It is a fantastic hotel with a tremendous staff but I had the tiniest shower ever which made it quite difficult and annoying to use it. literally 0.5x0.5m. This is ridiculous and makes the overall experience not so pleasant.

This was my 2nd time staying with Ideal Park. Overall, this is one of my favorite hotels I’ve stayed at. It’s modern and nicely appointed, food is always plentiful, staff is extremely helpful and kind, and rooms are always clean and beds’ soft. This time there was a lot of noise and dust due to construction which is why I rated it a little lower in property.

Good place to stay for visiting Bolzano & Co

very friendly staff, great wellness area at the roof top and in house. Nice rooms, big buffet breakfast. Hotel is focused on half-board (buffet style dinner) guests, so atmosphere for à la carte guests for dinner is not very nice. Waiters are totally bussy with cleaning tables etc, so no time for good service! Cuisine is excellent!!!!!

The facilities on the site are amazing! There are so many relaxation areas on the rooftop, water slide, spa on site and indoor pool! The staff are very nice! Our room is a bit smaller than we expected but instead the beds are very comfortable and soft. We decided to prolong our stay at this lovely hotel.

Excellent for families with kids! A pool in the basement and another on the roof, with a water slide, amazing. There is a kids game room too. The layout of the rooms works well for families traveling together with fold-down bunk beds and a seating area with a table for activities.

A few of the staff were lovely but we did encounter some less that helpful members of staff during our stay. The rooms weren’t very comfortable and too hot- the air con didn’t work. Also, the rooms are not sound proof in the slightest! The spa is very bizarre- making it a necessity to be naked when it’s mixed gender ? Very uncomfortable so we didn’t use more than once. One point I must mention - the restaurant food was amazing, it was the one redeeming factor !!

My hotel room was somewhat dated yet so comfortable , I stayed in the I guess superior suite . I had a large room with a queen bed and a pull out couch .My view was amazing as well as the staff . I never eat breakfast yet I did here . The rooms are super clean and the staff was so great .It says 3 stars on the web sight yet you will be totally happy with your stay.

Incredible value, a hidden gem

The hotel itself is incredible. Roottop infinity pool. High end spa in the basement. Large rooms, good breakfast buffet, lots of seating in the bar area. As a hotel to stay at, I can't say enough nice things about it. The only negative, and it's just a minor one, is that there seems to be, on occasion, a dearth of parking spots. Beyond that very minor quibble, I would be thrilled to stay at this hotel any time I in the area.

Bad for tourists, Skip this area and hotel

The Bolzano area is a food production/industrial town. Not scenic or touristy. If you are on vacation go up to Merano instead. Skip this whole area. The hotel was modern but quite bland. The kind you would find near an airport in US. Our ground floor room smelled awful as it was right above the (adults only nude) sauna on the ground floor. The two small beds were hard as a board and the room lacked any kind of coziness or decor. Very bare bones basic room. I did book an \"economy\" room but expected something more cheerful than a youth hostel style sleeping area.

Attractive hotel in nice location.

The underground pool/spa is impressive. Our room was attractive and spacious (for our family of four), the breakfast was good, and the staff was helpful. We had a very late evening the night before we left and the hotel staff allowed us to check out one hour later at no additional charge.

Gem in the mountains.

I intended this hotel to be little more than a stopover on our way driving home from a friends wedding in Italy, in fact it turned out to be one of the highlights of the whole trip!
Its a really nice place and i would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone even remotely in the area. Two great pools, one in the basement in a leisure pool style with kids pools and individual whirl baths and things of that nature.The one on the roof has great views of the mountains and was fabulous to use in the sunshine. We basically had the place to ourselves for most of the day which perhaps helped.
Perhaps i was lucky with my room but it opened out onto a garden so me and the kids could picnic out there which was perfect after the long drive.
It has a very reasonable restaurant and good breakfast too.
Helpful staff, loads of free underground parking and free internet with my Expedia booking topped things off nicely!

Great hotel

We were in Italy for 18 nights over which time we stayed at ten different hotels. All the hotels were good choices for us, but Ideal Park turned out to be, by far, the best of the rest. It was the next to last hotel which was good, because I would probably be disapointed in the other hotels if we had had this one first and then compared it with the others.

