Hotel is in great position, new building but staff extremely unfriendly and not willing to help, there is no coffee or tea in the rooms and when I was booking I was not notified about hotel being split in two different rooms category’s. One with windows towards train lines and ones are not, plus hairdryer in the bathroom was useless no heat at all and WiFi was not working at all in our room as soon you walked in to the room it was cutting out totally and they didn’t worry at the front desk to resolve problem at all. But it is within walking distance to everything like square and beach so everyone has to decide for themselves, myself i would not stay there again for money i payed there are better in the area

It is a very modern hotel in the heart of the town, in a super convenient location for those interested in staying where the bustle is. The decor of the hotel is minimalistic and clean, although with everything that is needed. Our room was very spacious, and so was our bathroom. Breakfast was plenty and well appointed. The interaction with the staff was friendly although not memorable.

This is the third time I've stayed in this hotel and I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Sopot. Great central location yet you can't hear any noise from outside. Good quality breakfast and friendly and helpful staff. Modern air conditioning means it's a great place to escape from the sun!

Nice, clean hotel located right next to the railway station and very close to the restaurant and shop area. The staff was very kind and helpful. For some reason our room was not cleaned one day, which made us run out of toilet paper, but we managed. I would book this hotel again!

ANT INFESTATION at Molo Hotel. Filthy, dirty, unsanitary, unethical hotel unwilling to take responsibility for its cleanliness.

My elderly mother and I spent one night here after moving from the Hotel Rezydent next door, since it had no vacancies that night. We carried our suitcases across the sidewalk, left them zipped in our room, and returned in the evening. We found ants crawling all over the night tables and beds (far from our zipped suitcases). We called to switch rooms but none were available and it was too late to switch hotels.

In the morning we submitted the facts, along with pictures and videos, asking for a refund due to our sleepless night. We were told that an “investigation” would take place.

A few days later I received a response from hotel marketing stating the ants were our fault, and Molo Hotel takes no blame! They claim the ants were brought in our suitcases. Yet we had not seen ants prior to staying there, and stayed the previous two nights at the Hotel Rezydent ant free. And have not seen ants since that night.

The worst experience I’ve ever encountered traveling.The lack of customer care is appalling and insulting, and speaks to the lack of integrity, ethical responsibility, and basic hygiene. I can appreciate that unanticipated events can arise, but cannot believe the lack of responsibility and customer service in handling this. The hotel has ignored my further communication.

Stay at the Hotel Rezydent across the street please.

I was in Sopot for a only a few days for a friends wedding. The hotel was just a bed for the night. In that regard it was good (if over-priced). It was a large, clean room on the 4th (and I think, last) floor. Wi-fi wasn't available most of the time - it worked...but only if you were in the hallway.

Central Location in Sopot

Booked a twin bed room, but family member ended up booking another room as they were rather small for us to share. In saying that, the hotel staff were friendly and check-in was smooth. There is parking available for a fee which we used as we had a hire car. The room was clean, modern and airy and beds were comfortable.
This hotel is in walking distance to all sights - the Pier, Crooked House and a couple of other sightseeing attractions. Only a short drive from Gdansk, and a lovely place to visit for a day or two. Recommended

Lovely modern hotel in a central location

The hotel was easy to find and had a car park beneath it. We checked in quickly and easily and were very happy with our rooms. They were big, spacious, clean and modern.
We were able to enjoy sopot and be close enough but not to close for it to be noisy.

The Molo Hotel, ahead of its Piers!

The Molo Hotel is in the perfect location for a break in Sopot. A short stroll from the pier and right next to the railway station access is easy whether you want to go to the beach or for a trip to Gdansk.
The rooms were very comfortable with big walk in showers and plenty of soaps and lotions. There was a large tv as well as a mini bar and tea/coffee making facilities.
The staff were very friendly and helpful and were able to provide information on train times, taxis and popular places to eat.
All in all The Molo Hotel was an excellent stay and somewhere I will definitely stay again.

The hotel is very well located within walking distance to the interesting places in Sopot and the train station. Rooms are very confortable and spacious although room ceiling´s sound insulation is not sufficient. Parking is available under the hotel. Breakfast is of good quality with large selection of food.

