The property is amazing! Right as we walked in we were warmly greeted and provided with an early check in. The receptionist took us to our room to make sure we liked it and the room was clean, modern, specious with amazing view. I think we actually got upgraded to a better room without even asking. The property has 3 pools, free cabanas and beach beds to use. They provide free buffet breakfast. It’s about 20min walk to the town. The hotel offers free shuttle which is very convenient. We stayed in 4 different hotels during our French Rivera trip and this one was the best so far. Would highly recommend to anyone who actually wants resort amenities and excellent experience.

The view from the hotel is beautiful and the common areas are clean and modern. The rooms have horrible showers that leak all over the bathroom floor, the floor hallways are dark, dirty and smell horrible and the door handles to the rooms don’t always work. The guest elevators didn’t work the entire stay so everyone had to use the kitchen elevator which smelled horrible and was really dirty. Pretty view but unfortunately not a pleasant stay especially for the rate.

We stayed at the property last year and loved it, but this year when we came back everything weren’t like last year. They’re no longer have beach towels,staff weren’t as nice , do not book the white room , it’s like staying in a motell, toilet was extremely uncomfortable and felt like a hospital r room, we had to upgrade to a villa which make our vacation so much better.

The Hotel staff were amazing. Efficient, friendly and smart. The location of the hotel is excellent. Courtesy car was very useful into St Tropez.
Our junior Suite was very attractive but the high tech just didn’t work. The Hamman was confusing as was the blue tooth. The aircon wasn’t easy to operate. The towel rail never heated up. The location of the suite over the Bar meant it was noisy until well past 0200.
The mirror lighting in the bathroom was a mystery.
Sadly the main mystery was the lack of a Balcony.

Absolutely terrible anc no manager to deal with issues.Dirty room and a seaview room equals a main road infront where you hear constant traffic.More a budget 2 star definitely not 5 star.Wouldn’t recommend.

I don't know how this place got its' rating but at best it's a 3 star motel-type accommodations. Very basic room with ugly tile floors and super basic furniture. Not nice views.

Oh my god i don't know where to start, first of all our room was literally next to the kitchen, like they improvise a room in a closet or so. At the room the shower was clogged so the water wont run, but the worst of all: we got ROBBED ! We left a do not disturb sign during all of our stay, and when doing the checkout we noticed that we were missing money from both of our wallets ( my husbands & mine) i reported this to the front desk and they told me that they would investigate about this and call me back. Six days and six calls later i haven’t received a single call from them nor a resolution.

I would not recommend staying at this property. To start off our stay, we arrived at 4pm but the room wasn’t ready until 520pm. They said we could wait in the pool area and so we did and ordered a drink. After an hour , I checked back on the drink order to find out that the drink order was forgotten about. They said they would make another one right away. After waiting another 15 min, I told them to just forget about the order because I wasn’t going to wait around for it. The room itself was stifling so we put the airconditioning very high but the room did not cool down very fast even after 24 hours . This was very annoying considering we stayed at many hotels in the French Riviera the weeks before and after the stay at the kube where the airconditioning was perfect . Furthermore, there were ants in our first room , to which the night staff handed us a bottle of Raid. After midnight, they moved us to a different room due to all of the problems , and guess what ? The new room was a dead spot for wifi, so it was myself and a teenager hanging out in the stairs in order to get wifi. Also, the airconditioning was poorly circulating again. The staff did not hesitate to make excuses for why things were the way they were on the property and we ended up cutting our stay short and stayed only one night as opposed to 4. They offered no refund or dinner or anything for all of our troubles. They did order a free drink which I took as an insult considering everything we went through.

Breakfast - appreciate that things need to be différent due to covid, however it could be much more efficient. Limited selection.

Rooms - Ok standard. No mini bar list. Many hotels in St T have complimentary mini bars. Water not left in room - had to ask daily. Had to ask for turn down.

The location is great. The hotel has a shuttle service to town. The new villas are pretty, unfortunately, our sink broke and the issue wasn’t addressed with great urgency. Perhaps they didn’t care because we only stayed one night.

They want it to do the hotel too modern that the rooms are not comfortable , the toilets are for tall people and square .. and very very small ... for that price .. some of the rooms didn't even have space to put the luggage. I have to say staff was nice and very cooperative.

They stuck us in two rooms in the very back of the entire property. A view of the street. We had to pay extra to get upgraded. My son had no air conditioning for two days and apparently they couldn't be bothered.

The pics on Internet are deceiving. Dated and worn. Would not stay again or recommend

Beautiful view. Hotel feels new. Room is spacious/clean/modern. Pleasant massage in the spa. Complimentary shuttle to/from town. The only tiny negatives are that the TV goes in/out, and we had requested an ironing board/iron in advance and it isn't in our room.

This is our 2nd stay at the Kube fantastic hotel,excellent hotel & the staff are great,nothing is to hard for them & looked after us & believe every guest at the hotel.
The facilities multi pool areas & gym on site,approx 1.5k to town(nice walk) also there is a mini Moke shuttle to town.
Great breakfast Almond Croissant a must have,pastries yum.
Certainly will be back at Kube when next in Saint Tropez

21st century hospitality!

Great facilities, different to traditional hotels yet with a service ethic that would rival some of the well know 5 star brands, short distance to St Tropez which the hotel drops and picks you up! Only ate lunch at hotel but food was good. 3 pools with lots of seating spaces... wish we could have stayed longer...

Good hotel without beach frontage

Stayed here for a Sting concert in July 2017. Staff was incredibly friendly which was awesome for France. Most of the workers were young men from the local villages around San Tropez and were very friendly and willing to discuss local eateries and attractions. Facility was very nice. Only thing this place did not have was beach frontage. Otherwise, a great hotel with very good staff. I rate this place 4.5 out of 5.0 stars.

