I had to move romes cause the suit was booked but while there I think it was cause they had a private party above the room and I probably would’ve stayed in that room for it is great and if they could have discounted it. The rest of the hotel rooms are quite small in comparison.

Lovely boutique hotel. Conveniently located and very clean. Be advised there is construction work visible from rooms at the back off the hotel. The street in front of the hotel is quiet. The area around the hotel is safe, we walked to restaurants at night. We used Cabify for longer trips ie downtown. All the staff were super friendly and helpful.

The hotel was perfectly appointed, and the location was perfect, walking distance to lovely restaurants and shops. The staff was truly kind and so helpful, arranging for transport to and from the airport and checking on my needs during the stay. The bed was comfortable and the room as well! Not as luxury as you’d hope

This hotel is sadly vastly oversold. The staff were friendly but the room cleaning was very minimal, our bed made a loud noise every time you moved and the breakfast was very limited. We were unable to use the lounge on one of the days we were there and also one of the restaurants was closed. The ‘free drinks’ we got on arrival were two bottled iced teas and there were no robes or slippers. The location is great but otherwise I wouldn’t stay again.

The hotel was clean and well located in a pleasant district. However, there were several issues that made the stay disappointing and uncomfortable.
•Security concerns: The main door lock to the room was broken and never repaired during my 6-night stay. On two occasions, individuals entered the room without notice, which made me feel unsafe.
•Maintenance issues: The shower door did not close properly and needed repair. The in-room safe was broken and also never fixed.
•Poor amenities: While a water/coffee kettle was provided, there were no coffee or tea supplies included. When I requested coffee, there was a surcharge for a low-quality pouch. If daily coffee or tea is not provided, then a kettle should not be offered.
•No cups or glasses were available at any time; I was only given a paper cup upon request.
•No bathroom tissue was provided in the room.
•There were no hooks in the bathroom to hang towels or clothes.

On the positive side, the bed was comfortable, the room temperature was adequate, and the breakfast was good. However, additional cups of coffee during breakfast came with an extra charge, and the overall menu was limited.

Staff were friendly, but I received numerous phone calls from reception during my stay, which were unwelcome and disrupted my plans while out visiting attractions.

Overall, despite the good location and cleanliness, the lack of basic amenities, unresolved maintenance issues, and surcharges service made for a negative experience. I w

We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Coco! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel itself has a really cool, stylish vibe, and the surrounding area is absolutely beautiful—perfect for relaxing and exploring.

The only small piece of feedback we have is that it would be great if they offered face cloths and in-room coffee to make the experience even more comfortable.

Overall, we had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend Hotel Coco to anyone visiting the area!

I had a great stay at the Hotel Coco. I arrived earlier than my check in and they made arrangements for me to get into my room right away, which was appreciated. The staff was friendly, attentive and regularly checked in with me about my stay. The included breakfast was a nice perk. Only critique would be on the room size, some may find it a bit on the smaller end but for me as a solo traveller, it fit the bill perfectly. I’d recommend Hotel Coco to anyone.

La habitación era un poco fría y solo había una calefacción portátil que ni conectada estaba, hubo que llamar a recepción para que interviniera. Le hicieron mantenimiento a la piscina (imposible de utilizar por la baja temperatura) en el 3er día, más no limpiaron la habitación y fue una decepción al llegar en la tarde porque la expectativa era diferente. No había donde colgar las toallas en el baño. Más que nada, las suites del primer nivel son hermosas, pero el ruido es terrible, en las mañanas sobre todo. El recibimiento VIP fue 2 botellas de agua de coco, un poco pobre.
Por otro lado, a pesar de estos detalles, la propiedad es preciosa, limpia, acogedora, de un gusto impecable. Regresaría, pero a otra habitación y ya sabiendo de los detalles de cuidado.

First room had a leaking ceiling in bathroom so allocated a different bigger room M01.

Room was a decent size with plenty of open plans storage. Bed and pillows were ok. Good sized bathroom with a good rain shower. However, only one water glass, one cup/sachet of coffee for drip coffee for a 2 person room. No hooks anywhere to hang anything. Very dimly lit. No room tissues. No instructions how to use safe.

Breakfast so so. A few choices but limited to one plated food item and 2 drinks per person.

