The property was nice and clean, well maintained. Check in staff was friendly. My room was clean, the temperature control worked well and was not noisy, the refrigerator worked, the bed was comfortable, and the shower worked well and didn’t leak all over the floor. The complimentary breakfast was well rounded and there were two waffle makers. I did not eat breakfast but I believe I would have enjoyed it if I had. I’d stay here again!

At check-in, the gentleman said I see you have a request for a first level room floor but there’s none available. I’m sorry. But he put me on the top floor and the room was in a back corner where we couldn’t even get the luggage cart down we had to take our suitcases off the luggage cart and carry them down to our room. The place stunk so bad of a high perfume me strong scent very toxic spelling you couldn’t get any fresh air. The air conditioner did work well so that kind of help with the air movement. I will say the most positive thing about our stay was the breakfast. It was surprisingly delicious. Everything was cooked well and tasty. But I will not stay here again.

Property and room was super clean. Breakfast wasn't too bad. The night clerk was friendly and excited, and that was a nice change from typical night time hotel check ins. The bad parts is the TV channels above 9 or ten were all choppy, like old DirectTV when the clouds rolled in. They were completely unwatchable. The TV did had casting from a device. That worked the first night, but never again after that. The wife forgot things in the car and had to go back out twice. She was approached by two different sketchy dudes walking up from the wooded area around the back. She survived.

Our stay here was for a quick weekend work trip. Our room wasn’t cleaned thoroughly because there were dozens of ants crawling around. We notified staff and we were moved to another room. Breakfast was ok. Our girls enjoyed having the gym to themselves most of the day. Parking was free. WiFi was good. Overall stay 3/5 due mostly to ants being in the room.

Upon arrival, you will notice there is no sign for the drive way. There are more signs for fireworks than for the hotel. This caused a lot of confusion with my GPS and an extra trip around the block.
Hotel was clean and in good condition. Staff was friendly, I felt safe as a single female traveler. Room was a described.
Pillows on the bed were not comfortable. They were square pillows. Bed was comfortable. Pool looked nice though I didn't have a change to use it.
Microwave in the room didn't work. Staff replaced it the second I called.
Walking distance to some restaurants and Walmart was a 5 min drive.

I hate to leave a negative review, because the staff were very polite and kind, but overall, the hotel is a mixed bag. I checked in for a few nights stay and the rate was fair enough. However, within 30 minutes my credit card company informed me of a suspicious FRAUD alert charge to some random car insurance company I guess for a random amount of $43. I did not, nor am I accusing anyone working there of stealing my card info, but there is definitely a security breach in their system or software. My card company handled it and I have contacted Best Western of my concerns. As far as the room, it was fine and somewhat clean, except the area around the AC unit was very dirty, had cobwebs on the side areas and some mold inside it. I had black ants all over the place crawling on the walls and I may have been bit once or twice. I didn't even have food to attract them and when I did, I made sure it was sealed, in the fridge and no crumbs or messes.
(I am a very tidy person lol).
Not a great experience, but it wasn't the worst place for the price and situation. You get what you pay for.... again, the staff always said hello and were very polite and trying their best. I think they need to invest a little more $$ to clean it up and it will be vastly improved. Best Western I believe has made them aware of my concerns, so hopefully that will be addressed as well.

Arrived around 6pm. Check in was very uninformative. Basically handed me the key and said have a nice day. No explanation of where anything was.

The breakfast was mediocre at best. Not a lot of options. The beds were comfortable. Our floor was quiet and peaceful.

I stayed on a weekend when prices were inflated and paid over $250 for one night and the value just did not deliver. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The rooms were not well maintained and appeared to have unrepaired water damage on the walls. The room also had an old, musty smell. Overall, it seems this location is overdue for interior renovations.Additionally, the appliances and bedding appear outdated and in need of replacement.

The staff was friendly. The facility was clean. There was no fan in the bathroom. The shampoo and soap was barely enough for one person, not the two in the reservation. The shower pressure was a sprinkler. When I booked the room my reservation was quoted with taxes as $179 for one night. When I checked in I was charged a $100 deposit. Making the one night stay $279 for one night. We could have stayed closer to our event for less than what we were charged. The $100 deposit was not mentioned in our reservation. While the hotel was decent, it was not $279 decent.