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at the Kube and absolutely love it. Fantastic pools (3 of them), staff, 24hr shuttle bus to St Tropez port or close enough for a nice 10 minute walk along the water. They have just opened a second section with fantastic apartments, heated pool etc. It also has a great bar, gym and is both couple and family friendly. Worth a stay.

We just completed a 12 day trip to the southern coast of France, booking all 5 star hotels, as it was our 25th anniversary. We travel a lot. All the hotels were different but very upscale. Now...the Kube. The \"lobby\" is a tiny cube. We arrived in the dark so our eyes had trouble adjusting from darkness to a brightly lit cube.The registration \"counter\" is therefor tiny and the personnel are largely hidden by two computer monitors...not welcoming. You leave the \"cube\", to be taken to your room, and go back into the dark to find that there is water on both sides of the walkway that you try not to fall into. You are then taken through the dinning room to the elevator. When you leave the elevator the hallway is VERY dimly lit by tiny blue lights. The room was the smallest of all the hotels we stayed in but adequately furnished. I am a photographer so I need my laptop to work up my photos. The small \"desk\" has a shelf 12\" above it so to use it you must pull the desk away from the wall. The plug is not at desk level but just above the floor and in the corner, so now you have to move the desk further to be able to use the outlet. The door knob, to leave the room, is an extremely small cylinder which makes opening the door a very tricky process. There is a table and 2 small chairs..by small I mean as low to the ground as a child's chair would be, certainly not fit for adults. Truly NOT a 5 star room

From the moment we arrived to the time we left, they were seeing to all we asked, even after we checked out they gave us a ride in their van to the village and back.
We had a fantastic stay and enjoyed their beautiful hotel and pools.

It's great , just up your game a little ..

The design of this hotel is lovely , the staff are friendly, eager to please and respond to any request promptly . Attention to detail however could be improved - for example an iron in the room , a written introduction. to the hotel and the area would have been helpful , we had only news and sports in English on the television . But overall very nice , we would recommend with qualification and the shuttle service In and out of St tropez was efficient and invaluable !

This hotel is very modern and luxurious. The service was top-notch except from the bar and restaurant area. We checked in late and wanted to grab a drink before turning in. It was close to closing time, and the bartender had quite an attitude serving us so close to closing. Also, at breakfast, the waiter (a different person) had a very snobby attitude. The breakfast is ridiculously expensive, even for a very nice hotel in an expensive location.

Nice hotel - 25 min walk to centre of st. tropez

Good size room, big bed, nice nespresso machine, small patio on ground floor for our room that faced the hotel's second pool. Huge windows, amazing bathroom with a big tub, separate rain shower and 2 sinks. Nice TV and great staff.

We were upgraded 2 levels up from basic room but the room we got is what we would have expected in the first place for what we paid.

Parking is expensive. Main pool out front is nice and big but there was some dirt in it on the far end...

Complimentary drinks on arrival was a nice touch.

Great Hotel and Staff, but the breakfast and ironing are expensive

This Hotel is very cool with great staff! It is a very modern hotel with a great location on the ocean and awesome pool. It is the little extras, like no iron or ironing board so they will do it for you but charge you and continental breakfast buffet is very expensive. Other then that it was great and transportation to and from the beach or town is great and free. Overall it is still a 5 to me!

Et pourtant cela avait bien commencé .

Arrivée prometteuse ,chambre prête à 13 heures ,surclassement ,accueil très aimable par Julie .
Le jeudi 24 attablé seul pour petit déjeuner ,ma compagne s’étant absentée ,quelle ne fut pas ma surprise d’etre somme de quitter illico presto la table que j’occupais au motif qu’il fallait y asseoir d’autres clients ,assiettes non terminées ,tasse de café à moitié pleine et ce alors que d’autres tables non débarrassées étaient disponibles.Il fallait que je degage .
C’est la première fois que l’on m’intime l’ordre de quitter une table ,cela n’est jamais arrivé nulle part ,jamais .Et pourquoi moi ? Et pourquoi? Si place il manque pour que les clients se restaurent ,dressez d’autres tables ou faites patienter .
Alors dans un hotel cinq étoiles ,pas le temps de petit déjeuner ,de flâner de prendre son temps ,de contempler ,non libérez l’espace vous dis je …
Sur l’insistance de ce monsieur ,je finis par m’exécuter, dégoûté , ,allant faire part de mes déboires à la réception et à une dame prénommée Sophie qui m’écoutât ,condamnât l’évènement puis rien .
Alors que voulions prolonger de deux nuits ,nous quittâmes l’établissement à 4 h du matin le vendredi 25.
C’est la première fois que je dus subir une telle humiliation dans un endroit de villégiature aussi loin que remontent mes souvenirs et particulièrement dans un établissement qui prétend à la perfection sous réserve bien sûr que celle ci soit accessible.

Not a 5 star hotel

O hotel está pecando muito, desde a recepção do hóspede, o tratamento, até conforto dos quartos e o café da manhã oferecido, que deixam muito a desejar, ainda mais pelo valor elevado da diária. Pelo que oferecem e a tarifa cobrada, é desrespeitoso o que estão oferecendo. Já havia ficado antes neste hotel, mas o serviço degringolou, o restaurante do hotel que costumava ser bom, está muito fraco. Não me hospedaria novamente.

Hotel espetacular, ótima localização excelente áera de lazer com piscinas e um restaurante que nos surpreendeu.

Tout d’abord beaucoup de bruit aucun respect ni de la part des employés ni isolation dans les chambres.
Services mediocre.
Nourriture au seul et unique restaurant catastrophique.
