Nestled among the vineyards at the edge of the charming Languedoc village of Colombiers, this apartment hotel offers 98 villas, some with duplex apartments, all featuring private terraces. Just a two-minute stroll from the village center, you'll find restaurants, shops, and public transport within a five-minute radius.
Built in 2009, the complex embodies the essence of Southern France, boasting attractive landscaped grounds dotted with small squares. Each villa includes a private bathroom with a bathtub and hairdryer, a double bed, TV, internet access, and a kitchenette equipped with a fridge, microwave, and tea/coffee making facilities.
Guests can enjoy a heated outdoor pool with sun loungers and parasols and relax in the sauna (fee applies). The sandy beach is nearby.
A breakfast buffet is available daily. For those arriving by car, take exit 36 (Castres/Vendres) off the A9 motorway.

Very unhappy and unfriendly staff. Beds are in bad shape with stains and uncomfortable. Pool is very cold and unclean. Musky smell in the units and poor airflow so they get very hot during the day. Mosquitos at night are severe. Avoid staying here at all costs.

Très bon séjour, l’accueil et le personnel au top, très serviable et à l’écoute. Seule bémol est la propreté du logement et que j’ai signalé, et son venus faire le constat et en été désolé. Nous reviendrons l’année prochaine car la tranquillité est au rendez-vous.

Prévu Nous étions 3 et nous avons réservé un duplex pour 4. Celui-ci n'avait que la porte d’entrée comme ouverture .
On devait se partage un seul ventilateur qui brassait à peine l’air.
Sûrement très pratique en hiver mais étant au mois d’août c’était juste compliqué la nuit avec la chaleur étouffante.
On a eu la surprise aussi d’être privé de la piscine car nous n’avions pas de slip de bain comme prévu au règlement.
Bref on était heureux de rester qu’une nuit.

Accueil sympathique des propriétaires. Le seul bémol est l absence de climatisation car il faisait vraiment chaud à l intérieur du logment. Pas d animation dans le domaine juste des idées d activités.

En arrivant sur place avec ma petite famille, on apprend que notre réservation a été annulée pour cause de sur-booking depuis 2 jours, sans nous avoir prévenus... La centrale d'achat Expédia remet la faute sur Vacancéole, et inversement! Beau partenariat entre ces deux-là au détriment du client. Avec aucune proposition de solution, si ce n'est un remboursement : scandaleux!

On est resté 1 nuit, tout s'est bien passé. Le logement très propre et confortable. On a eu un très bon accueil.

A notre arrivée les clefs qui devaient se trouver dans le coffre à l'accueil n'y étaient pas, j'appelle donc le gardien pour qu'il me donne l'enveloppe avec le la carte et les clefs(qu'il ne trouve évidemment pas!) et lorsque enfin je me présente au bungalow N°30 qui m'a été attribué une famille de de sud- américain a déjà élu domicile avec les clefs qui m'étaient destinée!
Je fais intervenir de nouveau le gardien le temps de régler le problème ma compagne et moi même attendons encore une fois dans le froid ce qui me vaudra par la suite une pneumopathie...
Finalement je me vois attribuer un nouvel hébergement qui n'a évidemment pas été chauffé au préalable donc aussi glacial que le regard lancé par les clandestins qui ce sont vu expulser du précédant bungalow puisque la réservation était à mon nom!
La nuit se passe tant bien que mal et une dernière surprise nous attend sur le parking au petit matin :
une profonde rayure sur la porte avant de la voiture d'environ 40cm réalisée non accidentellement avec un objet contendant.
je signale l'incident toujours au gardien qui me répond en me brandissant le règlement stipulant que tout dommage causé sur le parking de la résidence n'engage pas sa responsabilité!
Des poursuites sont en cours et je laisse le libre arbitre aux personnes qui souhaiteraient passer un séjour chez Vacancéole au domaine d'Ensérune 34440 Colombiers!!

Les équipements sont parfois usagés…

En la habitación 76 la sisterna del lavabo hacia un ruido molesto todo el tiempo.
Limpieza mas a fondo en la bañera.

Il n'y a pas de machine a expresso comme indiqué mais une simple cafetière à l'ancienne. On vous demande de faire votre vaisselle mais il n'y a ni éponge, ni produit à vaisselle, ni torchon... L'hygiène n'est vraiment pas la priorité de ce \"camping\" en dure!

Très déçus par l ensemble. Le confort est très sommaires pas assez de couverts , donc le lave vaisselle fonctionne à presque tout les repas ,le salon de jardin est en fin de vie, pas de parasol pour s'abriter du soleil. De plus, la piscine était fermé à 19 heure par temps très chaud cela aurait été agréable de se rafraichir surtout quand il y a n'y clim n'y ventilateur dans les logements pendant la canicule. Je ne recommande pas cette établissement. Dommage car très bien placé et région agréable.
