Everything from trying to find the hotel to staying only one night out of two paid for was terrible. The service was awful and their wifi and AC did not work. The wifi was critical as I’m from the US and had to work evening Zoom calls and couldn’t. When presenting this to the front manager on the morning her solution was to work in their first floor restaurant; she also flat out said we were lying about the AC not working. What was ironic was that while we were speaking to the manager, a gentleman came up with the *exact* same two issues we had for the same reasons (he too had to work).

We ended up leaving and staying at a Marriott in Cassis.

A tad disappointed

The room was a little dated and, possibly because of the colour of the room and curtains, I didn’t feel that it was particularly clean.The mirrored wardrobe door had a large crack in it. Two of the towels certainly had not been inspected for dirty marks on them.
Now for the good news - the reception staff were super friendly and very helpful.
Good location.

Horrible and nothing like the picture

I am still waiting for a refund. We arrived for our two night stay and immediately looked for another hotel - the staff were rude the and hotel looked dirty. It was also a building site. No one will contact me now for a refund, terrible service.

We book this hotel to be checked in at 14:00 and until 16:00 we needed to wait. Hotel for old people and bot close to the beach. Different price from internet at the hotel... Cheaper locally.

The check in/out process was quick and handled well. The hotel is in a good location close to the beach and short walk to the port. The bus stop is just outside the hotel gate, which is good for transport links to the train station.

Great location but needs some help

This hotel is part of a newly formed hotel/condo complex, so you have tourists and residents sharing the facility. For what we wanted, the location was really convenient - 15 minutes to St. Tropez (without traffic, which is a problem in the high tourist season). Room was nice sized with a balcony, bathroom was small but about average by French standards. There is a restaurant and bar, and a laundry facility, free parking. When we arrived, they hadn't received the booking from hotels.com (internet issues), so they just gave us the room, took the credit card info, and worked it out later. We decided to stay a second day and they gave us the same rate. They tried to be helpful, but it appeared that they needed more front office assistance and organization. These are all things that can be worked out. They had bicycles that can be checked out for free, and when I wanted ice, I just went to the bar and they provided it. A good value, but be patient, they don't have all the kinks worked out yet.

Good low cost of season hotel

Early march, South if France is a very sleepy place. Most shops and facilities are closed. Despite this the hotel was fully functional, very clean, helpful, nice room with good TV, nespresso machine with complimentary coffee, clean good shower. Was very convenient for my work that week.

Good location, safe, clean, nice near St. Tropez

Good location near St. Tropez. For a decent price I was able to stay near St. Tropez without breaking the bank. As a woman traveling alone I felt very safe here. When I arrived (driving from NIce airport after travel from U.S.) I was happy and felt at home. I like that one can park a car in the hotel lot. Parking seems tricky in many places in the south of France. Staff was nice and helpful. They directed me to Plage De Pampelonne (beach) in St. Tropez. One of the coolest places I have ever been as it was understated, not overly developed, and had a very cool and classy vibe. The hotel itself is not fancy by any stretch of the imagination but it was clean and functional. I like the wooden floors in the room because carpeting, let's face it, gets kind of gross after a while. I am a runner and found a nice path next to the water to enjoy a great run on. Two challenges...... were lack of nearby place to go grab a morning coffee, though you could take a ten minute walk or quick drive to a nice french patisserie where people line up to buy bread etc.for the day. Also at night one is hard pressed to find a nearby place to eat without a drive. Overall I would stay here again. I enjoyed the location, felt safe, and the rooms were clean and functional.

Rocky start but good hotel

We had booked a twin room for our stay. When we arrived, very tired after a LOT of travelling, we got to our room to find a double bed. We went back to reception and were told that the hotel was full and we'd have to keep that room for the night and change the following day. We were offered a free drink for our inconvenience. Only when I said that wasn't acceptable did the receptionist say he'd look in to it. We were advised to remain in our room. We were then told that actually the manager had found us a twin room and we could move. Not the biggest deal but we were annoyed at their error, then told that there was no other room, we were only moved when we complained. Other than that, the hotel was clean and in a great location for the beach, and the staff were super helpful for the rest of our stay.

Pleasant hotel well situated

I stayed 3 nights at this hotel and have also stayed here in the past. It is a very nice hotel in an excellent situation and the grounds around are well maintained with luxurious vegetation although the golf could do with some attention especially the greens!
It has recently been refurbished, simply, but clean and practical with a very nice rain shower head in the bathroom and coffee/tea machine in the bedroom.
Staff were very pleasant. Very nice swimming pool and again clean and well maintained.

Impossible to find!

We had a REALLY hard time finding the place! After finding the sign on the road that said the hotel was at 350m, we drove looking for another hotel sign and did not find it, so we kept on driving. After turning around we found two properties where the hotel should be. The one on the !right had a locked gate, so we went in the one with the open gate. After waiting a long time in line at the reception, we were told our hotel was the one next door! It was VERY frustrating, after a long trip!

The elevator is all beatup from the luggage carts and looks industrial. Somebody had taped a piece of paper with the floor numbers over the buttons! It looks un-professional!

