Arrived early and waited till 2pm to be told that there was problem with the plumbing and they tried to help by relocating us to a nearby hotel, which was not of the standard of the hotel we booked.

After paying a non-refundable booking fee which clearly stated All Inclusive, at check in we were informed that we would only receive the dinner the evening of check in as all inclusive, and the remaining 4 days would be breakfast only due to the high season coming to an end.

It was very disappointing and unfair. The coffee bar charged $7 per cup of coffee (what should have been all inclusive)

We felt like it was a complete rip off.

The staff was ready to be done and grounds, and overall service as a result was very poor.

This hotel is not oceanfront and has a weird layout
In order to get to the beach, you'd need to walk through the restaurant.
The ocean water at this part of the bay was dark and/or cloudy-don't know why, but closer to Marmaris side of the bay seemed crystal clear, around the public beach area and onwards.
The service and food was very good, hard working staff.
The reception team is questionable, I booked through Expedia with a feature 'late check out no extra fee", emailed the hotel asking for the details, never got response and got 2 different answers face to face. Kind of dissappointing to see the Elite Hotel group left he reception badl managed.
Overall, we would not return or recommend.

We couldn't sleep the first night of our 2 day planned stay because of the very loud noise coming from the dance bars across a narrow street from our room. It was late and the staff told us to wait until the morning to change rooms. We decided to leave next morning and change hotels because we were not sure changing rooms will make much difference. We asked the manager to charge us only one night because we are not staying for the second night. He asked us to call Expedia which we did. Expedia talked to the manager and requested the cancellation of the second night. The manager later told me he would only refund the second night if I gave his hotel a positive review! I thought that was blackmailing but i told him I don't normally leave reviews since I don't have time for that. We left with the understanding that if I don't say anything bad about the hotel he would refund the second night that we did not use. He was lying. What a dishonest management.

At the beginning of June I stayed at Elite World Marmaris. The staff are incredibly welcoming and friendly, and the hotel is spotless and so lovely. The food including breakfast, lunch, dinner as well as the snack bar were all great & there were so many options. The views from the beach are stunning also. I’d highly recommend staying here.

The buildings have a nice esthetic with white and blue colors.

My main complaint is the food, service in the kitchen area and the gym facilities.

Food-I understand this is all inclusive, how ever the food is extremely low quality I had to step out every night to have dinner.

Staff-seemed annoyed and agitated with every questions and request. Even one the “covid” off season where it is not busy at all.

Gym facility is falling apart! Old and dirty weights with the seating missing knobs l.

The hotel is nice, unfortunately we were staying here on part of a road trip and paid the same price as we did at some 5* hotels so we were a little disappointed. This is a 4star hotel so we didnt expect the same standard but for the price we paid we expected a little more- i cant put my finger on exactly what it was!

The staff are FANTASTIC and the most attentive we have seen. They make your holiday.

Location is good as in the town centre.

It is a very chilled out place with no loud music or entertainment.

Rooms are clean and tidy, bathrooms lovely, decor great. Overall this was a great place to stay and would stay again if in the area.

Absolutley superb. How is this only 4 star!

From the moment we arrived untill the moment we left, the staff of elite world were superb. The place was spotless, food was too a good standard and plenty of it, room was modern and always kept stocked with clean towels and water etc, pool area and bar were outstanding and the staff never stopped. Covid was taken extremely seriously here and again staff made sure that your health and safety was prority. This is only a 4 star and having stayed at it's 5 star neighbour (club aqua) last year I wasn't expecting to find what we did. It was in my opinion better in all aspects apart from entertainment than club aqua was so it definitely should be a higher rating. I never stay in the same place twice but I can honestly say this will be considered next year when booking to go away. As I said all staff worked extremely hard but I have to give special mentions to Ishmael at the pool bar who never let your glass go empty and 2 of the bar/restaurant placed guys in Sedat and Serkan who had is in wrinkles laughing with they're cheeky grins, playful banter and high energy. And I nearly left out the best part which in my opinion was no kids!! Will most definitely be back.

The staff are superb, they couldn’t do enough for you particularly Ismail and Samet.
The food was excellent and always so much choice, one small criticism the salad sauces and condiments could have been labelled!!
The hotel was always clean, the gym was well equipped with modern equipment. The pool and sun beds were never an issue plenty to go round.

WOW THE MOST AMAZING HOTEL.

We can’t rate this hotel highly enough. The staff are outstanding and all so friendly and helpful. Ishmal and Mamhet at the bar are wonderful and Keren in the restaurant is particularly helpful. We can’t wait to go back again. The rooms are comfortable and modern. The food is great and the pool area is so clean and tidy 11 out of 10 for everything.

