Not good value for money.

Reminded me more of a motel than a hotel. Probably fine for families, but value for money was not very good in our opinion. I would expect price for such hotels around 70 Euro and we paid 280.

It was hard finding the place based on the address that was given. We also had a pull out couch and had to make the bed which was so so. It seems updated inside. But for a a daily stay I would not recommend, it was good for one night.

Holiday apartment not hotel

This is a holiday home/appartment, not a Hotel. Room is clean, modern. But; Check in only after 17:00 check out before 10:00. for a longer stay ok but not for a 2 day business trip. You have to make your own bed, no service etc. For Euro 10 more it is far more convenient to stay in the Soleil hotel which is on the same premises.

Great place to stay

Beach 5 min walk, St Tropez 10 mins by car. Nearby supermarket 5 mins walk as the site does not cater for one. Pool a nice size. Dogs welcome which was a plus for us. Enjoyed our stay very much. The downside of the apartment was that we had to make our bed on arrival all bedding and towels was supplied. I would definitely stay there again. Apartments had air-condtioning which we needed for when we left the dog behind which was nice.

Many good things and many bad

We looked for 30 minutes to find this hotel. My gps was pointing me to a place called Residence Pierre et Vacance. We went in to reception to ask and they told me the reception is here but the hotel is somewhere else. I insisted twice why there is no indications or Signs on the entrance with the name of the Hotel \"les perles de st-tropez\" and they said \"yes we know it is hard to find\".
Checked in, than drove back for a couple of minutes to a completely different location.
We found bed sheets on the bed that i have to prepare. Then i had to go back and get myself another bed sheets for my kids sofa bed.
No soap in the room.
They gave me litteraly a ground room facing the parking and i have 2 kids one of them 5 years.
Check in at 5pm and checkout at 10am
On checkout they asked me the following:
- did you through the garbadge from the room
- did you put the towels and the bed sheets in the shower
- did you clean the kitchen

I replied, no one informed me on checkin that i need to do all that!
They replied can you go back and do it?
Then the manager came and told me, ok no problem.

To be fair, if all this was mentioned properly at the checkin and even on the booking and if they had a sign on the entrance of Pierre vacance saying Hotel les perles de st-tropez, i would have given a better rating.
For the same price i am staying today at the Marriott in a suite facing the port of Monaco with excellent service and breakfast included.

Apartments attached to a hotel South of France

1 Directions to Hotel were useless - lost for 45 minutes on arrival.
2.The apartment would have been adequate, except the overall fitting was abysmal and some items (like a kettle were missing). It would have been easy to fit a small set of drawers (there was virtually no storage space for personal items and clothing at all.
3. The Room needs work surfaces for cooking etc - simple let down tables / boards would do.
4. The shower is a disaster. It is designed on the Wet Room principle, but in practice using the shower floods most of the bathroom (a screen does not reach down to the floor and therefore the water floods out from under.
5. A minimum but efficient use of a small sum of money would correct the problems. Also instructions should be written down for the operation of equipment (i.e. Microwave, Dishwasher etc). The SAFE instructions are totally MISLEADING.
6. The staff were mostly OK but had very limited English and NO time for helping us out - they have to operate the hotel as well.
7. The location is good

Newly built and excellent appartment

Spent 10 nights at the Les Perles de Saint Tropez for our summer holidays (late July) and we had a great time.
You check into the appartment at the Hotel reception desk and park your car in a separte car park for the appartments. The Hotel is a 1 minute walk from the new appartments building.
Location of appartments was excellent with only a 2x minute walk to the beach (the local beach was very crowded) and its only a short drive to Port Grimaud town center.
Lovely appartment which has just been built, we had a 2x bedroom version which was excellent.
Great swimming pool which is shared with the Hotel, guests which the children enjoyed.

Première fois que nous séjournions dans cet établissement , dont nous avons déjà hâte d’avoir l’occasion de pouvoir y retourner .

Très bel emplacement , accompagné d’appartements qui sont très très bien , propre et spacieux .

Politique inflexible

Je suis venue rejoindre mes parents qui étaient en vacances une semaine tout compris chez vous. Je suis restée une journée et une nuit à la fin de leur semaine et n'avais pas pris de formule repas. Ma mère qui mange très peu m'a proposé de prendre sa place au déjeuner. Par principe j'ai demandé à l'accueil qui après avoir discuté avec la Direction a refusé cette demande.
Je trouve cela très décevant et très anti-commercial.
En effet un repas \"échangé\" entre ma mère et moi ne changeait aucunement les quantités de nourriture.
Mes parents qui avaient fort apprécié leur séjour ont été également très déçus de votre politique inflexible et ne retourneront pas passer d'autres séjours chez vous alors qu'ils en avaient envie.

Dejlig beliggenhed - men manglende rengøring!

Stedet var slidt og lejligheden dårligt rengjort. Ved morgenmaden fandt vi tallerkner der skulke være rene fyldt med hår ! Det blev så kun den ene gang vi købte morgenmad på stedet! Beliggenheden er rigtig god og i gå afstand til Port Grimaud og dejlig tæt på en skøn strand!

Buon prezzo, struttura pulita e comoda.

Location comoda vicino a mare e supermercati. Attenzione al traffico per raggiungere St Tropez e Panpelonne beach. Il divano letto non è comodissimo. Ma nel complesso qualità prezzo molto buono.

Début de saison... Peut mieux faire. .

