The staff here was amazing ! Special thanks to Jhoel , Darwin , Brandon (whose English was better than our Spanish ). And the cleaning staff (Raul ), and also Miguel. They looked after us extremely well. The shuttle drivers were also great. The grounds were absolutely beautiful. I loved everything about this place. Definitely recommend !

My family and I never left the 5 days we stayed there. the food was amazing starting from the variety of options at breakfast. not many people and most of the people are the ones staying at the resort. the service great and enjoyed a nice massage with the ocean view.

The best place in Punta Sal and maybe all of North Coastal Peru from what I can tell. Traditional loaded amenities resort you'd find in other parts of the world but in a super secluded and protected area of Peru. Lots of room options, real good breakfast buffet, fun bar / pool set up and great staff that you come to be friends with.

It is a beautiful place. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The food at both restaurants and for the breakfast buffet was delicious. The room was very comfortable and staff immediately responded to an issue with the AC, and a broken cord on one of the window screens.
The only negative was trying to arrange for the airport shuttle ahead of time and having to pay for it online through a couple of different websites. My US credit card was not accepted and my bank had fraud alerts set up so I couldn’t use that card. Through WhatsApp texting, I finally convinced the hotel admin person to let us pay for the transportation once we arrived at the hotel, but it was very unpleasant and went on for a few frustrating hours. For a resort that puts such an emphasis on providing excellent service (and provides it in all other respects), the aggravation of trying to pay ahead of time for the transportation was very unpleasant.
Other than arranging transport, our stay was wonderful.

The beach and the pool are great! However, it took forever to be waited on when it came time to eat. The wait staff wasn’t very proactive about coming back to your table so each meal took over an hour. The hours of when lunch and dinner was available was very late, on top of having to wait forever to get your food or even a drink made our experience less than desirable. On top of that the food was okay. We weren’t blown away with anything- definitely didn’t make the wait time worth it.
They had some amenities but seemed like for water sports they only one or two of each. You had to be quit if you wanted to paddle board or ride bikes. There wasn’t enough to go around. They also lock everything up around 2 or 3pm.
Our room was just okay as well. We booked the king bungalow, I didn’t realize there was another room on the back half of the bungalow. Our privacy was limited and it was VERY loud. Super thin walls. The bed was ehh and the bathroom looked like it needed to be remodeled badly. There was lots of chipped paint and cracks. There was also not hot water in the showers. Lukewarm at best, the pool sometimes was warmer than the shower water in our room. Very disappointing.

This is a wonderful family resort, the staff are exceptional and friendly and accommodating. We had a small ant problem and they were there within hours cleaning everything. The ocean was beautiful, great temperature and waves for body surfing and strolls in both directions. We did not use the fishing, kayaking or other water sport activities available but the gentleman who provided information about them was not pushy the way some solicitors are in vacation areas. The only negatives were that the children playing in the playground directly behind our unit early and the serious partiers until 1 in the morning in front of us made the stay a little less restful than we would have wanted.

Séjour très agréable

Bel hôtel Resort où nous avons passé 5 jours au décours de 2 semaines à travers le Perou ( arrivée de Chiclayo a Mancora par Emtafrasa puis taxi ,25 mn et 80 soles)
L’hôtel joliment décoré avec une piscine agréable et un restaurant bar accueillant est situé sur une grande plage permettant balade et baignade dans une eau chaude en toute sécurité.
La nourriture est bonne et à un prix très abordable (nous n’avons d’ailleurs pas éprouvé le besoin de chercher de restaurant à proximité.
Le service est irréprochable et efficace ( merci a Junior et Alberto au restaurant et à Julio et Yenny au desk)
La seule chose que nous regrettons c’est de pas avoir pris une Suite Deluxe plutôt qu’un Bungalow ( en plus plus cher) certes situé carrément sur la plage mais à l’intérieur vieillot et à la déco tristounette.
Au total séjour agréable reposant que nous conseillons sans hésiter.

Buenísimo hotel! muy bien distribuido, una piscina increíble, buen restaurante, grandioso acceso al mar, personal bastante amable, cuenta con tópico y tienda dentro. Muy recomendado para descansar y pasar un buen rato en familia.

