The room was very clean and nicely decorated. It is so convenient to The Homestead and directly across the road from the Warm Springs Pools. Such a quaint little Inn but don't let that fool you b/c our dinner at The Tavern (inside the Inn) was AMAZING. The steaks were DELISH, much better than some of the restaurants in surrounding counties!! We will for sure be back!!

Small room but has everything you need. Across the street from Warm Springs Pools. The restaurant on site was good and breakfast was much better than your typical hotel breakfast. It’s nice to have everything all close together.

The good: The place is cute, quaint and updated. It is right across the street from the Jefferson Pools (Warm Springs). The bed was among the best of the beds we have slept in while traveling. It was warm and comfortable. We had a wonderful sleep. I highly recommend bringing slippers as the floor was really cold! The bad: Someone texted me a few hours before check-in to tell me that there will not be any staff to check us in and that the restaurant is closed for the season. I asked why we weren't notified in advance which would allow us to decide to continue with the reservation or back out. They said it was because I booked through Expedia that they had no way of contacting me. I travel extensively through Expedia and know there is a way to communicate with me through Expedia. Plus they got my phone number and let me know. They said that the email was too long to be sent via text. They said that all the information is on their website and Facebook. I do not have access to Facebook nor did I see their webpage. I booked through Expedia. They could have texted me to ask me for my email address so they could email me all the details. What's more... the breakfast was chef's choice and would be delivered to the room. They asked for any dietary restrictions so we were able to tell them that. There were no questions about what we might want to drink. They delivered coffee and we both don't drink coffee. I ached for my morning tea. :( Their communication could be improved.

The room was exactly as pictured at booking, with a comfortable bed, lots of pillows, and extra blankets. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. The main house was beautifully decorated. Staff were friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make the stay an outstanding experience.

This is our second stay at The Inn at Warm Springs. When booking you should be aware that rooms can be located in multiple buildings (just in case you are traveling with younger children or need to stay together). Rooms have nice renovations and ammenities-you can tell management/owners are putting money into property. For example, beautiful \"rainfall\" shower heads, new in room coffee makers, etc. On this trip we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast hot buffet-simple but nice options (fresh fruit, a variety of quiches, bacon, eggs, biscuits/gravy, grits, fresh squeezed juices, etc.). All staff we interact with were great! We will definitely stay again; it is becoming our post-Christmas tradition. Thank You!

Very nice breakfast buffet which included healthy options such as fresh fruit salad, yogurt and granola, eggs from hens on the premises, oatmeal and other hot foods.

Also had dinner at the Inn which was very good. Cottage room was spacious, very clean and well-appointed. Staff was friendly and helpful. Ample free parking.

My fiancé and I stayed here so we could enjoy soaking in the Warm Springs, just across the road.
The Inn is located in a beautiful section of Bath County, and we were able to enjoy all the fall colors and crisp air.
The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and all the employees were so nice and attended to every need we had.
We ate our evening meal in their dining room, and our food was good, the portion size was excellent, and everything was served at the proper temperature.
The breakfast the next morning was good and hearty, and the coffee was of good quality. Check out was a breeze.
So, I suggest you take a soak in the Warm Springs, then check in at the Warm Springs Inn and relax and chill out. You won't regret it.

If you’re lucky enough to get a room here please do yourself a favor, stop hesitating and reading reviews and book it! You will not regret it - I found this absolute GEM of a place for an overnight work trip! The people working here are the most attentive, polite and genuine people I’ve met in a very long time. Only word of caution is the restaurant onsite is closed Monday and Tuesday and there isn’t much in the way of dining options in the immediate vicinity, doesn’t get much better the further you go. The scenery and ambiance of this establishment are so amazing. I’ll be back for my third stay this coming Monday night.

Cute place, very clean, excellent buffet breakfast. Friendly staff. You should know the restaurant and bar is closed Monday and Tuesday aside from breakfast. Dinner options in the area are limited except for 5 mi south in nearby Hot Springs town and Omni Homestead Hotel restaurant which was fabulous. The inn is located across the street from famous historic bath houses. Very cool place. Extra points for heated bathroom floors.We would stay there again for sure!