Un emplacement agréable mais peut mieux faire... Une signalétique à ameliorer un canapé lit pas du tout confortable. Un logement propre mais du fait du début de saison le jardin pas très bien entretenu. La réception était fermée toujours du fait du début de saison il a fallu aller chercher les clés à l hôtel à côté mais du coup toujours une problématique de signalétique car la réception de l hôtel était très mal signalée. Après de bonnes choses quand même le fait que ce soit un petit studio l emplacement entre ste Maxime et st Tropez... Peut être à revoir en mai juin quand la saison sera plus avancée... Un peu cher pour la prestation proposée du fait du peu de confort de la literie...

mauvais souvenir pour 1 soir , à mon arrivé j ai due justifié que je suis bien la personne qui a réservé la chambre . C est la 1ere fois que ça m arrive , j ai due sortir ma piece d identité , mon adresse mail , le mail de confirmation , avec tout ça il me donne une chambre qui ne conrrespondait pas du tout à ce que j ai demandé . Je me suis vraiment senti mal . Pesronnel vraiment désagréable je ne sais pas si c est ma couleur de peau mais franchement plus jamais .

C'était pas ce que j'attendais. C'est ne pas un hôtel. C'est la location d'un petit apartement uniquement. Pas de service à la chambre, intalations très mal mantenues, personnel à la accueil très amateurs.

Attention ce n'est pas un hôtel !!! C'est une résidence de vacances pour personnes âgés , pas de petit déjeuner, pas de gel douche et il faut dormir dans un vieux Canape lit qui n'est même pas fait à l'arrivée....

NO ES HOTEL, NO TIENE SERVICIOS

Estoy en este momento en el hotel. Nos sentimos presos y secuestrados en un hotel que no es hotel sino una especie de vacaciones compartidas donde no hay servicio de mucama, no hay cama en la habitacion, solo un sofa para armar y desarmar (nosotros) cada dia. No hay limpieza de cuartos incluida. Nada de esto se aclara en el sitio Hoteles,com. Me siento secuestrada quise pagar por el dia de ayer cuando llegue e irme a otro pero me dicen que tengo que pagar toda mi estadia (6 noches! por que?) si no me gusta para nada y quiero irme y solo pagar lo que corresponde o sea el dia que usado las intalaciones...? que alguien de Hoteles.com me escriba a mi email urgente porque tampoco hay forma de contactarse por tel. nadie responde . Hoy espero una solucion.Quiero irme a un hotel hotel.

Prima ligging maar geen rusting verblijf.

Was een leuke vakantie !
De verblijven liggen dicht bij een drukke straat dus rustig op het terras zitten is er niet bij.
Het verblijf zelf is nieuw en was heel proper dus daar geen probleem.
Alleen het bed is niet te doen! Steen hard!!!!!!
Verder is het prima geleggen om de omgeving te verkennen.

Appartement , pas trop mal spacieux donner pour 6 personnes mais un Max de 4 personnes à mon avis sinon vue pas terrible en plein sur la départementale demander plus les logements coter golf .... Enfin plus jardin , sinon des rangements en plus serait bien trop juste au niveau sdb et cuisine , bref endroit moyen et plage à coter pas terrible .....

vanskelig å finne resepsjonen da hotellnavnet og stjernene IKKE stemte overens med nettsiden. brukte lang tid på å finne frem. vi måtte re opp egne senger, noe som var merkelig da det var ett \"4\" stjernes hotell. dette ligger ikke i saint-tropez og ligger ca 15 minutters gange til nærmeste restauranter.

Ferienwohnung mit einigen Mängeln

Ferienwohnung in der Nähe von Port Grimaud, wir waren jedoch nicht in der eigentlichen Anlage sondern in einem Nebengebäude des Hotels untergebracht:
Aufzug schmutzig, Schlafzimmer sehr klein - Bett in der Ecke = Einstieg über das Fußende,
Küche nicht sauber, z.B. Kühlschrank und Kaffeemaschine verschmutzt, keine Bratpfanne vorhanden,
Badezimmer sehr abgewohnt, Wanne mit Handdusche, keine Kopfdusche oder Wandhalterung,
Neue Handtücher nur 1 x pro Woche an der Rezeption abzuholen,
Die Wohnung war sehr hellhörig bzw. laut - vom Flur und von den Nachbarn

Nagelneue Ferienwohnungen

Es handelt sich um kein Hotel, sondern um eine neue Ferienhaus-Anlage mit Apartements. Diese sind modern und perfekt ausgestattet, für 4 Pers. mit Schlafzimmer und Doppelbett, im Wohnzimmer steht ein Ausziehsofa, im Eingangsbereich Stockbetten für 2 Kinder. Die Küchenzeile ist zwar sehr klein, aber mit Spülmachine, Mikrowelle, 4-Platten-Ceranfeld und großem Kühlschrank gut eingerichtet. Der Balkon ist groß genug für einen Eßtisch, 4 Stühle und 2 Liegen. Der Blick über den Golfplatz ist sehr schön. In wenigen Schritten ist man am Pool, mit vielen Liegen, aber leider keinen Sonnenschirmen. Auch auf dem Balkon müsste man unbedingt einen Sonnenschirm haben. In der Küche fehlen Küchenhandtücher, Spülbürste und Schwamm.

Arrivé de nuit, difficile d'identifier le bâtiment après être garé sur des places de \"smart\". Logement neuf, bien équipé hors mobilier, pas de chance les draps ont été oubliés, il faut retourner à la réception à 2/300 mètres. Calme. Sur la pelouse centrale, pas un arbre? Cela appuie un côté \"béton\" pour pas cher.
Suggestion: quelques oliviers + quelques massifs de laurier rose par exemple.
Rapport qualité prix...

la struttura si compone di un hotel e di villini nuovi che si affacciano su un campo da golf.
Posizione strategica, nei pressi di Port Grimaud, tra ST. Maxime e St. Tropez.
Vicinissimo alla spiaggia e a tantissimi servizi.
Vacanza rilassante e gradevole insieme a tutta la famiglia.