My advise, stay here!!

a wonderful surprise

We booked this hotel about a week before, while travelling in Europe. We wanted a quiet place near Bolzano Italy (Bozen in german), near downtown but without the noise. Ideal Park, despite the strange name, exceeded all of our expectations. It was about a 15 minute drive from downtown Bolzano, but in the quiet suburb of Laives. A supermarket, bakery, and a gellato place are all within walking distance. Their tip floor pool was wonderful in the August weather, but the basement indoor pool was great also. We did not discover until the last day (of 3) that buffet breakfast comes with the room price. There is free Internet in the lobby. The front desk staff speaks both german and italian, but had trouble with our English (we used our simple german instead, and were able to communicate fine).

There is free parking in the basement.

There are lots of wonderful places within a days drive to visit. We toured the archeological museum in Bolzano and learned all about the \"5000 year old man\". The next day, we drove to the Dolmite mountains and took a cable care up to the top.

I forgot to mention, that we were upgraded for free to a suite, upon our arrival, with a balcony overlooking the city. The hotel is polular with tourist bus tours, and our visit was apparently between tours, so we got both a great price, and an upgrade to boot.

I would definately recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Bolzano area

Wir hatten ein Comfort Doppelzimmer und es war wirklich schön. Das Bett war sehr bequem und die Zimmer waren sehr leise. Das Hotel ist wirklich gut gedämmt und überhaupt nicht hellhörig. Beim Frühstücksbuffet gibt es eine tolle vielfältige Auswahl und es bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Auch mit dem Tiefgaragenstellplatz hat alles prima geklappt. Die Pools sind sauber und auch angenehm beheizt. Einziges Manko ist das Menü beim Abendessen. Für Kinder ist hier leider kaum was geboten.
Ansonsten wirklich ein tolles Hotel und absolut empfehlenswert.

Wir waren als Pärchen für eine Nacht lang auf \"Durchreise\". Die Pools sind schön warm und einfach Klasse! Das Abend-Buffet, welches zubuchbar ist (Buffet-Dinner für 25€ / Person), war leider nicht ganz so gut. Ist aber geschmackssache, daher keinen Punktabzug dafür. Mir hat es einfach nicht wirklich geschmeckt. Das Frühstück hingegen war sehr gut.

Hotel ist bis auf den Essensbereich modern eingerichtet. Wir hatten mit Frühstück gebucht, was sehr lecker war. Wir haben einmal das Abendessen in Buffetform dazugebucht. Dies lässt leider zu Wünschen über. Schade, weil das Hotel ansich wirklich gut ist. Der Adults only Bereich bei den Rooftop Pools ist schlecht ausgeschildert. Schade dass die Kids diesen Pool nicht nutzen dürfen. Tolle Aussicht!!! Wenn man Nachmittag vom Ausflug zurückkommt hat man keine Chance mehr auf eine Liege im Familienbereich, da auch Pärchen im Familienbereich liegen, aber Familien nicht in den Adults only Bereich dürfen.

Außerhalb von Bozen, für uns hat das super gepasst. Mit dem Bus kommt man kostenlos nach Bozen (30min). Viele unterschiedliche Pools, ausreichend Liegemöglichkeiten. Fitnesstrainer gut ausgestattet, aber zu wenig klimatisiert. Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet mit frischem Obst.

tanta gentilezza dal check-in al check-out. quando entri sembra tutto nuovo e moderno finché vai nella stanza (avevamo una vecchia e sotto al letto a castello il lenzuolo era coperto di muffa). per un prezzo a notte di oltre € 320.- mi aspettavo ben altro e soprattutto di ricevere una stanza nel tratto nuovo. vabbò, è andata così ed ero troppo stanco per andare a discutere. spero di essere motivante per l’albergo perché, appunto, ho incontrato persone (impiegati) molto gentili.

Dejligt hotel. Vi boede der to nætter og nød godt af poolen på taget den ene dag der var sol og vi nød godt af det indendørs poolområde da der var regn og torden.
Vi spiste aftensmad på en hyggelig restaurant Moro begge aftener. Fin mad.
Til prisen synes jeg værelserne haltede lidt efter, men alt det andet gjorde op for det.