Overall the hotel was excellent and the staff amazing ! A special mention to the two barmen Mehmet and Ishmail who are fantastic and the waiters in the restaurant could not do enough for you !
If there were any complaints it would be the fact that the maid while concentrating on making figures out of towels would forget to leave the tea and coffee in the room !
Also we booked and paid for a sea view room but got a side sea view room over looking ASDA lol ! We could see the sea though all be it side on !!! And crooked neck ! Friends of ours who arrived later were offered an upgrade from city view to sea view room ! For £80 cash payment only !!!!! ( no card payment allowed) Cash is king !!!! and they got a full sea view room , therefore opening there curtains everyday to a fantastic view

First trip to Turkey

This was a first trip to Turkey and most likely will not be our last!!

We chose to stay at the Elite World Hotel as this was adults only, perfect for a married couple with no children.

The hotel was in a good location, easily accessible to the beach, and lots of surrounding bars and restaurants.
The hotel was stunning, great design, modern, clean, spacious.

You were never without the option of food or drinks. Food was ok, very basic but tasty none the less.

Although we enjoyed our short stay here, if I had to have one moan, it would be about the staff!!!

I would say 80% of them were just ‘grumpy’!!! lacking smiles on their faces and the willingness to help and pro-actively engage with hotel guests.

We did however come across one gem, his name was ‘Serhad’. we was brilliant, polite, friendly, happy, helpful!! He seemed like he loved his job and was always happy to be there.

Worst staff experience was in the ‘Fitlife centre’. On our first day we went to book some massage treatments, was greeted by 2 ladies, one who appeared to be the manager and another who literally had the most miserable face on her every time I see her!! On top of this, she literally could not put her mobile phone down and seemed disgruntled that you disrupted her to book treatments. I found her very rude, she even brought her phone into the treatment room with her for my massage, which I showed up 10mins early for, she seemed annoyed about this also. I will add Massage was good.

Simply the best.

Fantastic hotel,fantastic staff who go out of their way to make your stay special. This is a four star all inclusive hotel with only 90 rooms,so very small and friendly.

Food is superb and the choice is fantastic. Rooms are amazing we stayed in a superior deluxe with sea view. Never seen a bed as big. View from the balcony was amazing. Mini fridge stocked with water daily.

Always plenty of sun beds by the pool. Plenty of choice in the restaurant but there is also a snack bar serving burgers salad pizza pide etc open from 2.30 til 5 and a coffee bar serving speciality coffees and cakes open from 10.00 til midnight.

There is also a la carte restarant which you can book however this is payable.

The private beech is 2 minutes away and centre of icmelor with shops bars restaurants 5 minutes.

Marmaris is 10 minutes by bus (3 lira or £0.35p each) or 20 minutes by water taxis 20 lira or £3.50 each). The water taxi is well worth it.

This is the perfect place to stay.

Nice hotel and great location

A really nice hotel located near the sea in the lovely town of Icmeler. The faculties are very good and the staff are really helpful. Sadly, as we spend evenings meeting friends for dinner outside we didn’t take full advantage of the all-inclusive. However, the breakfast and lunches were really good and had a wide selection of food, and at lunch much of it is cooked in an open kitchen bar. Even if you miss lunch there is a nice little selection of burgers, waffles etc available in the afternoon.
The sun loungers on the beach are free and very comfortable, with cold water and tea/coffee available for guests.
The one negative is the size of our room; little more than half a meter between the edge of the bed and other furniture, so it could be a bit of squeeze. Other than that would recommend.

All inclusive hotel in great location

We arrived late at the hotel and were allocated a room with a partial sea view, we queried this the following morning and were moved to a room on the top floor with outstanding sea views.
The food although a buffet style was freshly cooked and there was always plenty of choice, the quality of food was also excellent and the salads and fresh fruit were exceptional.
The pool area was never crowded and sunbeds were available at all times of the day, the pool bar was open from 10 am and served a choice of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Water was also available at all times from a fridge near the pool (it was 39 degrees some days so this was very welcome)
The hotel beach was again never too busy although the prime sunbeds next to the sea were often taken early! Although Wifi was available on the beach it was often impossible to join the network, that being said it was available in both the public areas and bedrooms in the hotel.
The best part of the holiday were the staff who without exception were helpful and went out of their way to ensure a great holiday experience.
We look forward to re-visiting the Elite World Marmaris in the future.

An excellent hotel. The hotel looks exactly like it does in the photographs.
The food on the buffet was always delicious and varied.
The spa was very modern, clean and the services priced appropriately.
Staff at the hotel were all very good, always happy to help and answer any questions we had.
Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. Although the hotel was at full occupancy it never felt crowded, a fantastic stay.

