For a 3 star hotel it barely makes 1 star. Everything is dated and barely working. On enquiring why my room had no telephone I was told that none of the rooms have telephones and the receptionist gave me his mobile number.

It was a comfortable and convenient location. The first night the fire alarm went off at 2 am - and we had no idea what to do but by the time we realized what was going on it had all stopped. Went off again the next morning - just an issue with the floor we were in it seemed. It was fixed after that so enjoyed more peaceful nights. the bed was quite hard but sufficient. Good value for money.

Simply put, the worst hotel experience ever, receptionists are unprofessional, they couldn't figure my reservation, told me the hotel is full n literally asked me to leave when I have already been charged for the room...then gave me the room after I insisted they should check..
Found the hotel closed when goin back after a night out, had to wait fo some1 to open the door, next morning, there was no water in the whole hotel, no body cared abt it..
To avoid at all costs.Im never coming back.

I am speaking in behalf of my husband who arrived there last tuesday, staff service is appaulling, staff are not very helpful at all. My husband arrived there late because of the delay in his flight, so he arrived 11:30pm, hungry and very tired, all he wanted was to get into his room and rest, all of a sudden the staff telling him he has no booking but we paid already everything two days before he comes. Staff did not even tried to solve it nor helped him, he was ignored and unattended. Can you imagine a client being unattended in the middle of the night! This is unprofessional and unacceptable! We will not book in this hotel anymore and i hope next time nibody will be treated this way. And maybe next time, they could hire somebody who speaks english too, how can you attend to a client who wont understand the needs of their client! Unbelievable!

A bunch of thieves, for money they will do anythin

I booked with hotels.com and i was sure it’s a prepaid booking, i arrived to the hotel the receptionist asked me to pay cash ... say what , coz room reservation of the hotel is closed and they don’t have my booking... I was tired and I needed to sleep to catch up my early morning flight on time so I paid ... after one day I was surprised that my card is charged by the hotels.com as well .... are we having thieves instead of receptionists ??!! MY ADVISE: Don’t book or deal with this hotel at all, you would never know what they may charge u for

special thanks go to Lutfi the reservation officer and to the reception Tunisian people. They were really nice. The issue with the hotel is not about the people/staff who work there and who are really all nice people. The issue is with the owners who are not investing in this hotel and leaving it to depreciate into a 2 star hotel form the current three stars. TV does not work properly, heir towels are all old and in worn out. I am not sure the sewage of the building is well maintained.

I booked the hotel through Expedia and I had my confirmation, but the hotel didn't allow me to check in and kept me at the lobby for more then three hours as I had to call the Expedia to send the hotel a confirmation letter \"love letter\". The location isnot bad as it's located just in the center of Tunis and about 15mints away from airport. Not clean, toilet was not properly cleaned same applys to the towels. Food is not bad. Overall it's a one star hotel not 3 stars

when we arrived, we were taken to a small room with not much facility in it. At the same time, the guy showed us a bigger room and asked for more money if we want to stay in there. After negotiation ( kind of shouting at them) they said we can stay in the bigger room. I read in the review this happened to previous customers as well. I suppose this is the common practice of this hotel to charge more money.

The hotel was in a good place. The quality of the food was good and they were very accomadating when we asked for something that wasnt already out! The air con wasnt working that wasnt too much of a problem as we were out most of the time. The only thing I would say is that the carpets were stained and it made you feel like they were very dirty I wasnt comftable on walking on them. Having tiles would of been alot more cleaner. but for the money we payed we cannot grumble and we would go back again.

Don't choose this hotel unless you're on a tight budget

This hotel is not a 3 star hotel. It's a one star hotel. While the counter staff can be helpful and nice, the housekeeper is not good at her job. I was left with NO towels after she took the dirty ones. I asked her for towels and she said she would bring them to me in a few minutes. 2 hours later I had to call down to the front desk for towels. The beds suck. The rooms are less than nice. This hotel is only for those on a strict budget or that are only staying for a night.