Ist ein guter Tip für einen Kurzaufenthalt in Bolzano, dadurch fällt die Aussenlage zur Innenstadt nicht wirklich ins Gewicht. Die Poolanlagen/Spa sind bemerkenswert !

Un bel hotel, nuovo, purtroppo in camera è sfuggita una grossa ragnatela alle pulizie, e avremmo gradito l'accappatoio compreso nel prezzo per l'utilizzo in spa, tutto commisurato al costo del pernottamento. Avendo prenotato per un soggiorno relax, purtroppo la spa relax è \"nudista\" e non fa per noi, mentre la pool in foto è aperta anche ai bambini di tutta la struttura e sembrava un'acqua park. Non abbiamo trovato il relax che cercavamo, ma tutto sommato ci ritorei.

ein super Hotel, das mehr als 3,5 Sterne verdient

Ein wunderschönes Hotel mit einer tollen Poolanlage auf dem Dach des Hotels. Die indoor-Poolanlage war auch super, vor allen Dingen die Liegen waren Komfort.
Wir hatten ein normales Doppelzimmer gebucht und sofort einen kostenlosen up-grade erhalten. Unser Zimmer war sehr schön und neu renoviert. Frühstücksbüffet war für italienische Verhältnisse sehr abwechslungsreich.
Mit der kostenlosen Bozen-Card vom Hotel konnte man mehrere Seilbahnen nutzen und vor allem mit dem Bus umsonst nach Bozen, wo man sonst sehr viel Geld fürs Parken bezahlen muss.
Wir würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen.

Außenberereich & Innenbereich mit Pools und Saunen ist sehr gut, abgesehen davon dass die Matten der Liegen im Außenbereich fast alle schon sehr ausgelegen sind und man das Gerüst ziemlich durchspürt.
Sky Bar sollte länger offen haben (geöffnet bis 18:00, aber schon um 17:30 kein Kaffee oder Sandwich mehr bekommen)
Rezeption sehr freundlich .
Comfort Zimmer hat uns sehr gut gefallen.
Glasscheiben bei den Pools könnten noch etwas öfters geputzt werden.
Tiefgarage war mit schönen LEDs ausgestattet und genügend Parkplätze waren frei (Ende Sept. 23)
Insgesamt aehr positiv überrascht gewesen für diesen Preis, war auf jedenfall besser als ich auf den Bildern erwartet hätte.

Hämmentävän iso hotelli pienessä kylässä, mutta mikäs siinä kun hotellissa oli mukavaa. Hienot allasalueet katolla ja sisällä, pelihuone ja kuntosali. Miinuksena vain hotellin ravintola, jonka annokset olivat pikkiriikkisiä eivätkä kovin kummoisia maultaan. Aamupala oli kuitenkin runsas ja monipuolinen.

Ótimo hotel em Laives. A localização é muito boa, na rua principal da cidade é de fácil acesso a Bolzano. O quarto tem ótimo tamanho e é super novo, com decoração moderna e de bom gosto. As instalações do hotéis são novas e modernas, com destaque para a cobertura com 2 piscinas externas e uma hot tube, além do parque aquático. As piscinas internas são ótimas também e a sauna e spa excelentes, com ótimo espaço e limpeza. A academia é boa, mas poderia ser melhor com mais opções de aparelhos e peso livre. O café da manhã é excelente, rico em opções para escolha de todos os gostos.

Wir sind eine 4-köpfige Familie und waren Ostern in diesem Hotel. Es ist ein sehr schönes Hotel mit tollen Zimmern. Das Personal war professionell und stets sehr freundlich. Spa- Bereiche absolut sauber und ausreichend mit liege-/Sitz- Möglichkeiten ausgestattet. Täglich wechselnde Menüs mit außergewöhnlichem sehr gutem Abendessen. Frühstücksauswahl war auch sehr sehr gut!