Well what can i say, the exprience we had at this hotel was amazing. The staff go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and happy. Extremely friendly and will do anything for you. Never expreienced service like it! More like a 5* hotel than a 4* !! The food was our FAVOURITE part, absolutley amazing, has so much selection and freshly cooked infront of you. Choice of salads, cheese and sauces for the side of your meal was great aswell. Pool area was never crowded and plenty of sunbeds were available, even at lunch time. Our rooms were cleaned every single day to a high standard. New towels and bottles of water given daily in our fridge/cooler. Safe is available in the rooms and air con worked perfectly. We spent 7 nights here and wanting a relaxing holiday, this hotel was definitley just that. Hotel situated in a small town, Icmeler - which is just 10 mins away from Mamaris (if you want to venture out) 3 turkish lira each to catch the bus. Taxi is 50 turkish lira. Private beach less than a minite walk from hotel which has plenty of activites, if thats your sort of thing.

Overall, i cant compliment this hotel enough and are already planning to go back next year! Oh and there is a mini supermarket accross the road, the owner Yousef is great, always smiling and sells everything! He never closes!

Thank you to everyone at this hotel who made our stay a dream!

Fabulous hotel, great food and great location

The hotel is very luxurious, our deluxe double room was lovely. Hanging space in the wardrobe was limited - the only negative I could find about the whole hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating, there was always someone who spoke English. Mehmet the restaurant manager was particularly helpful. The food was amazing, so much choice and totally delicious. The choice of drinks was also excellent, often it isn't at all inclusive hotels. I recommend the Turkish Angora dry white wine. The pool area was very clean and there was always enough sunbeds, never a rush to get your towel out! The beach area was ok, the sunbeds were hemmed in a bit but more than adequate. We preferred the pool. My daughter and I also had treatments in the spa which was totally relaxing. We had intended to use the gym but never got around to it, too busy relaxing. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet relaxing stay. Fabulous and we will go again.

My only criticism is thst when it rained there was no indoor bar although management will dispute that. There was onoy seating for about 12 people in foyer and the One Bar which was never open.

Bad Bad and worse!!!

3 Reception staff on arrival were to busy chatting on phone and kept us waiting 15 mins to check in ,then none of whom spoke English. Very disappointed with our room ,very small, safe was locked.Guest have to use public beach..Food was bland and not much choice . (We ate out after day 3 of a 10 day stay.) We made several attempts to speak to reception about some of our concerns but each time we got the same response "we no speak English come back when manager is on".We finally spoke to a manager who apologisedo but it was 9 days to late....We have stayed in this resort on many occasions in The Fantasia and will be returning there...WE WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THE ELITE.....IF THEY Want to English speaking Guests THEN Get or teach your front of house staff some Basic Guest Relations Skills in English..

Good new hotel which still needs some fine tuning

The hotel is brand new, very nice and comfortable, nice rooms and great food from the buffet. Food was probably the highlight of our stay at Elite World - never has hotel food tasted so good! The pool is also very nice and has comfy beds. The staff are friendly (especially the restaurant staff) however speak very limited English and are a bit 'stiff' - they need to loosen up a bit and engage more with the customers.
It's very close to the beach (virtually on it) however this is a real let down as their stretch of beach is probably the worst in all of Icmeler, no space between parasols and quite dirty - in fact it's not even their stretch. They rent a section from some other guys who don't keep it clean enough, keep a lot rubbish stashed up by the shower which does not even work properly!
Spa and gym are very nice - I recommend the hammam experience.
Overall I would recommend and would go back (if it was on a different beach in a different town!).

An All-round Excellent Experience

My girlfriend and I stayed for 18 nights in July 2015. The hotel only opened on 1 June 2015 and is of a very modern design (both exterior and interior). With only 90 rooms, the hotel was of a size that allowed the staff to get to know you, and all staff were exceptionally polite, friendly and helpful.
The spa (Turkish bath), massage area, salon and gym are all well equipped.
The hotel has a big swimming pool for those who prefer a pool to the beach.
Fully recommend this hotel to couples.

Amazing hotel in a great location!

Hotel was amazing with great facilities which have been finished to a very high standard! Addition the hotel is in a great location with a two minute walk from the beach and restaurants!

Would live to stay again when fully finished!

Very nice, new and very clean hotel. has a nice fresh look especially the pool area.
was relatively quite due to it being a brand new hotel.
would love to stay again when everything is finished as there was clear teething problems.
not all facilities such as the spa etc wasn't finished nor was the panoramic elevator. Instead we had to use the service elevator. Don't really think that they should advertise them until they're finished.
Some staff didn't really know what was going on at times which is understandable if the managers didn't,
Would stay again when everything is finished but there were clear teething problems.