This is a modern hotel on 3 years old..when I first arrived the room was great but the wifi signal very poor..i telephoned the front desk and they immediately changed my room to one at the front of the hotel with strong wifi. (Great sevice front desk)Rooms are a good size,modern and clean. Breakfast is also very good. Prices are about right for the location...I would stay again.

Hotel Molo is centrally located in the town centre; the train station is right behind the hotel, which is really convenient. The room I stayed in was big with a big shower/toilet. The room was very clean so I can’t fault it. The staff were polite and helpful.
My only gripe is that the WiFi was quite challenging but in the end seemed just fine.

Modern, clean, spacious - highly recommended!

I've stayed in Sopot many times and this was by far the best accommodation I've stayed in. The location is fantastic and quiet despite how central it is. The hotel is modern and clean and the rooms are incredibly spacious. The bathroom was extremely luxurious as well. Great breakfast as well which is well worth a try. My only criticism (and I feel bad for saying anything negative as it was such a great hotel) is that the wi-fi is a bit weak - it still works but is a bit on the slow side. Other than that I absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Sopot and will 100% be staying there again.

Incredible value, excellent location, superb staff

Visiting a friend who lives in Gdynia, I'd been advised to look for a hotel in Sopot, as it's nicely positioned in the middle of the Tri-City and I picked Molo on price and proximity, as it's right next to the train station.

It was a perfect pick and unbelievably good value for money.

Dropped off by my friend from the underground car park at the hotel, I was warmly greeted at reception and swiftly booked in, which was appreciated after a late night flight.

The room was extremely well presented, which was to be expected as it is only six months old. But I was surprised by the size of the room, as well as the huge hallways - Hotel Molo is definitely well proportioned and spacious.

The bed was extremely comfortable, the bathroom was spotless and well equipped. The facilities were of a high standard too - TV, room safe, etc.

I couldn't quite work out how to use the air conditioning, but that was my problem - the floor to ceiling windows opened enough to let enough air in, anyway.

Being next to the train station meant there was occasional noise, but it was never significant enough to disturb my sleep over two nights here.

Modern & convenient Hotel

The Hotel Molo is in a great position, on the end of the new train station complex which has loads of new restaurants. There is no noise from the trains & outside, unless of course you open a window. On leaving the hotel you are right at the top of the main pedestrian street Bohaterów Monte Cassino which leads down to the main square & pier.
Our twin room, beds pushed together was large,clean & comfortable, a fabulous ensuite with walk in shower. The only criticism is the wifi, you have to stick your head out of your door to get strong signal to log in, then sometimes you can use it in the room! Surely should have been sorted as the hotel was only months old.
We only had breakfast once in the hotel, the choice was really good, hot & cold.
Restaurants & Coffee shops in Sopot are all excellent.
Certainly would recommend the Hotel Molo.
Lots to do in & around Sopot, walks on the beach, promenades, through the woods.
Easy access to Gdansk & Gynia by train, both totally different & worth visiting.
Personally I'd stay in Sopot as it seems more relaxed & cosmopolitan than the other two cities.

Das Zimmer war groß und sauber. Leider haben wir eins mit Blick zu den Bahngleisen erwischt. Die Züge waren auch nachts zu hören. Bei offenem Fenster zu schlafen, ging gar nicht. Die Zimmer auf der anderen Hotel-Seite sind dagegen ruhig (wissen wir vom letzten Besuch).

Das Zimmer wurde zwischendurch nicht gereinigt - schien ein Versehen gewesen zu sein. Wir haben dann an der Rezeption neue Handtücher erbeten. Handtücher hatten teilweise Flecken, weswegen wir sie nicht erneut benutzen wollten.

Frühstück war super, aber teuer - wir konnten es nicht bei der Reservierung buchen und mussten jeden Morgen zunächst bei der Bedienung bezahlen.

Das Personal an der Rezeption schien etwas unmotiviert.

Wir würden trotzdem nochmal buchen und wohl explizit ein Zimmer Richtung Stadt erbitten. Die Lage ist einfach top und das Auto ist in der Tiefgarage gut aufgehoben.