The rest of the property is nice.
(We only stayed the night, so we did not have time for much...)

Tired old property

Hotel is looking very tired and past its day, i.e doors falling apart, tiles loose, mould and water stains. Needs a total refit and the grounds, including the 'golf course', need some serious maintenance. You couldn't play real golf on it, only crazy golf would suit. We booked 2 double rooms but upon check in we got one double and one twin, with nothing else available. Breakfast was good though.

Liked the property and grounds. Close to Grimaud village and Port Grimaud. A relaxing stay. Staff was very helpful with all are needs and inquires. A broken toilet was fixed rapidly. Breakfast buffet very good. The manager Rene was always available and affible. The desk clerk, Claire was knowledgable and sweet.

Arrived at 14:45 after a really long journey and then got told I can only check in after 17:00. This was for all guests and is definitely not made clear on the website. Breakfast was plain disgusting. Tables were left uncleared so had to sit at a dirty table and there wasn't much breakfast left after 9:30 (although it is served untill 11:00). What was left looked like scraps I would feed to my dog.... I had to make due with a single slice of toast with jam. Overall very disappointed. Will not stay there again.

This is a tired hotel

Well, the location is great. You just walk across the street to a very nice beach (with showers and beach bars). You are a 10 minute drive from St. Tropez and 15 minutes to Saint Maxime. However, this hotel needs some real investment. The decorative pillows and blankets are just gross. Furniture is old. I had two rooms, one had ants and no air conditioning (broken). The outdoor hallway had pigeon droppings that were not cleaned up for at least a three day period. Most of the front desk staff spoke no english (if you care).

It's time for a refit....

For the money paid, there are better options just around the area / next towns. The hotel is getting overaged, however the stuff was nice and trying to be helpful. The limitation / payment for the internet use is not acceptable these days. Tried to book another room on the spot, unfortunately through Expedia there was showing no availability even though there were rooms available, which however were sold only through the hotel's call center for much more then it was stated on the price list at the reception. Certainly I did not take another room, as it was not only much more then on Expedia when booked the first 4 rooms, but as well much over the advertised price by the reception of the hotel itself. The entrance and exit are a little bit unpleasant for bikers, as the automatic doors sensors don't sense the bikes and you need to enter the code to be able to access the hotel at all. The code is given by the reception, to get in the first time you need to use your phone to receive the code (what is really complicated especially if you are using another SIm then French). As well the entrance is downhill and exit then uphill...well not the most pleasant way to enter the hotel with a bike and typing in a code.

The hotel is good value for money. Properly maintained. Good location. As could be expected from a three star hotel. There was nobody at the hotel after 23.00 and no service. The receptionist was trying to help at breakfast and would not speak any language other than French! I do not recommend anybody to buy breakfast at this hotel. Money paid for breakfast is a waste of money. There are cafes and restaurants in the neigbourhood you can have all kinds of meals.

Hmmmm!

Hotel fine. Good facilities, good locations for travelling around and visiting beaches etc. Room was comfortable but balcony area was filthy. Manager was a bit miserable but other staff were OK. Pool turned horrible green when it rained so kept out of it after that. Other wise it was a great pool. Overall not too bad and reasonable value for money given the area.

Nous récupérerons une première chambre avec une horrible odeur d'égout. Le personnel accepte de nous changer de chambre.
Dans la deuxième il y avait beaucoup de fourmis mortes dans toute la chambre, particulièrement sur le sol de la salle de bain.
La nourriture n'est pas très bonne.
Le parking est devenue payant cette année.
Par contre l'emplacement est top.
J'y reviendrai mais pas en pension complète.

Cet hôtel est horrible 2 nuits 389 euros on est partis après la première nuit je ne sais pas qui met les étoiles mais la personne doit être aveugle inadmissible
La télé ne fonctionne pas dans la chambre on vous propose d aller regarder la télé dans une autre chambre au lieu vde vous changez de chambre incroyable comme réponse .les rideaux ne ferme pas toute la baie vitrée donc réveiller par la lumière du jour ,la tapisserie décollé du mur ,boîte a mouchoirs vide . Bruit de la soufflerie extérieure jour et nuit
Ce n' est pas un hôtel 4 etoiles mais 1 étoiles une honte n allait surtout pas dans cet hôtel
Je me suis fait voler c incroyable que des hôtels comme ça existent

Bel hôtel !

Très bel hôtel un peu décentré du centre-ville et très près de Port-Grimaud. Le complexe en général est très agréable avec une très grande piscine, un golf, des terrains de basket…

La chambre en rez-de-jardin donne sur un très beau parc. Elle est bien équipée avec machine Nespresso, peignoirs de bain, « claquettes » de bain…

Le petit-déjeuner est très copieux et diversifié. Il est un peu cher, puisqu’à 20€, mais on peut aussi se faire un en-cas pour le midi. Et encore le mot « en-cas » n’est pas approprié puisqu’on peut se faire un vrai repas complet.

