The rooms were good and the service was fine, it just seemed like the staff wasn't well equipped to serve english speaking guests.

Japanese kitschy. Rooms were nice though and fun for kids. Wasn't clear that the kid activities (pool, kids land) incurred costs even for hotel guests.

This is a very authentic Japanese hotel and appeared to be mostly Japanese tourists. The dinner buffet had very loud live performance and the audience was definitely into it. There's an onsen at this hotel and a pool. The pool closes early and opens late so heads up. We didn't really pay attention to where the hotel was. It's about a 45 minute train from the Nara Park, we may have booked a closer place if we'd known, but for the experience of staying at this hotel it was pretty much worth it.

The hotel in general is good, staff very supportive. However, it took them two days to fix the AC problem, which means all customers have heated air instead of cooled air... Couldn't sleep in a sauna-like room.
They did however provided a Dyson fan for the second night which helps a bit. It is a shame about the AC issue, otherwise it would be a good stay.
Also it is good to note that the entrance for the hotel is for group customer only, other customer shall enter the hotel via the kenko land entrance.

Not a good option for tourists.
It's out int the middle of the outskirts of farm country, and it at least 45mins away from the center of Mara. With long travel to the hotel and checkin at 3, its really inconvenient.

The reviews don't match the experience of this place. It seemed like a cross between a casino and spa for the elderly. The room was comfortable enough...but the hotel was much further out of the way than expected. If the stay wasn't so comical I would've booked something else.

東京から11月にデラックスツイン2泊しました。外気温は7度。寒かったので部屋のエアコン温度を上げて就寝。しかし寒く、夜中に何度も目覚め、最高温の28度、最強風速に設定。ところが、まったく効かず、パジャマを２枚重ね着して、靴下をはいてなんとか眠りました。
翌朝、フロントに追加の毛布をお願いしたところ、バスタオルが届き「毛布追加はおこなっておりません。空調も全館一括管理なので、各部屋のエアコンはききません」との事。
寒さを訴えたところ「送風機の空きがあれば、貸せる」との返事。２日目は送風機の温風で眠る事ができましたが、お陰様で夫婦とも風邪をひきました。
無料送迎バスも１時間に1本のみ。乗り遅れてタクシーを使いましたら、JR郡山駅から3400円かかりました。遠方からの宿泊を検討されている方は、御注意される事をオススメします。

日中のエアコンのききが悪く22度の強でも暑く感じました。日が沈んでからは大丈夫でしたが‥そこだけ不満でしたが利用したのが夏なのできくようになるといいなーあとはスタッフの方も感じ良い、プール、お風呂、子供のふわふわの遊ぶところ、利用はしなかったですがマンガがたくさんあるとこ、カラオケと退屈しないと思いました。子供がもっと大きくなったらそちらも利用したいです。夏休みで人がごったがえしてたけどそれは想定内でした。夜ビュッフェのレストラン？を利用しましたが私はあんまり‥でした。次は隣の焼き肉に行こうと思いました。

温泉がとても良いです。近隣の宿泊施設より少し割高ですが、屋内の温泉も露天風呂もとても良いです。特に屋内は色々な温泉があり、とても楽しめます。

出張で転々とホテルを変え宿泊していますが、ここはいいホテルの上位に入ります。コスパ最高です

非常に清潔で、全てのサービスが素晴らしかったです。館内の方はどなたもホスピタリティの鑑のような方々でした。滞在中は天候に恵まれたので、毎日出かけることができたのですが、もし天候が崩れても健康ランドの施設内で一日中楽しめると思いました。たくさんの種類のお風呂はとても清潔で、アメニティーの品質も高く、夜中までゆったりとできます。岩盤浴は300円で有料ですが、同日中なら何度でも入場できます。ロッカールームも広々としていて、自動販売機などは全てロッカーの鍵をかざして精算なので、現金を持ち歩く煩わしさもありませんでした。
