to climb in and out of. The hotel is super pet friendly if that is your thing, but watching a dog get in and out of the pool made it uninviting for us. The attentive staff, the perfect location! This place has it all. We have stayed twice now and absolutely love the location. We walked everywhere in St. Tropez. Beach is a quick drive down the hill. The pool is perfect tempature and the breakfasts and lunches were perfectly prepared. I can’t say enough comments about how much we loved it.

Extremelt comfortable bed. Precise temp control. Roomy closet. Great bath amenities - L'occitane and Robert Cavalli. Pool view is amazing. English speaking and friendly staff. The only tiny drawback is no coffee machine not even water boiler in the room (no complimentary water either unlike many 4-5 star hotels). You can only order room service. However i have to say the room service price and qulity aren't bad at all. I just thought i should at least have the choice. Free parking is hard to find in St Tropez so I would stay here again next tune.

We were a group of 4 in Saint Tropez for 3 nights and we did not know what to expect from Villa Cosy although reviews seemed to be good. Well it was beyond our expectations. The staff were amazingly friendly, helpful, professional and attentive. They made bookings for us, arranged taxis, brought whatever we needed and even made a trip out to buy a cosmetic product we had forgotten but needed. It was unbelievably kind! The hotel itself is very tasteful and clean. The layout is perfect and we met some lovely people there who were also guests who became good friends. We will definitely be returning and we can't thank you enough Villa Cosy for making our Saint Tropez trip so amazing. By the way, Villa Cosy is well known around Saint Tropez for being an exceptional hotel!

Villa Cosy was wonderful! Every staff member was friendly, laid-back, and very professional. Staff recommendations were helpful and spot on. The cleaning team were super friendly and very efficient - the room was spotless after they were finished. Walking into town was easy and pleasant. Although I missed having the ability to make coffee or hot water in the room, we were provided with excellent coffee every day within 5 to 10 minutes of my request. I will recommend this hotel to everyone and will definitely stay here next time I'm in St Tropez.

Great location that benefits from being peaceful but very close and easy to walk into the centre of St Tropez. The rooms are minimalistic and very comfy. The way the doors open from the room onto the pool is beautiful. All the rooms face onto the pool which might not be to some people's liking as you loose some privacy but I got talking to the people in the next door room which added to the enjoyment.

Modern, clean and roomy with a nice view of the pool. Friendly, multilingual, accommodating staff. The walk to the port area would be a bit of a challenge for some. We rather enjoyed the walk ourselves. For the area, the price was a good value. Be sure to check out the wine cellar through the glass floor of the lobby. We really enjoyed having breakfast on the patio right outside our door. We recommend this hotel.

My husband and I (in our early 30s)stayed here for our honeymoon and were not disappointed! WOW. Beautiful property, very intimate. Nice pool, excellent customer service, room service, etc. Everyone that worked there was extremely helpful and pleasant. Big wine cellar. Very close walk to town, about ten minutes. Felt extremely safe too, would have slept with the doors open if my husband let me. LOVE LOVE LOVE. Cannot wait to go back.
