When it comes to conflicts was never gotten resolved or offered anything for inconvenience. Made a reservation and called in to make sure my room was reserved, once arrived staff couldn’t find my reservation and was nothing able to do. Even though reservation was reserved and had confirmation of my room booked and was offered to find another place to go and traveled all the way from NY to get a answer like this was very upsetting

There was cigarette holes in the blankets and bedding, asked staff for another towel cause there was only hand towels,wash rags and floor towel I was told house keeping left … I asked for the towel during the day before noon. Air conditioner smelled .. only booked cause it was the cheapest one I could find with decent ratings

The room is dirty, air-conditioning smelled like mold, no card on the back of the door for emergency exit in case of fire, no phone in the room, no alarm clock, no coffee maker, no hairdryer. The bathroom was dirty dirt in the floor hair in the bathtub dirty socks under one bed., each had three pillow that was flatter than a pancake beds were very uncomfortable. The sheets were very stained.

I used to book this hotel all the time and never once had a pest issue except every now and then I had a wasp in the room but never an abundance of ants…The lady at the front desk tried to blame it on me leaving food out and I let it go because I knew I didn’t and I was on the 3rd floor. What made it worse was that there were no ants at all near the window, they were specifically all on a night table and the desk even got to the point I had ants landing on me and I had random ants on the bed

If I had known earlier, I would never have stayed here. My room was filthy, and I could smell smoke coming from the room next door. The bedsheets and pillows were old, and the floor hadn’t been cleaned in days. I paid $80 for that experience! It was the worst I’ve ever had.

The hotel appears to be declining in overall condition and is in clear need of repairs and better maintenance. My room was very dirty, and several items inside the room were either damaged or falling apart.

Because this was a last-minute stay and other nearby hotels had no availability, I had no choice but to stay here. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. I would rate this hotel 2 out of 5 stars, and even that feels generous given the condition of the property and room.

The room was the worst I have ever seen. Look like they were using sheets from the other guest. As soon as I brought a sandwich in the room there were thousands of black ants that were aggressive all over the room. My clothes, my bed, on my body. I hope I don't get infected by these ants. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.

The room.had paint splatters on the floor. The shower head had paint clogging the nozzles. No remote control in the room called the front desk and they told me to come down and get a remote, which then didnt work on the tv. The walls were so thin I could hear the man next door snoring very loudly! Then i could hear the room above me which sounded like someone walking back and forth for hours, the floor boards were squeaking. The bathroom was unfinished with the repainting and the shower/tub was either stained horribly or not clean at all. I got no sleep what so ever and had to work today. I will NOT be returning to this establishment.

This has been the worse stay and I stay a lot here, I requested smoke free when I got to the room it smelled like cigarette there was also ash trays in the bathroom and Tabasco stuff on the bathroom floor as it wasn’t cleaned also burnt holes in the sheet… not staying here anymore and also a time before this the manager owner was very rude and got loud with me and I still gave it a chance definitely not worth my money.

My husband and I stayed here with our 3 year-old son. The room we were first in was infested with cockroaches. My husband went down to the front desk to complain and they gave us a different room. Different room, same problem. I didn’t sleep a wink the entire night because I was afraid bugs would be crawling all over my baby while he slept. Check out is 11 AM but housekeepers banged on our door at 10:10 AM I have videos/photos of the cockroaches. This facility will be reported to the local health department. Do not stay here. It is disgusting.

When I arrived at the property they firstly wanted to know about my dog which is an emotional support animal due to my PTSD which I told them she was then she didn't have the card details for my room which was key cash so I had to call Expedia myself and then was on hold for over an hour and that's after I was told that I could not be checked in until my dog was removed from the property unless I could provide her certification which is on my phone she said she needed a paper not the phone and they have no printer either so I had to stand outside in the cold with her until a friend I know happened to come to the hotel and I had to put her in his car in this freezing cold which is absolutely horrible because now my dog is going to have issues being separated from me.rhus has been very traumatic for us both and I would like some sort of compensation for my suffering and for my dogs as well thank you for your time

cleaning is only done on monday and friday and after we asked why our room was not cleaned on friday, they told us we needed to request the cleaning, then they said they would clean it the next day and it did not get done, then we asked for clean towels and toilet paper at least and got them ourselves, it had a very noisy air conditioner due to the unit's lid was missing.

Furniture in the room was new, bed was comfortable, bathroom could have been cleaner. You can’t get an extra blanket for the bed if you are cold even when asking for one. They don’t have any to give you. When you want clean towels you have to give them your towels and wait for them to have clean ones to exchange with yours like they only have just enough for the rooms. It was quiet inside for being right next to the airport and the main highway, sleeping wasn’t a problem at all.
