Very courteous and helpful staff. The room was clean and quiet. I loved the location. It was just minutes of walking to several major museums, including the Louvre and Musee de Cluny. Easy access and enjoyable shopping surrounds this boutique hotel’s location, including for delicious chocolates and pastries, and unique small galleries. Lots of cafes and restaurants that didn’t need reservations were also in easy walking distance.

They had both AC and an elevator. I did not expect this for a small hotel, so I was wonderfully surprised.
The top step on the first floor was worn out and slanted. It was covered by the new carpet but still notable and may be a safety issue for the less agile.

Lovely cozy hotel in the perfect neighborhood under the care of friendly and knowledgeable staff and management! Walkable to all the sights in both sides of the Seine.

The location of this hotel is prime! The proximity to the metro made for a super easy transport to and from the main train station. If you show up early for check-in, they will hold your bags but do not expect a room to be ready. For the price, the room was a bit dated and worn. The plumbing had to be addressed during my stay, which was interesting. The room did feel clean and I was always provided with fresh linens. Overall, for the location, you really can’t beat it and I would likely return.

Our room was comfortable and more spacious than some we have had in Paris before. Breakfast was very basic but the lady running the breakfast was lovely and tried her best to make it good. No tomatoes, cucumbers, or fresh fruit seemed strange but she ran out to buy yogurt and juice this morning for us because supplies had not been delivered? She is a doll and so friendly.

The hotel has a great location, with many restaurants nearby, a huge supermarket a few blocks away, and the metro right next door. However, the rooms are extremely small and not comfortable. The breakfast is very basic; for €8 you get 1 coffee, 1 orange juice, and a croissant. If you add an egg or cheese, it jumps to €17. I believe the price in high season is very high (€320 per day) – for that amount, you could find a more comfortable hotel. What you're really paying for is the location. The staff service was very good.

This Boutique hotel was adorable and very well managed and staffed. Our room was small but comfortable and was cleaned each day by great staff. Fantastic location in Saint Germain de Pres on same block of (Cafe de Flore, Brasserie Lipp and Les Deux Magots). Old classic boutique style hotel with large family room with separate bedroom for kids. The elevator is tiny so be ready to use stairs or multiple trips up. Overall great option.

The location of this hotel cannot be beat, but that's the only positive Abt this hotel. I don't know what other hotels at this price point and rating to compare it too but the size of this room is laughable. It's so small that the bathroom had to be split up with the toilet in one small closet and the shower and sink in another. The shower is another hazard well with a half glass door that doesn't prevent water from spilling out. The air conditioner doesn't work very well either. It was cooler in the hallway than inside the room. I'm 5'1 about 120 lbs and my husband's 5'8 Abt 175 lbs. I wouldn't consider us big people yet we had a difficult time maneuvering around the room. The hotel was the worse part of our vacation.

The hotel is a very small boutique hotel and it is very clean great bed….. no elevator to speak of( one case and one person only ) the walls are very thin and the street can be noisy . Bring ear plugs if you are on the street side !

We stayed for 1 night only but i wished we stayed longer. The room is smaller than i expected and the lift can only fit 1 person at a time. But the staffs are friendly and super helpful. The hotel location is very convenient too — it is next to a lot of cafes & restaurants and shops and train station is a short walking distance only. ☺️

It’s nestled between three famous cafés, and restaurants, Near absolutely charming, shopping, districts, historic sites, bustle, and of course within just a few blocks are the Louvre, Notre Dame, Cathedral, Tuileries gardens,Saint-Sulpice, And much more. The room was clean, and had a decent sized bathroom. The room itself was a little tight for two people and suitcases, but we made do. The street was a little loud at night so if that’s a problem for you, get a room facing away from it. However, I enjoyed the balcony and people watching so it was a trade-off. The staff were friendly, helpful in many situations from booking tickets, helping with French websites, recommending restaurants, and groceries and everything else. Recommended and would stay again.

The Hotel is a treasure! The elevator is small, but works fine. The location is the best, if you enjoy walking even better. Miriam at the reception speaks several languages and is available all the time with many recommendations about Paris. I will definitely go back to this hotel. Our stay at the Crystal Hotel was perfect. The front desk personnel were all extremely friendly and helpful. The room was larger than expected, with a completely remodeled bathroom. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. And the location cannot be beat--a 2 minute walk to the Saint Germain metro. Highly recommended.

This was such a charming hotel and room — comfortable, well-designed, and I had the added bonus of opening my windows onto a little private courtyard. The bathroom was first-rate, too. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful — and considerate in the evenings about closing off the extra door separating my room from the lobby to reduce noise.

We came over by train from London to stayed here for the weekend and I felt like we were in the penthouse. We had the top floor looking over the streets. It was like we were in the movies with this hotel, opening the windows to look down at a 5 star hotel, people watching. This is what I would expect from a Paris hotel. The elevator was very, very tiny so I didn’t mind walking up 5 flights of steps for that view. We had the family suite, it was very spacious and big bathroom. Bed were comfortable. I love how close we were to all the Cafe’s. I get very safe being in a high end shopping area also. We did do the hop on hop off boat that was worth the money and got to see a lot of sights that way. Food of course was amazing every place around the hotel and it was nice they had English menus. I will definitely come back to this hotel

Its in a very happening place. Even though the stairs are outdated and you have to climb stairs from 4th to 5th floor since elevators stops on 4th but the hotel has updated interiors and its in the most convenient location. I would stay here again on my visit.

This was a fantastic beautiful renovated Parisian Hotel. The staff was beyond friendly and accommodating. The rooms are fairly large and did have a lift to the fourth floor. It’s conveniently located in the heart of St. Germain and is surrounded by amazing restaurants and cafes. It’s an easy beautiful walk to most all major attractions. If you are not in a walking mood rubber and cabs are readily available.

The staff were incredibly helpful in printing out and resizing a picture for us that was required by the Paris metro card. The elevator was a very tight fit and didn't go all the way up to our floor, but the view from our room was very nice and it made up for it.

Wonderful location and cute hotel room! The only elevator in the hotel was tiny, so be aware if you have large luggages. Location is convenient if you want to walk to some museums and landmarks nearby. There are Michelin guide and star restaurants close to Crystal hotel in a walking distance. Le bon Marche is 15 minutes walking distance away. If you’re interested in having gourmet meals and shopping in Paris, this is the place that allows you to have it all!

Very well located in the heart of Paris. The hotel is close to thr St. Germanin de Pres metro station which is served by Line 4. This makes it easy to travel to any location in Paris. There are great cafes (Cafe de Flores and Cafe Deux Magots are literally next door) and restaurants (Les Relais de Entrecote is also next door) in the area. It is an old but well maintained and clean hotel. The staff are friendly and speak English.

The hotel was clean and the staff were very lovely and so helpful. The hotel was undergoing renovation when I stayed and so the bath panel in my room was broken in two but they were very apologetic. Room was a bit small and bed not that comfortable. Overall it was fine and suited my needs for two nights although I’m not sure I would return. The refreshments in the room were not replenished overnight so I had to buy milk for coffee and drink out of a paper cup.