J’ai réservé un séjour pour 2 personnes entre le 7 juin et le 9 juin (2 nuit) à l’hôtel YADIS IBN KHALDOUN.
J’ai été déçu de la qualité de service à la clientèle de cette établissement.
Je suis arrivé le 7 juin à l’hôtel vers 14H:15 et j’ai pris la chambre numéro 1106 , la mauvaise impression a commencé depuis le départ avec des linges de lit tous salles et des serviettes de bain tous mouillés
J’ai demandé à la réception de l’hôtel de résoudre le problème , les linges a été changé mais j’étais pas satisfait de la qualité.
Le soir j’ai essayé d’activer la climatisation, malheureusement qu’il ne fonctionne pas, j’ai contacté encore la réception de l’hôtel pour l’activer et la j’ai reçu la grande surprise !!!!
L’agent de la réception m’a informé que la climatisation ne fonctionne pas car c’est pas trop chaud !!!!! Sachant que la température ambiante c’était 29 degré celsius.
J’étais trop nerveux de la réponse de l’agent, qui m’a informé après que la climatisation centrale a désactivé par la direction et sera activé à partir de 15 juin!!!!
Après tout ça la direction de l’hôtel m’a changé la chambre et maintenant je suis installé avec ma femme dans la chambre 416 avec le même problème (climatisation désactiver).

I have never seen a hotel like this. You make a booking on the website and let in advance what you speak with the hotel receptionist says you properly paid but there is nowhere. After a long wait and talk with them. Hotel has no water in the bathroom and no shower when you speak with the reception of the hotel says you no water in the morning of the afternoon. ..... Honestly one star hotel much better.

Je n'ai jamais vu un hôtel comme celui-ci. Vous effectuez une réservation sur le site Web et laissez à l'avance ce que vous parlez à la réceptionniste de l'hôtel qui dit que vous avez bien payé mais il n'y a nulle part ailleurs. Après une longue attente et une conversation avec eux, l’hôtel n’a pas d’eau dans la salle de bain ni de douche lorsque vous parlez à la réception de l’hôtel vous dit de ne pas boire d’eau le matin de l’après-midi. Honnêtement, un hôtel 1 étoile bien meilleur

Grande chambre, relativement confortable, mais draps vieillots avec plein de taches même s'ils sont assez propres. Hôtel manque d'entretien. Accueil froid sans aucune considération pour le client. Le rapport qualité/prix reste tout de même acceptable pour un voyage d'affaire.

Nous avons était déçu par l'accueil lors de notre arrivée tardive dans l'hôtel. Un Monsieur à l'accueil nous a dit qu'ils n'avaient pas de parking sécurisé car Mon Mari lui a parlé en arabe . Lorsque j'y suis retournée pour lui dire que nous venions de france et que sur expédia c'était noté qu'il y avait un parking sécurisé et Bien à ce moment il m'a dit qu'il fallait laissé un accompte de 15 Dinars pour pourvoir laisser notre voiture dans un parking sécurisé. Je trouve cela inadmissible car ils rendent service en fonction de la tête des clients.
Le lendemain matin lorsque nous avons expliqué Cela à une femme qui était à l'accueil celle ci s'est excusée . En revanche l'homme de l'accueil ne nous a même pas saluer en sortant.

cette fois ci déçu par notre séjour de 3 nuit

il faisait froid dans la chambre !!!sur les 3 nuit payé en demi pension , on a mangé qu'une seul fois dans le
restaurant car mais filles on vomis toute la nuit et la nourriture étais très mauvaise on as du mangé en dehors de l’hôtel et je parle même pas du personnel de la restauration qui nous répondent mal alors que l'on est des clients!!! il ne faut pas oublier c'est nous qui faisons tourné l’hôtel par notre présence et notre choix d'avoir choisie cette hôtel pas ce personnel de restauration de nuit avec leurs comportement de bandit . bref moi qui étais une habitué je ne reviendrais plus jamais que quand ils auront changé leur manière de parlé aux clients ainsi que leurs mauvaise habitude avec les clients

de Mademoiselle Hanene la réceptionniste qui étais très attentif a nos attentes , et surtout l'agent de sécurité Mohamed

qui nous a vraiment mis a l'aise , on étaient très bien accueilli , je recommande vivement cette hôtel et je

reviendrais sejourné

Séjour agréable hôtel calme, personnel compétent et serviable.
Ils m'ont offert le transfert à l'aéroport
Un effort á faire pour la propreté de la chambre. Meubles à peindre ou á changer. A part ça tout va bien.

bien dans l'ensemble mais l'hôtel est un peu sombre et les chambres aussi car les fenêtres sont un peu petites et aussi la 1ère nuit un peu froide car pas de chauffage à cette période alors j'ai demandé une couverture de plus et le service a été rapide