Hotel was a classic case of design over substance.

We stayed here twice during our visit to Colombia - three days at the beginning and two days at the end. Both trips were good and we would definitely stay here again.

The Good bits - very safe area, walking distance to loads of great restaurants. Friendly, helpful staff. Quirky modern building with nice room. Amazing rainfall shower. Good breakfast.

The Not-so Good bits - sound insulation between the rooms isn't great and you can clearly hear your neighbors talking and their TV through the walls - could be improved.

Other than that, it was all good. We would certainly recommend this hotel and would stay again if we ever return to Bogota.

I absolutely loved this hotel. I did get a Superior room, which was spacious and clean and had a really nice shower.
The included breakfast was fast and also really fresh and tasty, and good coffee. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, and all greeted me any time I came in or left the hotel. I also appreciated many restaurants and coffee shops within a minute or 2 walking distance.
If I ever come back to Bogota, I’ll immediately book here again.

I ran out of toilet paper. They just give you one. I had to come downstairs at midnight for it because they don’t answer your messages in a timely manner. I ordered food and I asked them when ordering my food to bring me ketchup for my potatoes and they didn’t bring it. When I texted them asking for it, they said those potatoes don’t come with it. Like really. Rude.

Something of a hidden treasure, which isn't overly corporate, but it is wholly professional nonetheless. Its location within Chapinero is magical, and the immediate locality is a combination of residential apartments and al fresco eateries, with a slight Mediterranean vibe. The staff are exceptionally well mannered, friendly and trustworthy, and the rooms are moderately spacious, more than I expected, and clean. My own room came with a large screen TV, a fridge, various snacks and drinks to be paid for upon departure if used, a safe, and free wifi which drew speeds of between 30-70 mbps. Walking around the immediate area felt completely safe, and the police presence was distinct, certainly towards the 24/7 pharmacy which may have been something of a meeting point The Andino shopping mall can be reached on foot or by taxi, and easily competes with some of the variety in London, so it's a very practical option for those who are experiencing Colombia for the first time I really loved it, and I felt a little bit sad when I was going, but that's a testament to what the hotel really provides. The only point I would flag is that vehicular noise was a bit of an issue on the first evening, until I realised that one of the windows had been left open, so do check for that upon arrival. But very impressive, and strongly recommended in the main. They've put a great hotel together....

Beautiful property in Bogota. Rooftop has a great view of the city and nearby hills. Hotel has everything you need and the staff helps when possible, but amenities are limited and the rooms are on the small side.

This is my second stay due to its location, there’s a great cafe right in front, pharmacy at the corner, and restaurants all around.

For a quick getaway and if you pack light, you’ll love this hotel!

Super clean, modern rooms (on the small side but very sufficient). The staff was very attentive, location is great within walking distance to several restaurants/cafes/bars. The area felt safe. We stayed in a room with street view, there is some noise that can be heard at night & early morning traffic. Breakfast was good but limited to a few options from a small menu, with two beverages included. Parking is available for a fee a block away. Overall good experience & would return to this hotel.

We only stayed one night so we didn’t have a chance to tell the staff, or energy seeing as we just came from a 14 hour flight. Pretty hotel… worst bed ever.

We booked a suite that had a private, small outdoor terrace with hot tub/plunge style pool. We stayed for 6 nights. Overall we enjoyed the hotel - fantastic neighborhood with walking distance to wonderful restaurants and coffee places. The room itself was spacious and we liked the decor. Staff were all very helpful. However the hotel was clearly under construction, so no bar and no access to the rooftop. We booked this hotel several months prior so those were definitely items we took into account when we made our decision, and so we were disappointed. The room was overall clean but floors never felt truly clean - my socks were constantly dirty despite the fact that we took our shoes off in the entry every time to came in. Maybe the biggest drawback for me was that the bed was maybe the single most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept on in my life. It was HARD AS A ROCK, and mind you, I actually like a firm mattress. But it was so incredibly loud every time we moved and I woke up several times every night with my back and hips aching. I regret not booking the four seasons around the corner, even though we would have had a smaller room. At least we would have gotten some sleep! Hopefully the beds will be upgraded to something with better quality once their renovation is complete.
