Blitzsauberes Zimmer, echter freundlicher Umgang mit den Hotelgästen. Der Chef gratulierte sogar einem Hotelgast persönlich zum Geburtstag. Toll: Eintritt ins Thalassozentrum bei einer bestimmten Zimmerkategorie inklusiv, ebenso das Fitness Studio. Und in besagter Kategorie gab es auch wahlweise in gezapftes Bier oder ein Gläschen Wein...echter Mehrwert! Danke!

Leider sehr enttäuscht wurden wir bei unserem ersten Besuch. Wir hatten beim Buchen darauf geachtet, daß ein Aufzug vorhanden ist. Leider bekamen wir ein Zimmer, daß man nur durch viele dunkle Gänge, durch die Bar, durch den Speisesaal und mehrere Treppen erreichen konnte. Der Balkon hatte anstatt dem versprochenen Gartenblick , freien Blick auf Mülltonnen und verdreckte Zeltdächer. Als wir diese Missstände ansprachen, wurde uns nur mitgeteilt, dass, sie es aufgrund , daß ausgebucht sei, nicht ändern könne.Als ich sagte, daß dann ja wohl ein Preisnachlass gerechtfertigt sei, meinte die Dame,dass
wir doch schon einen super Preis haben und daß sie nichts machen kann.
Ich finde, daß man doch ein so wichtiges Detail, wie KEIN AUFZUG!! erwähnen muß.

Ein gutes drei Sterne Hotel
Für uns war es das erste Mal ein drei Sterne Hotel (sonst immer fünf Sterne). Wir waren trotzdem zufrieden. Die Zimmer sind sehr ruhig und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt. Im Nu ist man am Strand beziehungsweise den Restaurants für das Abendessen, denn das Hotel bietet leider nur Frühstück und hat kein Restaurant. Das Frühstück wird nach vorherigem Ausfüllen eines Formularssdurch sehr fleißige Mitarbeiter am Tisch serviert. Wenn man noch etwas anderes beziehungsweise zusätzliches möchte, geht man einfach zum Buffet und lässt sich das dann auf den Teller tun. Es ist für jeden etwas dabei. Die Qualität und Auswahl ist absolut gut.
Alle zwei Tage muss ein negativer Corona Test im Hotel vorgezeigt werden. Eine Teststation liegt direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite des Hotels. Super einfach und am besten mit online Termin zu nutzen.
Wir hatten ein Studio gebucht, was sehr nett eingerichtet war. Auf der Terrasse stand sogar ein Strandkorb. Uns hat der viertägige Aufenthalt gut gefallen, und wir werden sicherlich bald wieder in diesem Hotel reservieren.