D’une manière générale le personnel est très sympathique, à l’exception d’une personne de l’accueil qui l’était un peu moins.

Nous recommandons.

arrivé à 17H, on nous explique qu'il est trop tard pour réserver le restaurant pour le soir le quota étant atteint ! le restaurant propose pourtant de l'emporté!!
pas possible non plus de prendre le petit déjeuner le lendemain.
le ménage dans la chambre n'a été fait depuis longtemps , sol couvert de poussières
chambre au rdc avec terrasse qui donne sur la terrasse du restaurant donc bruyant, de plus la baie vitrée ne ferme pas à clé et pas de volet
seulement 2 prise de courant dont une qui fonctionnent pas
bonde du lavabo qui ne ferme pas
bref très loin d'un 4 étoile et pourtant 178€ la nuit !!!!!

Het is geen “grande luxe”..... maar de ligging is prachtig, heerlijke tuin, strand op 5’, vele uitstpap-mogelikkheden, prima kamers - beetje aan een verfje toe hier en daar -, heel aardig personeel, prima eten en heerlijk wijn en bier naar verlangen. Wat wil je nog meer! Qua prijs / kwaliteit verhouding is het gewoon super!

Les chambres sont propres, certes, mais datent un peu, surtout au niveau de la salle de bain (joints noirs par endroits). L'hôtel est correct, mais je ne mettrai pas 4 étoiles. Les parties communes comme les couloirs mériteraient un bon coup de peinture pour faire propre.Petit déjeuner très bien par contre, seul bémol : pas de parasol sur la terrasse extérieure. Piscine commune avec une autre résidence, un peu petite pour tout ce monde.

Hotel idealement situé. Propre, chambre spacieuse et bien équipée. Personnel à l'écoute, serviable. Brunch tres bien. Même en ayant rendu les clés de la chambre à 11h nous avons pu profiter du brunch jusqu'à 13h et de la piscine tout l'après-midi. Ideal pour les couples et familles. Je reccommande vivement.

Une chambre 4 étoiles sans aucun meuble de rangement, seulement une demi étagère à côté du coffre, au dessus d'une demi-penderie; salle de bains/WC minuscule, sans une seule étagère ou tiroir, et la plupart des chaines de télévision inaccessibles pendant tout le séjour.
Tout cela pour une chambre récemment refaite à neuf.

Le camere sono in buone condizioni mentre gli esterni hanno bisogno di essere rinnovati.
La posizione è buona, vicino al mare a piedi e in auto in 20 minuti circa si arriva a Saint Tropez.
Il personale della reception è gentile, il personale della sala non è da 4 stelle.

Super fin beliggenhed

Fint værelse og en sød og venlig receptionist. Der var dog noget som larmede usandsynligt meget på værelset og de ikke kunne ikke finde ud af hvad det var og vi fik aldig en undskyldning selvom vi næsten ikke sov. Der er var ikke langt til stranden eller til saint T og det var super nemt med parkering.

Rude staff, dirty rooms and bad breakfast

+ good location, free parking
- everything else. Rude and ignorant staff, dirty rooms with hair on the sheets and in the bathroom, AC wasn't working and receptionist just hung up the phone and said it was fixed by technician. Which is wasn't.

Tutto perfetto!

Soggiorno purtroppo di una sola notte. Camera perfetta ed arredata con gusto, stile modernissimo.
Pulizia accurata e cura dei dettagli.
Colazione perfetta, dolce e salato. Bevande calde fornite da macchinetta, ma comunque di buona qualità.
Merita sicuramente di tornarci per approfondire.

Un hotel muy recomendable

El hotel esta en una zona tranquila con una vista general a la zona de piscinas y campo de golf en todas las habitaciones. el personal muy agradable y la habitación impecable, mejor que en las fotos, muy tranquilas y sin ningún ruido. A un paso de Saint-Tropez y Port-Grimaud. El desayuno con mucha variedad, todo muy fresco y con un horario muy amplio de servicio. Sin duda, muy recomendable.

O hotel é muito bom, pertinho de St Tropez, eles deixam um frigobar com água e refri além de uma máquina de café como cortesia para usar durante a estadia! O apto é de um tamanho bom, reformado e bonito! A limpeza do quarto não Eh tão boa quanto o hotel!

Il faut y aller c est top !

Mal commencé car pris de haut par le jeune homme de l accueil qui nous a dit que les chambres n étaient jamais prêtes avant 15h...puis heureusement il finissait son service et une jeune fille l a remplacé et était adorable... bon hôtel super petit dej et parking gratuit...bref recommande !

Gutes Hotel für kürzeren Aufenthalt

Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind sauber und gut ausgestattet, die Außenanlagen dagegeben schon etwas heruntergekommen. Wir haben 2 Nächte dort verbracht und waren zufrieden, wenn man jedoch längeren Aufenthalt zum relaxen plant würden wir dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen. Die Lage ist gut, alle beliebten Städte wie St. Tropenz, St. Maxim etc. und der schöne Port Grimaud sind gut erreichbar.
