Premier Room that isn’t!

Hotel location is excellent as it is near to everything - SM, church, pharmacies, restaurants. However for the price it hardly has any amenities. No hand or face towels, no microwave, tiny bottles of shampoos but no conditioner or lotion. Shower head is not adjustable and shoots to the back wall of the shower and water dripping and flooding the bathroom. Free breakfast has watered down coffee. Good thing they have an electric kettle so we could make our own coffee. Eggs were cooked the same way everyday like little pancakes.

Extremely Disappointing Hotel Room Conditions

The room was not adequately clean with large dirty stains (after cleaning) which was raised by me to the management! See attached photos.
1. Dirty sofas
2. Dirty fridge
3. Broken kettle (that was replaced after 3 days and the faulty one was left in the room). see photo!
The poor condition of the room made me check out 8 days earlier than booked. And a refund was authorized by the Hotel management but I have not received it as yet! Please, can I have my authorized Refund?

Hotel is located deep within Zamboanga City next to various shops and amenities. We took a car everywhere and never managed to get parking outside of the hotel.

The staff are welcoming and helpful. The restaurant on the top floor is good/ok.

We had an issue where we had booked 3 twin rooms but they only had 2 left so they put us into a twin room and a room with 1 double bed plus 2 single beds. They offered to move us to the correct rooms the next day but we'd already settled which was the only small hiccup really.

The staff were super rapid at fulfilling requests over the phone, i.e. asking for extra toilet roll / room service, and sometimes were already knocking on the door with the item before we'd even put the phone down.

Overall I'd say the place is worth the money and a good stay.

location was fine for me but noisey double glass windows would be good no water pressure in the shower had to hirer a fridge from them for 300 pacos a day so we could have cold water to drink they didn't supply any water to clean teeth had to change wifi pass word every day but it would have been nice to have extra card so you cold at least leave air con going so that you didn't come back to a really hot room after going out for a while it just takes ages to cool again but staff good and freindly

Overall, it was a great experience staying in Ever O Hotel. The buffet breakfast was great and the reception are friendly and the housekeeping services were very nice and ensure that rooms are clean. However, there were cockroaches roaming around in the lobby and in the bathroom.

The staff were friendly, nice and courteous especially the front desk people. However, I wasn’t so please with the internet service. It was slow and most of the times there’s no signal. The laundry service also took a delay when I had my laundry done. Overall, it’s a good place to stay

1st day of stay was a bit disappointing because Wi-Fi is not working. Also, pre-ordered breakfast was made at the lobby upon checked-in was not served on time. They made us wait for about 30 minutes for the breakfast to be served. Other than that, our stay was great. The hotel was in a great location.

I was staying in Room 409.
They unwantly ask for room charge for in room dinning,30 peso per bill even if you ask for one bottle water.
Nothing for vegetarian.
No cleanliness
Ms. kent at the reception is so unprofessional, she doesnt repond and eating all the time whenever you visit to ask some info.
When i was leaving the hotel, i asked for airport transfer, i waited for vehicle but they did not bother to even ask that you booked a vehicle, are you the one going the aiport, i almost missed my flight because of such unprofessionalism.

Just had my fourth stay in this hotel over ther last year, the fact I keep going back says everything. Presently they are installing a second elevator which will mean quicker and easier access to all floors.. friendly staff clean comfortable rooms and I always feel safe and welcome..see you again soon Ever O..😊

Great location with everything you need...

Staffs are approachable..friendly and very responsible ..They had cared for their guests..When my blood pressure was higher I called them for help with the cloves of garlic ...Thank you sooo mch staffs for your help It made me feel that I was home with my family....

Ideal hotel for all city centre amenities

My third stay here in the last ten months each time I stayed four weeks.. staff very friendly and helpful if for any reason your not happy in your room they are always ready to move you to a preferred room if available.. if smoker try getting 5 th floor room if non smoker avoid 5 th floor as smoke smell does spread along corridors and into rooms this I think could be remedied by installing an extraction fan in the smoking area and ensuring that the smokers keep door closed while smoking.. overall still happy with this hotel and will go back again in the near future .. another plus side is as a foreigner I felt safe and secure in this hotel..recommend to anyone😊

Room and bathroom OK. The side of the building I was in was quite and protected from the noisy busy street of downtown. Has a shuttle service from and to the airport which is a key feature because there are no taxis or Uber or Grab in Zamboanga City.

amazing i like to come back.

for a hotel in Zamboanga this hotel location is superb you can easily go to mall and restaurant nearby. since it is still new the facilities are clean and comfortable, except there is need of light in the shower area premier suite room. hotel staff are helpful. the internet connections are provided accordingly.

i suggest to the management, that it should give due consideration to accommodate the guests that are coming from manila because the arrival flight of airline are earlier and the departure is already night time.

hotel is clean and hotel staff friendly and accommodating,security on hotel entrance at all times, late check out facility available so instead of noon checkout can stay until 6pm ....a little costly but if you have evening flight its a godsend...front of hotel has lot of traffic noise but to be expected in centre of such a busy city..overall very pleased with my stay and would use again...i stayed four weeks and my only complaint would be some inconsiderate guests which you get in most hotels and food was served cold which i got used to lol...a stay here is recommended as its clean friendly and convenient for all local amenities..see you again soon.

Arrived a little early for check-in however, reception staff was really strict in the 2pm check-in time. Went out to have lunch and returned around 15 minutes past 2pm and was only given 1 room (I booked 2 rooms) because the other room was still due for cleaning. They made us wait to meet the check-in time but they themselves were not able to meet the 2pm time. We requested for a late check-out but was not allowed. Front desk staff were not pleasant and really not accommodating.

Common rest room on the second floor from the lobby was incredibly dirty.

Heart of Downtown - close to shopping areas & food

This hotel is far from the airport but is in the heart of downtown Zamboanga. There were at least 5 Jollibee, 2 McDonalds, 2 Chowking, and a Mang Insasal within a 2 block radius plus shopping areas, a grocery store, a pharmacy and anything else you might have forgotten at home - yes, including your phone charger :) The room didn't have a tiny fridge& there's no free bottled water but there was a pitcher in the room with 2 glasses on the side. I later found out that there was a free purified drinking water by the side of the elevator (that's what the pitcher was for!). There was no extra bathroom tissue and no toothpaste nor toothbrush (i guess this is how they keep their prices down) but they do have 2 tiny bar soaps and 2 sachets of shampoo&conditioner. There were 2 glasses in the bathroom but 1 looked used with dried toothpaste (which obviously i didn't even use). There were 2 bath towels & a floor towel. The bed and pillows were comfy but my table lamp won't turn on. Over all, this hotel looks new with great staff and for it's price and location, I wouldn't mind staying again in the future. This was for a business trip of 3 days.

Misleading Information

Think twice or thrice before booking this hotel. I booked a room with a double bed and a single bed and specifically paid for 3 people - only to be told upon checking in that the room is only for 2 people. Duh?!? So is the double bed for a fat person?!?

And because the room is for 2 people only, they only provide toiletries and towels for 2 people - yet both towels have the same size.

Not only that - they give breakfast coupons to only 2 people so any third guest has to pay extra for it.

When I asked to speak to a manager in the evening then in the morning, he/she was not available. When I asked for his/her email address, I was told that they don't have it.

This hotel is a rip-off. Go look for another hotel in Zamboanga City to save you all this unnecessary trouble.
