Book Premier Classe in Lyon which was brilliant so this one was not as good. No WI-FI reception did not know what to do and the breakfast at 8.50 consisted of bread and one Croissant, no English tea and no English TV channels.

I was asked for my credit card details to use “as a deposit” in case of problems with my room after I’d paid the room charge. My credit card now shows a charge of 311€ for no reason and I would like a refund as my room was left in good order.

The rooms are small and the bathroom tiny. It would not suit a large person. The automatic check in worked ok but i prefer a person. There are few dining options locally but, fortunately, the Campanile Hotel opposite has a good restaurant and we were given a discount because we in the Premiere Classe

We were driving through Beziers and needed a place. It is located on the highway so it was easy to access with car. The room was clean. The hotel was automated so the only person I saw was when I dropped the key off in the morning.

Standard travel lodge style room, great for a overnight stay @ £ 30.00 includes continental breakfast. Only couple mins from the motorway and Campanile hotel across the road has a good restaurant with good food and inexpensive.

Our stay there was not very enjoyable. First, we could not find the hotel, location is not the best coming from the freeway, The room was so small, you can hardly move around the room. The bathroom is cramped, and it is very hard to take a shower. There was a space for the desk but it was so unconfortable and cramped. I have stayed at other budget hotels like this one, I have never seen such a small space, it was like being locked up in a small box. Breakfast was just average, no croissants, just coffee, cake & yogourts. Staff was unfriendly. When we got there for ckeck-up at 3pm, there was a goup of people who had to get into the hotel to get dressed for a wedding at 3pm, but staff was nowhere to be found, and they could not get dressed to go to the wedding! The positive is that the room is air-conditionned, and the hotel has a nice terrace outside where you can have breakfast. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this budget hotel.

Ideally situated for the Exhibition park which was literally up the road. Safe compound at night and dog friendly. The staff were friendly and helpful. Nice walks near for dogs. I enjoyed my stay. Room clean - a little dark but ok for my visit as air conditioning essential in hot weather. Recommended

Convenient hotel close to Béziers and main highways. So it is really for work and as a night stop on a longer Journey, not to stay and go around. The hotel do the job, and at a very competitive price!

The size of the room is acceptable but the shower and toilet is way too small. My bed linen were not changed with stain and hair on the bed sheet and duvet. I spent more than an hour on the phone to hotels.com. my first 2 calls were not answered and the third call was hung up by the girl who took my call. My fourth call was answered by Johnny who was amazing and sorted my problem (thanks johnny).

Bed was alright. I only used the room for sleeping and showering so the first half was good. Shower is extremely tiny but i knew that going in. It s so small that your back sticks to the curtain while you shower, and the entire bathroom floor gets wet during the shower. The price is half of anything else though and it includes 15% off the neighboring campanile restaurant, which was very good.

Although the hotel room was very clean it absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke. This was so bad that when we left our clothes were smelly as well. There was a lot of noise from people talking on the outside landings and the door did not seal very well. These problems put us off returning on our return journey and we found another hotel to stay at. All a great shame.

After getting a bit frazzled driving around The Camargue all day looking at yachts, it was a welcome suprise to be greated by your friendly and helpful staff on the desk. The accomodation, though functional, was perfectly acceptable and I had everything I needed including internet connection. Very convenient off the A9 but a few more signs directing to the hotel would have been useful.

A little small for three people
My husband is 6'2\" and the 'facilities' were almost impossible for him to use with the door closed. There is no closet or drawers and a night shelf only on one side of the bed. There were no reading lights that could be used individually. The beds were okay though not the most comfortable we have had.

La réceptionniste a été très accueillante, souriante et professionnelle. Elle nous a même renseigné alors que son service était fini, nous avons apprécié. La chambre et le coin douche étaient propres, le chauffage fonctionnait. L environnement était calme. Les places de parking étaient petites, les abords sales pas entretenus, une poche d urine était présente pour exemple. L extérieur de l établissement aurait besoin d un bon coup de rafraîchissement. Nous n avons pas pris de petits déjeuners. Dans l ensemble nous avons passé une bonne nuit.

La douche est catastrophique avec un rideau de douche qui ne descend pas jusqu'en bas. En plus le plancher de la salle de bain a une pente inversée: résultat une fois la douche prise, la salle de bain se transforme en pataugeoire. Imaginez le désagrément lorsqu'on utilise les toilettes après! De plus, la chambre réservée pour 3 personnes mais seulement 2 serviettes mise à disposition.

Eftersom vi kom inom tiden då receptionen inte var bemannad (till 17:00), så fick vi checka in i en maskin. Bara det att maskinen inte gav oss en nyckel, så det var tur att mannen i receptionen kom.
Rummet var litet, rent och sängen bekväm, men det kändes som det inte hade blivit renoverat på länge.

Llegamos ayer a las 21h. La recepción estaba ya cerrada. Pero había un señor dentro de la recepcion que me vio y salió, porque la máquina automática para dar la llave de la habitación no me aceptaba el numero de reserva. El señor me ayudó y fue amable.
Pero cuando fuimos a la habitacion, era un bajo con una minuscula ventana y que tenia la misma humedad que una cueva. Olia horrorosamente a humedad. Ademas se da la circunstancia que mi hija tiene una grave alergia al hongo de la humedad. El señor lo sintió mucho pero no nos pudo cambiar de habitación porque el hotel estaba completo. Vimos que habia muchas habitaciones con las puertas abiertas por este motivo. Ya que el mismo señor encargado es la unica solución que daba a todos los clientes. Le dije que iba a mirar en otros hoteles de alrededor. Tras 1hora buscando encontramos una tarifa económica en frente en Ibis Budget. Ni punto de comparacion la habitación, esta sí que es una habitación en estado correcto para alojar a personas.

Bon état général de la chambre et propreté rien a redire. Une ampoule de grillé au chevet il y avait l'autre donc pas grave. Par contre il y a un manque de poubelles extérieur car à 17h les trois débordaient et occasion aient donc des déchets par terre. Autrement la terrasse au soleil est très appréciée en fin de journée pour se restaurer ou boire un coup.