Snack bar biraz daha geliştirilebilinir çeşitlilik ve kalite yetersiz. Ana yemeklerde pek seçenek yok ama yemek lezzeti fena değil. Kahvaltı yeterli hatta en sevdiğimiz öğün oldu. Otel çalışanları ilgililerdi. Denize yürüme mesafesinde ama sahilde içeçek servisi yok. Otoparkı yok araç park edecek yer bulmakta sıkıntı yaşanabilir. Butik otelden hallice bir yer cok büyük bir yer beklemeyin.Yandaki bardan 12 bucuğa kadar yüksek müzik sesleri geliyor ve bizce rahatsız ediciydi. Kokteyller özensiz direk bir bardağa herseyden biraz konularak hazırlanıyor. Ama genel olarak biz f/p oteli olarak bulduk.

O kadar otellerde kaldım bu kadar kötü bir otelde konaklamamıştım . Yemekler berbat lezzetsiz hergün aynı tür yemek cıkıyor . Tatlılar rezalet ötesiydi otel çalışanları lobi hariç saygısız umursamaz hepsinin elinde telefon oflayarak bırsey yapıyorlar . Huzur evinden farksız hiçbir aktivitesi olmayan bir otel . Tek iyi diyebilecegim oda temizliğidi.

Bir daha tercih etmeyeceğim

Balayı için geldiğimiz otelden memnun kalmayışımızı anlatmak istiyorum oda gece lağım kokuyor çok rahatsız olduğumuzu belirtmek istiyoruz otelin yeri iyi kendine ait plajı var ama otoparkı yok otelin karşısında bar var gece 1 e kadar yüksek sesli müzik var odanın içinde çalıyor bildiğiniz bu da bizi çok rahatsız etti otelde sezon sonu olmasına rağmen açık büfe akşam yemeğinde oturacak yer bulamadık 10 dk ortalıkta dolandık bir çalışana yer sorduk beklemeniz lazım dedi yemeği memeği bırakıp dışarı çıktık şahsen ben tekrar tercih etmeyeceğim

Çıkıştaki hizmet

Konaklamamız süresince herhangi bir sıkıntı yaşamadık ta ki çıkış yaptırana kadar. Çıkış yaptırırken masaj hizmetini girmemişler sistemden biz de ödeme için Ali beye hatırlatma yaptık. Sisteme düşmesi biraz zaman alacak gibiydi biz de kahve içtikten sonra gelip ödememizi yapabilir miyiz dedik. Kendisi kabul etti. Kahvemizi içerken yanımıza geldi ödemenizi yapabilirsiniz diye. Zaten geleğimizi belirtmiştik dedik. Sanki ödemeden gidecekmişiz muamelesi yaptı. Hizmeti hatırlatan zaten biziz söylemeseydik o zaman söylemezdik.tavrı hiç hoş değildi.

Genel anlamda herşey iyiydi.Otel personelleri gayet güleryüzlü ilgiliydiler.Odalar temiz gerekli ekipmanlar mevcuttu.resatoran bölümü az çeşit olmasına rağmen lezzetliydi.Bir tek otelin karşısındaki Shake bar gece 2 ye kadar çok gürültülü olduğundan uyuyamadık.

Otel tertemiz yemekleri gayet güzel lobideki arkadaşlar gayet nazik personel ilgili sadece balayı çifti olarak odaya giriş günü meyve ve şarap ikramı yapılacaktır diye ibare olmasına rağmen yapılmadı tek olumsuz konu buydu fakat yinede her şey gayet güzeldi :)

Oda genişliği, balkonunun olması şahaneydi. Hijyen konusunda mükemmel temizlikte diyebilirim. Havuz çok güzeldi yeterli derinlikte ve etrafında herşey düşünülmüş, plaj olarak deniz şahane otelin kendine ayrılmış olan şezlongları mevcut. Yemekler çeşit olarak bol ve hepsi birbirinden nefistir. Başta Şahan bey olmak üzere bütün personeller çok güler yüzlü çok yardımcılar. Ben böyle bir otel görmedim herkese tavsiye ederim!!

Otelin plaji ve denizi cok cok kotu su cok kirliydi giremedik.icmeler yanginindan sonra sel sulari oldugu gibi denize gelmis ve deniz suyu cok bulanik ve kirliydi.bu sorun zaten varmis onceden biz bilemedik.yemekler vasatin altindaydi sifir lezzet
Otel odalari temizdi.ama bir daha gidermiyim biraz zor
Turkiyenin heryerinde oldugu gibi bu otelde de arap ruuzgari esiyordu.on yargili degilim ama kalan arap musterileri ciddi rahatsizlik verdiler hal ve hareketleriyle.bunu ilettik zaten calisanlara.