Nice place and potentially walkable to appointment at the Pyramids the next day, as well as a few restaurants. Short drive to several restaurants and to Kroger Gas, where we make heavy use of the discount program. Good value; one of the less expensive hotels in the immediate area.

Very disappointed by the whole experience. Booked six rooms all rooms were dusty and untidy. Stains on the bedsheets, not enough shampoo and missing towels. As we are a sporting group we expected a swimming pool to be available. This was advertised for width. It’s out of order until May and it looked disgusting. Should not be coming there ever again.

I stayed overnight at this hotel. I can't really complain much about this place. The room was spacious and clean. Staff were friendly. However, there was an incident that scared me a little bit. Within 30 mins of checking in my room, I decided to uber eats my dinner. And when I opened my door, there was a gentleman with luggages standing outside my door. He said \"Hello! This is our room!\" I said, \"no it's not. It's mine and I just checked in.\" He showed me the room card key folder and it did say 302, which was my room. The only reason why he couldn't open it is because I put the security lock on the door. The receptionist assigned them to another room.

The room was basic and not as clean as it should've been (sticky nightstand, hair in the tub) one bed had 5 pillows , and no bottom sheet on the other, but we had good interactions with the late night desk attendant and the people in charge of breakfast.
We stayed with our two kids , so come check out time , I had cleaned up our mess , and put linen together, and tipped. We checked out then got a call and we're accused of stealing their comforts and asked to come back and return them or be charged. Obviously we came back, were told we threw them out of our car and were hiding them .. they called the manager he's was very nice and calmed the situation down. The front desk girl who runs it in the morning was very immature and rude about the accusations trying anyway to charge our card extra and told us that we should've never came back... I wish we could've left a five star , but ended with a one. I would stay clear of the hotel specifically. Even warned by the locals.

Also when I asked about a late checkout, the lady I spoke with told me they don’t do late checkouts and she was very rude and unprofessional. I will not be booking at this location again.

when i got to my room it was very cold so i turned on and i went to dinner after i got back room was still pretty cold so i went to check on and did it again manually but never worked. at 2 am room was extremely cold so i call front desk and they changed us to a new room. after packing everything uo and moved other room was ok heat worked but thermostat was not working properly i had to get up and turn heat off 3 times because thermostat wouldn’t work. on tap of all
of that towels are very old they didn't even give an apology or anything

First, let me start off by saying Keisha was absolutely wonderful. The person after that was horrible. Long story short I ended up not even using my room. I ended up sleeping on the couch in the lobby and I had trouble and was stuck on the side of the road for a couple hours and I didn’t get in till 5:30 in the morning, and I was told by the person after Keisha that I had to check out by checkout would not work with me at all. I travel about three times a month and the only reason why I picked you was because of your pet friendly, but I will show you. I will pay more to stay somewhere else for from now on.

EV charger was the reason I booked this hotel. It was advertised and I even called to confirm. Once I arrived reception didn’t know anything about it and after calling management I was told it was out of order. Wasted my time and had to go find a charger 15 minutes away. Immediately when I got in my room the floor was covered with crumbs. Pulled back the bedding and hair strands were threaded into the sheets as well as the pillowcases. The tub clogged after taking a shower, which then clogged the toilet as well. Overall unhappy with my stay. Wouldn’t recommend.

This place was ROUGH. Grumpy desk people. The whole place wa broken down and filthy. Loud, inconsiderate guests in hallways. Towels left laying overnight around the pool and the towel cupboard completely empty. Breakfast was insane. I waited about 10 min for some eggs to be brought out, but when they came, it was a sheet tray of about 12-15 baked eggs. There were so many people waiting for those eggs. That's not very efficient. I'm sure they ran out again before all the people waiting could get any. I travel a lot and have pretty realistic expectations. I used to like best westerns. But the last three I've stayed at have been about the worst stays I've had in recent years. Should have been a red flag when the closest businesses were a janky looking fireworks store and a discount liquor store in a shared parking lot with the hotel. Never a good sign.
