Stayed for just 10 hrs. Very convenient, last stop (Terminus) on subway line to Nara. So can't get lost. Lots of Shopping/Dining choices diagonally in front of Hotel.

We stayed at this hotel during our trip to Nara and overall had a great experience. Although the room was quite small, it was very clean and well-maintained. The toiletries provided were of high quality and felt great to use.
The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Even though we had some language barriers, they went out of their way to assist us and used translation apps to communicate clearly. We also booked an in-room massage through the front desk — the masseur was an older gentleman with very strong hands, and the massage was incredibly relaxing. It was also reasonably priced at just 1,000 yen per 10 minutes.
Breakfast was simple but tasty and convenient, perfect for travelers heading out early. The location is excellent — just steps from the train station exit, which made getting around super easy.
The only downside was a slight smell of smoke in the hallway, likely from some guests smoking in their rooms. But aside from that, the hotel provided great value for money and we would definitely recommend it for a short stay in Nara!

Staff was pleasant and helpful (but I guess that goes without saying in Japan), good location close to Nara Park and Kinetetsu station. Only complaint is that the hot water would suddenly become completely cold at times for several minutes. Not so bad if you're shaving but really annoying when you're in the shower.

Very convenient location just at Nara Park and the Kintetsu station. The room was convenient but not big. The breakfast was Spartan due to Covid. Although there is no parking facility at the hotel, there is a big parking lot right next to it, which is convenient for travellers with car.

I stayed here for 4 nights. Check in was a big problem as I was low on sleep and had to wait for 4 hours before I could get my room. I felt they could have helped me out despite the strict check-in time.
The single rooms are quite small and luckily I'm a small person myself but I can easily see that it would br a problem for someone larger than I. That said, all amenities were provided and the room was clean.
Morning breakfasts are not amazing but they are hearty with usually two rice varieties and soup and some salads. Vegetarians might have to contend with the plain rice and bread. There's a bakery next door where you can get more choice.
The hotel is right opposite Kintetsu Nara station, so it is super convenient for travelling. Also within walking distance to several sites and temples.

Check out time is 10am, earlier than other hotels/inns. I stayed an extra hour and got charged 1280yen. However it's super close to the kintetsu nara station which is a plus

I stayed in over 50 hotels in Japan before and this was definitely my worse experience. The only good thing was its location opposite to Kintetsu Nara Station.
1. Check in time @ 4pm and Check out time @ 10am isn't exactly convenient compared to other Japanese chained hotels.
2. The front desk told me due to security reason (whatever..), they couldn't help me to keep something in their freezer and their attitude was highly unsympathetic. The staff just preferred to stick by the rules of Hotel and couldn't careless about the customer feelings. I had requested in other budget to luxury hotels to use their freezer and 99% of them was willing to help.
3. I wanted to leave one medium size suitcase at the hotel for 3-4 days, as I will be coming back for another night, Staff also said NO.
4. Due to delayed flight, I arrived very late in the next morning, Around 10am on the second day while I was sleeping, front desk woke me up saying housekeeping will have to clean my room as it wasn't clean yesterday (technically wrong), and due to \"Security Reasons\" again I cannot be in my room, told them repeatedly I was sleeping, but they insisted. Got so annoyed and just put down the phone.15 minutes later, woken up for the second time, and this time they said they don't have to clean my room. Honestly, in what hotel on this planet, the hotel will kick a customer out of their bed and room to do housekeeping even the customer refused repeatedly. OMG, how ridiculous can it get !!!!!!!!!

予約時に「喫煙可能」の部屋しか残っていなかったのでやむを得ず購入したのですが、大変な誤りでした。部屋に入るのも躊躇うほど喫煙臭がひどく、部屋に入ってからしばらく咳が続きました。備え付けの消臭剤をたっぷり噴射して、窓を開けたり工夫しましたが、あまり効き目はありませんでした。とても疲れた一泊でした。掃除は行き届いていますのて清潔ですし、無料の朝食も美味しくいただきました。足回りも最高でオススメのホテルですが、部屋選びは慎重にする必要があります。
