We had a truly luxurious and wonderful experience from beginning to end. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Our doors were opened for us right away, and our butler, Pushkr, was incredibly kind and attentive, making sure we felt well taken care of throughout our entire stay. Every detail stood out—from room service to the spa services and even the beautiful ambiance and signature scent of the hotel.
We especially loved spending time at The Society Room inside the hotel. The service there was outstanding, with Alex, our waiter, and Ham, the mixologist, providing such warm and attentive customer care that it made the evening even more memorable.
The front desk staff was also extremely understanding and accommodating when our flight was delayed, which we truly appreciated. The entire property was clean, inviting, and thoughtfully maintained. We would absolutely return without hesitation.
Another highlight was the hotel’s convenient location—just about 15 minutes from the airport, depending on traffic.

This hotel deserves more than 5 stars, the staff go above and beyond, they cannot do enough for you. We booked a club room and received full À la Carte breakfast every day, access to the club lounge with free hot and cold soft drinks 1pm to 10pm, afternoon tea 2pm to 4pm, hors d'oeuvres with cocktails and alcoholic drinks between 5pm and 7pm and butler service to our room.

After making the booking, we received emails for any special requests. We notified the hotel of my wife's lactose intolerance in advance. The hotel did not take any notice of this and breakfast there was not much lactose free choice. Even tea could not be prepared on the first day. We also received a letter for complementary afternoon tea, when we went to the lounge and part way through they informed us it was a mistake from their side and asked us to leave. It was humiliating to say the least. The hotel seriously does not know about customer service.

The hotel reached out a week in advance of arrival, to assist with any requirements we may have. They stayed in constant contactuntil arrival.
Upon arrival, the team were so considerate to any and all of our needs. They were so warm and welcoming.
The room itself was just so awesome, in terms of size, decor and amenties in the room. Wendy our floor butler was eonderful throughout or stay and made our whole stay worth it.

Luxurious. Service is IMPECCABLE from the moment you arrive. So much help from the bellmen. We didn’t lift a finger. Always someone nearby to direct you. They are always waiting to serve. 24 hour butler so no need to call housekeeping. The room was gorgeous, and VERY MODERN/beautiful. High end fixtures and toiletries. High ceilings. Plush robes and towels. Quiet floor. Fresh fruit in the room. You will feel taken care of. The connected restaurant is new and the food was fantastic! Red carpet treatment. The breakfast buffet includes ala carte hit items and detox juices. The men options were insanely amazing for buffet style. All freshly prepared. The pool was clean and heated! If you want luxury, stay here. It sets the bar! Our only issue was a resort credit given that we didn’t have time to use, so we purchased an item from the spa, which we later learned was not included. We were supposed to get a room upgrade, but we are unclear if we did, or if all the rooms were this amazing.

This property has been on my wish list for a long time, having stayed at many 5* properties in Dubai and UAE, Raffles Dubai is not only iconic but holds a special status as one of the best hotels in Dubai. Having high expectations for this stay is an understatement however from the moment I arrived, I knew this was going to be truly special. To sum up this stay, the staff are incredible, all of them I came in contact with. The order at your table breakfast is a breath of fresh air compared to the chaos of buffet set up, however the downside is less selection. This isn’t an issue for me as what they did offer was ample for me and the quality was excellent. The food in general at this hotel is excellent.
If you’ve been thinking of staying here and wonder if all the reviews are still reflective of what you will experience, for me this was a perfect stay and truly deserves its status as one of the best.

Don’t reserve a stay at Raffles Dubai
The hotel phoned me a few hours before I was due to check in to tell me they had overbooked and were moving me to another hotel. They then failed to get my reservation details at the new hotel right which led to significant issues at check in. After that they failed to tell new hotel that they had covered the bill so I was not only asked to pay again for my stay. It was very embarrassing and time consuming to resolve and I had to do it as several calls with the Raffles team failed to fix the issues. The Raffles team then tried to blame all the problems on the new hotel.

This was my second stay at Raffles Dubai, and after the wonderful experiences during both stays, I'll be here again on future trips. The hotel is very elegant without being stuffy, and the rooms are spacious and well-appointed with all the amenities needed. The staff are l friendly and helpful (and well-trained), including the reception staff and the concierge staff, who went beyond the 'call of duty' to efficiently arrange reserved tickets for the WTA tennis tournament.
The pool area, gym, and locker rooms are wonderful, clean, and well-maintained. I also like the location of the hotel, which is close to the airport and not affected by the hustle and bustle of the downtown areas (e.g., Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa area). Overall, you can't miss with this fabulous hotel/resort destination in Dubai - I give Raffles my highest recommendation.

Raffles Dubai was an amazing experience!!! We arrived at 6am due to an early flight and they offered to check us in early and even upgraded our room to a gorgeous suite! The buffet breakfast and afternoon tea were exceptional as part of Raffles Club lounge access, with included cocktails. All the staff were extremely hospitable. I can’t remember having experienced this level of service anywhere in the world. We will be recommending this amazing hotel to everyone! The room was great and breakfast was good. However, the location is suboptimal - quite far from downtown (about 20m drive) and far from most restaurants. It's quite inconvenient. The service was good, but I've had much better service at other similarly priced 5-star hotels - it could've been 1 or 2 notches better. It's also suboptimal that the gym isn't open 24/7. Overall, the stay was reasonable but I'd only recommend this hotel for a business trip.

Raffles Dubai is located in a quiet area away from the noisy Dubai down town. The hotel area has the advantage of being a part of the Wafi mall where there are lots of shopping and restaurant options within a few-minutes’ walking distance. Although the rooms are spacious and comfortable their rates are quite expensive and need to be revised especially that the hotel rooms apparently have not been renewed/redesigned/redecorated for a long time.