This was a last minute stay due just one evening to break up our drive from NC beach. Decided to take the waters at Jefferson Baths, and this inn right across the street. Unfortunately, the much-lauded restaurant is closed Mon& Tues. But had an amazing buffet breakfast the next day with hot and cold dishes from scratch! Only ding is that our room smelled a bit musty when entering. Not horrible but could probably use some neutral deodorizer. The bed was the best we've every slept in!! And we've traveled extensively. Comfortable mattress, crisp & full pillows.

Friendly staff! When staff was on duty the service was excellent, they made you feel welcome!
The downside is when there are no staff available during their off season. You have to plan accordingly before 5pm. I would recommend if going there during the week to definitely ask plenty of questions for when staff isn't around. Alot of local restaurants do not open on Monday and Tuesdays. Food may be limited after 5pm.
It would have been nice to have had a heads up on that! Overall a terrific experience.

This place is at nice location and a walking distance to the mineral baths. Staff is friendly, polite and professional. Food is tasty and fresh. Our buffet breakfast was included in room price. Also, hotel offered 50% off to its guests for any additional food purchases. We absolutely loved this incentive!
Our room was clean and cozy. Only the bathroom's door needs to be fixed. Also, the pillows could be softer.
My husband and I loved and enjoyed staying at The Inn At Warm Springs. This place is a gem. We will go back, soon!

But Expedia needs to correct the information regarding the restaurant on premises. It seems to be closed on Monday and Tuesday. Overall, we did enjoy our stay. The bed was very comfortable and the a/c worked great.

There was a porch light that was on all night and that would be alright except that the window to the room did not have shades to block the outside light. On a positive note, the breakfast was outstanding and equivalent to what one would expect from a bed and breakfast experience.

Our first stay here. All staff who we had contact with were excellent. Things we would have liked to know-we booked two rooms. When we checked in hotel was fully booked and our two rooms were in separate buildings...so our children (young) were not in same building as us. Restaurant on site was fully booked so we had to drive to another food place for dinner after a very long day of driving (make a reservation for dinner at on site restaurant if you plan to eat on site). Overall, excellent stay and would book here again. Coffee bar and souvenirs available on site.

A Winter Weekend Stay at the Inn at Warm Springs

Overall, the service at this inn is top tier with an excellent willingness to fulfill customer satisfaction. The provided breakfast was delicious and the bed in our room was so comfy. With it being a colder month, our AC unit could not manage to keep the room at a comfy temperature, either being frigid or uncomformably warm. Overall though, the stay was pleasant and the bed had adequate sheets to keep us warm!

On the downside (and decidedly minor issues): heater/AC unit is loud, and bathroom door needed a shot of WD-40 to eliminate the noisy close. Finally, I'm not a fan of the type of bed they had in our room (gel foam).

Other than those minor issues, our stay was great. Located across the street from the Jefferson Pools, and convenient to the Garth Newel Center, the Inn is reasonably priced and served a good breakfast. I'd stay again.

Overnight stay in the Jailhouse. Room 2 was large and had everything you needed. Heater was loud and the king bed could have been more comfortable. It felt very uneven. Breakfast in the Tavern was good and service was great.

This was our first time staying at this property. Every staff member we had contact with was amazing...the young man that checked us in the evening of 12/26, the young man working the breakfast bar area 12/27 8 a.m.-ish, etc. If you plan to eat dinner on-site make reservations. There was nothing available until after 8 p.m. when we visited so we went about a minute down the street and ate at The Milk Bar (food was fantastic). Parking at Inn was great. Our only complaint is that our two rooms were not together (not even in the same building). They had pet friendly rooms as well. Easy to find inn and located close enough to The Homestead and downtown shops/food venues (less than 5 minute drive to more amenities). Located directly across street from the Jefferson hot springs/pool.

Our room was big and up to date, big shower with heated bathroom floor. We were at the back side of the property and loved that every time we walked out there were chickens from their chicken coop! The restaurant was amazing. Everything we got there was delicious. We went to the bar one night and the bartender was super friendly too. Loved the little coffee shop too!

The price was high for the size and quality of the room, The
bed was very uncomfortable and there was no more than three feet of space on any side of the bed. There was a large chicken coop within 6 feet of the room. The area has a lot of natural beauty and the staff was pleasant. The dining options in the area are very limited.

Our first visit and we loved it. The Inn was charming and unique. The bar and the restaurant were excellent and we enjoyed sitting in the quaint lobby with coffee.