Creo que el hotel lo tiene todo y puede aprovechar todo esto promocionando más lo que tienen con sus huéspedes.
No fuimos informadas de las actividades acuáticas que ofrecían, nos enteramos el penúltimo día y preguntando a la gente de la playa. También cuentan con una cancha de volley playa muy buena, pero no vi que se usara nunca, tal vez poner días y hora de volley playa en la tarde.
Hubo actividades durante la tarde solo el Jueves y Viernes pero nada el Sábado y Domingo, sería genial que tal vez pongan transporte para esos días para que la gente pueda ir por un rato al pueblo de Mancora o Punta Sal para conocer también.

I love traveling in Peru especially the mountains. But with heavy rains in December I decided to change things up and head north along the coast to Tumbes. I wanted to avoid Mancora which has grown into a loud, nonstop party scene. I kept going north to Punta Sal and absolutely loved it. Beautiful clean beaches, nice rooms, extremely friendly, professional staff, a great restaurant, and lots to do … but also a great place to just chill. I highly recommend it.

Extremely well run resort. The staff was the nicest we’ve encountered so far. We had a beautiful ocean view from our deluxe suite. We ate all our meals at the hotel restaurant. The variety and quality was good and the prices were reasonable. We had all our dining bills charged along with our room stay and the hotel excluded the IGV tax. We highly recommend staying here.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful and peaceful piece of the Pacific Ocean. Food is a bit pricey even by U.S. standards and being in the desert not a ton of free, fresh water available. My only tip would be to bring extra water, besides that I would go back anytime.

beautiful location and facilities. Suites are very modern and open. marvelous view over the ocean.
Service staff was a bit slow for european standard. the restaurant unfortunately did not sell any fresh fish dishes (catch of the day or some sort) all fish was frozen as per information of the staff.

the bottom floor of the pool had some sharp cracks and missing pieces of concrete,which easily could hurt your feed and which in my eyes is unacceptable for a hotel with its in general high standards.

during our stay some rooms near the reception/pool area were renovated and new suites were build next to ours, which provided construction noises all day long. we were not informed before nor at checkin. after complaining reception simply send us away with the comment that the goverment had obliged them to renovate those rooms inmediately and the colleague should have informed us at check in.
the reservation office of the Hotel is appearently not on spot but in Lima and is unable to answer to email requests, social media requests and hotels.com messages and also unreachable per phone. we made a few very expensive long distance calls from europe to arrange a airport transfer with the reception desk in the hotel, they were the only ones that responded to our calls. this shows of very poor standards in the reservation office.
to end positive, all the staff on spot were super friendly in the Bar, restaurant and housekeeping.

The beach front room are amazing. Very quiet and quaint place to stay. Enjoyed an amazing vacation with my significant other.

Only issue was when I reserved the room through Expedia I paid taxes and then when I arrived to the resort I had to pay taxes again

El hotel regio lindo. Es un hotel que lo promocionaron con actividades todos los dias.
0 actividadws tuvieron motivo dijeron no tenian mucho personal ni reservas. Y en mi estadia la pergola siempre estaba llena.
Otra cosa fue eso, el restaurant oficial estaba en remodelacion, por lo que todo fue en otro llamado pergola, q era pequeño.
Otra cosa fue la construccion, mi suite estaba junto a la construccion si pasaba el dia en la piscina regio pero las horas en q estaba en la habitacion de dia escuchaba toda la construccion de mas habitaciones a mi lado. Super incomodo que incluso hasta de noche vi que trabajaban.

Visito el hotel hace muchos años, y cada vez que voy se nota los cambios que han hecho, esta vez la piscina y el nuevo restaurante están preciosos, el personal de muchos años muy amable como siempre, es una lindo hotel que con los años se esta renovando para mejor, las camas un poquito dura pero creo que es cuestión de gustos. Definitivamente regreso.

El hotel es bonito , la atención buena , y la piscina siempre está tibia lo cual hace que los chicos la pasen genial y el personal es muy amable.
Tiene algunas oportunidades de mejora como por ejemplo
-Las hormigas en la habitación yo estuve en bungalow familiar y habían unas hormigas pequeñitas por todos lados.
-El baño que está cerca al restaurante principal, creo que es importante cuidar cada aspecto y ese baño es incomodo y huele mal por la falta de ventilación.