Tolles Hotel mit kleinen Abstrichen in der B-Note

Wir hatten einen tollen Kurzurlaub im Ideal Hotel. Sehr freundliches Personal, modern renovierte Zimmer und nicht zuletzt der fantastische Wellnessbereich machen das Hotel zu einem schönen Ort zum Entspannen. Zwei Dinge fehlen für mich persönlich. Die Menge an Wäsche könnte deutlich reduziert werden, wenn nicht saubere Tischdecken, Handtücher und Duschtücher gereinigt würden. Nach jedem Gast am Tisch (auch Frühstück) werden die Tischdecken erneuert. Umweltfreundlich ist das kaum. Auch die Zeit des Checkouts dürfte auf 11 Uhr verschoben werden. Dann kann man am letzten Tag noch das Frühstück genießen.

Die Anzahl der Parkplätze hat mit dem Ausbau de Hotels nicht Schritt gehalten. Während es früher genügend und große Parkplätze gab, muss man heute froh sein überhaupt einen zu bekommen. Teilweise ist man dann hinterher noch zugeparkt, weil am Ende dann einfach überall in der Tiefgarage geparkt wird.

Die zunächst positive Wahrnehmung des stellenweise sehr modernen Hotels wird durch den wirklich wenig ansprechenden Restaurantbereich, der dort angebotenen reduzierten Speiseauswahl und dem in die Jahre gekommenen Design der älteren Zimmer belastet.
Das nicht Vorhandensein von Duschgel und Shampoo sowie die Leihgebühren für Bademäntel und Handtücher sind doch etwas überraschen. Die nicht beheizten Außenpools, die wirklich toll aussehen, sind bei niedrigen Außentemperaturen kaum zu nutzen, was wirklich sehr schade ist.

Das Hotel hat durchaus Potenzial, einige Mitarbeiter sind sehr aufmerksam und freundlich, alles ist sauber und in einem guten Zustand, aber insgesamt entspricht die Preisgestaltung nicht dem tatsächlich erlebten Service- und Qualitätslevel des Hotels.

Ein gut ausgestattes und ansprechendes Hotel. Freizeitmöglichkeiten mit Innenpool und Außenpools mit großer Sonnenterrasse und Wasserrutsche auf dem Dach.
Das Frühstücksbuffet ist eher durchschnittlich, aber von guter Qualität. Allerdings werden jeden Tag die selben Wurst-, Schinken-, Käsesorten aufgelegt. Etwas mehr Vielfalt wäre wünschenswert. Häufiger gefehlt hat es auch mit dem Nachlegen am Buffet.

Super godt sted

Kan varmt anbefale dette hotel - fantastisk pool på toppen med udsigt til bjergene. Kort afstand til vinruten, Bolzano og aktiviteter i bjergene.

Gangen til værelset i rød bygning var lidt mørk, men ellers ikke noget negativt.

Personale altid søde og hjælpsomme.

Super fedt hotel

Super fedt hotel men 3 dejlige pools 2 af dem udendørs med hyggeligt solbade område. Vi har der 6 dage. Synd kun at bruge det som overnatshotel på vejen sydpå. Det skal opleves over nogle dage

Top Hotel mit verbesserbarem Frühstücksangebot

Das Hotel ist modern, sauber und bietet ein schönes Ambiente. Die Poollandschaft mit zwei Pools auf dem Dach sowie einem indoor pool im Wellnessbereich ist top. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist das Frühstücksbuffet. Die Auswahl an sich ist zwar nicht klein, allerdings ist diese für 300,- Euro die Nacht ausbaufähig und dürfte qualitativ hochwertiger sein. Viel Marmelade, eine karge Auswahl an Wurst und Käse. Obst und Gemüse (u.a. Tomaten) nicht 100% frisch.

„Handtuchhölle“

Das Hotel und Personal war top.
Leider zu viele asoziale reservierten Plätze beim Pool und waren stundenlang nicht zu sehen.
Dies müsste vom Hotel besser gemanagt werden.
Ein kleinen Satz auf ein Schild reicht nicht aus…

La spa è magnifica anche se al posto dell Idromassagio al piano termale avrei messo una vasca fredda di reazione , riguardo le camere deludenti per il ristorante orari troppo rigidi consiglio supermercato di fronte con ottime pietanze fatte da loro
