A simple and dependable business hotel. The staff were very friendly and even let me check in a bit early, which I appreciated. The room was clean, though the air felt a little stale when I first arrived. Breakfast is straightforward and gets the job done, and the small public baths were a nice way to relax. The location is very convenient, with plenty of dining options and useful shops close by. Overall, a clean, friendly, and reliable place for a short stay.

早餐很豐盛，日式西式都有，還有免費的溫泉！

價格整體上也都比大阪市區便宜的多，推薦可以在奈良輕鬆住幾晚：）

We had an issue with the pillow in this hotel. The one which is in this room is just like a tree log and we did not even consider it as a pillow. It's very hard and big, not appropriate for sleep.
Apparently, that's why they have other pillows to choose at the lobby. However, by the time we arrived, all the pillows were gone.
I am sorry for the front desk staff that have to deal with this problem, although it's a problem of the product operations manager who chose them from the very beginning.
After long negotiations, staff did a great job and was able to deal with my request. Also, the bedside plug did not work, so they provided me with the extension cord to use the other plug.
The staff in this hotel was professional and very helpful.
That's the only reason I give this hotel a high evaluation.
Other that that, it was pretty disappointing. When you book a hotel with this price, you expect it at least to have a normal pillow and working electric appliances. I had issues with both.

During the buffet-style breakfast, kitchen staff was very helpful to guide me through the allergens, since I have a lot of food restrictions.

The security system... You cannot go directly to the rooms, you need to go through the lobby to access elevator leading to the rooms. However, I felt that the code system of the room is very complicated. Also, I felt that if you lose the receipt with your code, someone can easily access you room.

The hotel is conveniently located adjacent to the Nara train station via a covered walkway, in a complex that includes an upscale department store and several restaurants. It’s very near a multitude of other restaurants and shops in the surrounding neighborhood, and a short walk from the Naramachi area. It’s about a thirty-minute walk through pleasant streets to Nara's main attractions, the Great Buddha and the deer park. The hotel itself is of the quintessential business variety, with very small but efficiently designed rooms reminiscent almost of a stateroom on a ship. The most attractive feature of the hotel is the on-site onsen on the top floor, open all hours.

The location is smack on the porch of JR Nara station, a stone throw away from Kansai airport bus limo drop-off. Bus terminals to major attractions is right in front of the hotel. A short walk from Nara main Sanjo Dori street. Room size, we booked a double room with extra (sliding) bed is decent, the free onsen is a bonus after a long sightseeing day. Only one thing to comment, maybe it was coz on a weekend, the checkin/checkout a bit strict 3PM/10AM.

Check in was awful. I had booked this room in a package on Expedia as i always do with my wife and daughter, however, upon arrival, the man at the front desk embarrassed me in front of others and said my double bed room was only authorized TWO guests. Made no sense at all and he made it sound like I was dishonest and was saying all this while other guests were in the lobby. Very embarrassing and uncomfortable. The experience was lousy and the breakfast was not that great.

Great value

Overnight stop in Nara, very convenient since it is next to the train station (and surprisingly conducive). The hotel is value for money if you travel on a budget and use the room only to sleep. The room is very small but functional, and the toilet is so tiny even a size 0 like me had a few bumps. Luckily there is a public bath so we took showers there, and the baths are really useful after exploring on a cold winter day.

Breakfast seemed to be overcrowded, making it a little chaotic and difficult to find seats. But kudos to all staff and their hospitality from restaurant to reception.

In terms of value for money we had a decent stay here. The room was clean and the staff very welcoming. If you’re travelling by train, it’s right next to the station and there is paid parking too nearby. However, for a couple, the room was too small. The bed was only just big enough for us (we’re both tall) and we had to put our bags by the door to be able to get to the bed. Like many other hotels we’ve stayed in, the bathroom was tiny, although clean and functional. It could be problematic if you have mobility issues with big steps up into the bath. If you’re a single traveller, it’s fine. My daughter had the same style of room and it was perfectly serviceable. If you’re looking to stay one night in Nara and you’re on a budget, then stay here.

お部屋は寝泊まりするぐらいなら十分です。
よくあるビジネスホテルの豪華版のようなホテルでした。
アメニティは充実してましたし、大浴場が付いてるのが良かったです。
朝食も美味しくいただきました。
ちょっと不便だったのがウェルカムドリンクの補充が遅いこと。
サービスなので贅沢は言えないとは思いますがオツマミ無くなったら終了だったのはちょっと悲しかったです。
立地も非常に良かったのでちょっとした旅行なら良い選択だと思います。

ホテルに入った時から、檜のような香りがして気持ちよかったです。お部屋も綺麗でした。お風呂も清潔で連休中でしたが、混むような事もなかったです。1人旅だったので夕ご飯は、柿の葉寿司を買って、ラウンジでフリーのドリンクを飲みながらゆっくりできました。また機会があったら伺いたいです。

いわゆる高級ホテルではなく。部屋も広くはありませんが、機能的に設計されており、バスルームは使い勝手が良いです。シャワーの温度調節はしっかりしており、水量のコントロールも気持ちよくできます。ベッドの寝心地もよかったです。室内のお風呂のほかに４Fに天然温泉があり、時間を気にせずに入れるのも気に入っています。JR奈良駅に隣接していますので、雨の日も気にならず駅に行けるのもよいところです。また、健康に配慮した朝食は毎日メニューが変わるのも素晴らしいです。夕方５時からウェルカムドリンクが始まりますが、利用できる時間帯が長いのも宿泊客にはありがたい。総合的にコルトパーフォーマンスは高く、満足度のお高いホテルだと思います。

