Over 38 degrees on average. There is no Air Conditioner in non of the rooms. Common guys, it is not 19th century anymore. To install an AC is as much as the property charges for two nights. Outdated bathrooms and rooms. I don’t think there has been a renovation since 1960. It is a pity that such a nice property at such a great location can be so badly managed. I am still in shock. For the sake of all of us, please put it for sale for someone to buy it and make it amazing. Thank you in advance.

My stay was horrible. I did not know that there was no air conditioning. I tried to speak to the management to allow us to cancel part of the stay and move to another hotel. They were very unfriendly and unhelpful. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Also the rooms were very dirty.

The pool was too cold to swim in. The pool snack bar was closed all week. You can’t eat or drink around the pool and if you leave the pool area which is gated you can’t return for ten minutes.
The accommodation was basic and dirty, we had to ask to move rooms. All up big hills so no good for anyone wi to mobility issues. No air conditioning. The shop was good but expensive. Remote location, need a car or Ubers become expensive. The pool of it was warm enough to swim in would have been amazing. Overall this was a really disappointing trip.

Location not great if you don’t have a car. Half hour walk or 20 Euro taxi to the port.
Room no way big enough for 5 as stated- I expected 2 rooms and a sofa- we had 1 room, a sofa and a pull out- too cramped for 5 of us. Luckily the patio was large enough which made it better.
The pool was fantastic and so was the food by the pool.
Overall we enjoyed it but we had to spend a fortune on taxis

We didn’t realise but this is the French Center parcs! Great for kids. Pretty basic accommodation and the food wasn’t great at the cafe we tried but perfectly located and great pool etc.

Inexpensive room for small families
The main attraction was the big pool and water slides which were very good for the kids to unwind after a few hours at the beach. Overall the resort as OK but not fabulous. The room was small but adequate and clean but not newly renovated. The location was hard to find and I suggest updating the address for easier identification but perhaps it was just our GPS that couldnt find it. The location is about 10 minutes from the beach and not particularly in a convenient location for anything but it was a short drive to restaurants and stores.
For the $$ it was worth it compared to many more expensive rooms in the area.
Wifi was horrible, it worked in the main room and nowhere else.

Nothing special u should set ur own bed sheet on arrival ! The wifi not include in the room price ! We have o pay 18 euros for 2 days ! This complex is like camping but price like 3 star hotel ! We will not come back !

De golf village periier vacance
Transport in the hotel is very bad reception close when we have arrived, no transport to take us to the village, no one at the hotel speaks English. Very bad not recommend if you don't have a car

Great Family Pool
There were four adults and two children in our group and the hotel worked out wonderfully. The apartment itself was alittle small but I expected that going into it. I didn't like that we had to pay for cleaning if the place wasn't left clean or that you had to pay for towels. The pool was the highlight of the hotel. It was huge, beautiful and very kid friendly. I do plan on going back next year with more friends because it was great for a group. There was nothing within walking distance of the hotel and it was hard to find but you could easily drive to St. Tropez and Grimaud which were beautiful.

Gammelt og slitt område som ikke er tatt vare på de siste 20 årene. Rommet var ikke veldig rent, masse maur inne og ute på verandaen. Det var som resten av området dårlig vedlikeholdt. Bassengområdet var pusset opp i nyere tid og var bra 🙂

Pour notre part plus jamais!!!!! Nous nous sommes fait avoir par les photos de la piscine qui disait parc aquatique. Ces photos vous attirent dans la plus gros arnaque et dans des vacances à coup sûr loupé !!!

Nice structure but not clean
We arrived one day later, due to a personal problem, and to be able to contact someone at the hotel, it took 2 days. No replies to emails and messages, nor to voice messages left. Contact number on confirmation email from Hotels.com was wrong (another structure of the group) and at the right one no one responded for a full day.
The structure itself is very nice, green and in good conditions. The apartment was quite comfortable but cleaning not satisfying at all (hair on the floor and greasy kitchen). Toilets are all incredibly small. Bed were not prepared, because being a residence it is a service charged separately, but there was no clear information about that before having reserved the room.

O residence é espetacular, muito bonito e bem cuidado , serviços próximos e praia a 10 min. O grande problema é que os quartos não tem ar condicionado e possuem apenas um ventilador por acomodação. No verão o calor que faz dentro dos quartos é desumano e se estiver com família, vai ter que escolher quem não vai dormir a noite . Recomendo se vier comprar ventilador em supermercado vizinho, mesmo que seja para deixar depois no residente

Une semaine de vacances bien méritées. Un cadre magnifique,le soleil toute la semaine, la résidence est géniale. Garde a l'entrée, véhicule en garage couvert, appartement de bonne qualité avec le nécessaire, une très bonne literie et une vue sur St Tropez à couper le souffle. Gentillesse de l'ensemble du personnel. une adresse qui reste dans notre carnet sans problème.

Arrivé en famille pour 3j nous n'avons malheureusement eu 3j de pluie (rare dans la region même en hiver).
Nous avions réservé un appartement avec vue mer. Rien à dire de ce côté la la vue mer est top!

Nous avons passés cinq jours bien agréable dans notre appartement, avec une belle vue sur le golfe de Saint-Tropez .
Dommage que le temps ne nous a pas permis de faire les balades que nous avions prévues.
Le parking est loin de la location et c'est dommage que nous n'ayons pas pu décharger nos affaires plus près.
Sinon tout était propre et conforme à la description.

Adresse und Name des Hotels stimmt nicht überein. Navi hat es nicht gefunden. Wollten Reception anrufen, die sind jedoch erst ab 15 Uhr da. Um 15 Uhr 1 Angestellter der mehrere Hotelgäste für Check-in, mussten wieder warten. Obwohl Zimmer bezahlt, mussten wir bei Check-In noch zusätzlich 200 Euro zahlen als Sicherheit. Konnten nicht vor Zimmer parken, da jeder parkt, wo er grad will. Liefen 2 Min zum Zimmer. Im Zimmer war Bett extrem klein und unbequem. Bett durften wir dann selber beziehen. Ausstattung mit Küche, jedoch mehr als renovierungsbedürftig. Keine Klimaanlage!!! Reinigung kostet Extra. Anlage und Pools ungepflegt. Restaurants befriedigend. Am Austrittstag lief unser Wlan nicht mehr. Personal war immer freundlich. Es lohnt sich keine Nacht da zu verbringen. Waren 2 Nächte da. Sterne im Lotto gewonnen und Preis-Leistung miserable. Sind enttäuscht weggefahren

La piscine est parfaite pour les enfants en bas ages, les bords sont en pentes douces et la piscine et surveillée.
Le site est idéalement situé, à proximité de Sainte Maxime et Saint-Tropez

Le domaine est magnifique et le complexe aquatique, avec la piscine à vague et les toboggans, est adapté à tous les âges ce qui permet de passer de supers bons moments en famille.
Le seul bémol reste le coin avec les sanitaires et les douches qui ne sont vraiment pas propres et le snack qui est à côte. Cette zone mériterait vraiment d''être rénovée.
Notre appartement était correct mais vieillissant et mériterait lui aussi une rénovation.

Bra resort och fina bassänger. Rummen var inte så fräscha och det fanns enbart en fläkt så väldigt varmt blev det. Vi kom sent till incheckningen så rec var stängd och det tog ett bra tag tills man fick hjälp på telefonen.

Domaine agréable pour déconnecter. Le plus : la piscine à vagues. Privilégier de prendre le supplément vue mer qui offre une vue sur la baie magnifique. Vraie bonne adresse pour déconnecter. Havre de paix en basse saison. Prévoir du citron pour éloigner un peu nos amis les moustiques. L'appartement est très fonctionnel. Un b mol à la carte postale : le ménage pas forcément au top (manque de temps pour le personnel ?)