一人旅にはもってこいの立地条件でした。駅前なので、朝早くのタクシーの状況も部屋から見ることができ、夜の食事も近くにたくさんあって困ることがなかったです。朝食なしにしたので、近くのファーストフードに入りましたが、金額を比べたら、ホテルの朝食にすればよかったと思いました。お風呂もgood。よく眠れました！

コスパはかなり良いと思います！駅からすぐで、温泉もあるし、細かい心遣いが感じられるホテルです。枕を好きなものを選べるのも良かったです。
ただ、JR奈良駅周辺はレストランが少ないと感じました。近鉄奈良の方がその点、便利ですね。

スタッフの方も笑顔で対応してくれとても気持ちが良かったです。また温泉があったり、ウェルカムドリンクがあったりして他にはないサービスが嬉しかったです。奈良駅から徒歩1分という好立地ですし、また利用したいと思いました。一つ残念なのが、エアコンがほこりのようなカビのような臭いがひどかったことです。少し寒かったので暖房をつけましたが、埃っぽい感じがしたのですぐに消しました。なので夜は少し寒かったです。

立地が便利で部屋も清潔で落ち着いてリラックスできました。アメニティや浴衣はフロント近くから持って行くのですが、浴衣はMサイズのみ置いてあり、他サイズはフロントで出してもらう必要があります。女性はほぼSサイズになる(身長の関係)と思うので、最初から出しておいてもらった方がいいのにな、と思いました。大浴場の混雑具合などが部屋のテレビで知らせてくれるのは嬉しかったです。また宿泊したいと思います。

お世話になりました。Lohas JR奈良駅最高！

今回、３月下旬に３泊しました。駅直結のホテルで、交通の便、買い物、食事等何かと便利です。利用者は若い方のほか、家族連れの姿も多く、利用しやすいホテルという印象を受けました。客室や施設は清潔に保たれていました。環境への配慮というコンセプトがしっかりと実践に移されているように感じました。朝食は食材の種類が豊富で、おいしくいただきました。天然温泉もあり、また、ウェルカムドリンクのサービスもお酒等の種類も豊富で楽しめました。全体としてコストパーフォーマンスは非常に高いと思いました。

温泉はそんなに大きくないので８人ぐらいでロッカーがいっぱいで入るのに少し待ちました。２３時を過ぎたらすいていました。部屋のトイレとお風呂はユニットバスで部屋より一段上がっているのでちょっと使いにくいなと思いました。でもお値段がお手頃で清潔感もあり良かったです。JR奈良駅直結で立地も便利です。

大浴場の脱衣所が狭めなのと部屋の電気が暗めな点を除けばまた利用したいと思えるホテル。

奈良での宿泊であればお勧めできる宿

JR奈良駅ビルと連絡通路で直結しており、至便である。スタッフの対応も上々である。
客室の状態は良く、駅隣地ではあるが静かである。朝食は必要十分であり、朝からしっかり食べたい人も満足できるであろう。その上、奈良らしく柿の葉寿司まである気配りには驚いた。
夕方から夜にかけて行われるウエルカムドリンクは、特筆すべきサービスである。日本酒発祥の地である奈良県の清酒も数種（梅乃宿酒造）が置いてあり、宿泊者を楽しませてくれる。今後も続けてもらいたいサービスではある。
改善をお願いしたい点もある。共同浴場である。湯船の湯量が少なく浴槽の湯があふれ出ないので、浴槽水面には汚れが浮いたままである。また、浴槽内にはヌルヌルしたところもあり、清掃が不十分であると感じた。
全般的には、おすすめの宿であり、奈良での宿泊であればお勧めできる。

どのスタッフの対応も素晴らしかった。毎日17-21時の無料のお酒の提供では奈良の大吟醸もあり、目の前のイオンでお惣菜を買ってきてゆっくり過ごせた。大浴場もとても気持ちよく、夜中も開いているのがよかった。朝食もこの値段でこんなに豪華な内容という充実ぶりで味もとてもおいしかった。奈良に行くときはまたぜひ利用したい

コスパが良いです。駅隣で温泉入れて朝食もつける事ができて満足です。周辺に安いコインパーキングも結構あるので車で行きやすいです。電子キーなのでチェックアウトが楽です。

駅直で、大変キレイ。温泉が魅力的でこちらにして良かったです。フリードリンクスペースで、持ち込み可能で食事が出来たのも1人旅にはありがたかったです。ただ、他の客が
2人以上だと、マスクせずに大声出したり、
お風呂も大声だしていたりで、不愉快でした。アナウンスや、注意して欲しかった。
モラルが無い人はそもそも人に言われないと分からないみいですので。

ビジネスホテルの中で温泉がついてるか数少ないホテルだと思います。
いろんなお客さんが使いやすく、とてもいいホテルだと思います。

コスパが非常に良い清潔感があるホテルでした。雨でも駅ビルに傘入らずでいけるので良かったです。