Bokade två rum, ett av rummen var badrummet dåligt städat. Men det åtgärdades av hotellet. Bokade railway view rum men hotellet ligger precis intill järnvägen så tågen hörs tydligt i rummen. Bytte rum till cityview och betalade extra, mycket bättre.

Rummen är spartanskt inredda och känns budget, men hotellet har också betydligt lägre pris än andra hotell i Sopot.

Frukosten var sådär, men ni kan lätt hitta många alternativ på gågatan utanför som är bättre till lägre pris.

Flott hotell - glimrende komfort og flotte rom og omgivelser. Midt i byen - veldig sentralt med flott parkeringskjeller.
Miljø: Tenger ikke vaske de håndklærne man henger opp. Og lurt å merke hver søppelbøtte når dere setter frem tre stk med forskjellige pose farger.

Obs! Re sengene bedre ved housecleaning og møt blikket og smil til gjestene. Språkproblemer er overkommelige.

Hotelli on hyväkuntoinen ja keskeisellä paikalla Sopotin keskustassa. Osassa huoneista on tylsästi näkymät ratapihalle, mutta hotelli on erittäin hyvin äänieristetty siihen suuntaan. Saimme jäädä huoneeseen veloituksetta lähtöpäivän kello 18 asti keskellä kesäkautta. Yleensä hotelleissa ei saa kuin tunnin kaksi nekin rahalla. Ilmastointi. Puoliso valitteli sängyn kovuutta ja matalaa tyynyä.

Fint hotell og ok service. Litt beskjedne. Restauranten så jeg aldri åpen, men var mye restauranter i gaten rett utenfor. Alt lå nærme og spesielt togstasjonen. Fikk rom mot toget, men rommene var godt isolert så man hørte ikke toget så mye. Alt i alt et flott hotell til en ok pris.

Rummet var enormt stort och rymligt. Incheckningen gick på 1 minut och vi fick tillgång till rummet tidigare än planerat, vilket var ett stort plus. Läget på hotellet ligger mycket bra med gångavstånd till strand och huvudgatan Monte Cassino. Sidan om hotellet ligger många bra frukostställen och restauranger. Man fick långa handdukar till stranden vilket vi tyckte var ett stort plus. Det ingår flaskor med vatten på rummet. Sängarna var sköna.

jeśli chodzi o hotel to .... miał być pokój z widokiem na miasto, może i było to widok na miasto ale ... to nie był ten widok który był pokazany na zdjęciach ....
pokój przestronny czysty wygodny ... trochę ubogi barek, brak menu restauracji w pokoju;
parking w podziemiu hotelu, płatny 50 zł za dobę, przy krótkim jedno- dwudniowym pobycie przejdzie, ale dłuższym, wyjdzie troszkę drogo;
na wielki PLUS lokalizacja, bardzo blisko molo, bardzo łatwy dojazd

Bardzo miły hotel, w centrum Sopotu! Piękne knajpki i restauracje dookoła. Niestety sam hotel nie opisuje na swojej stronie o zamkniętej restauracji Sphinx w hotelu! Na śniadanie też zostaliśmy skierowani 5 minut drogą od hotelu. Miła restauracje i śniadanko bardzo dobre. Choć hotel też nie informuje o tym przy rezerwacji.

Wyjazd z mężem i pupilem , spontaniczny. W trakcie szukania ofert od razu Molo Hotel przypadł mi do gustu , chociaż by ze względu na akceptację zwierząt.
Można skorzystać z zabiegów spa. Dwie restauracje do wyboru, hotelowa oraz Sphinx. My kozystaliśmy z hotelowej ponieważ śniadania były jak dla nas smaczne, oczywiście w firmie bufetu. Dla każdego coś dobrego.

Wygodny hotel w centrum Sopotu

Doskonała lokalizacja w Sopocie. Nowoczesny hotel, ładny duży pokój. Jedyny minus to brak miejsca przed hotelem aby wypakować bagaże z samochodu lub nie zauważyłem opisu w jaki sposób mam to zrobić, zjazd na płatny parking?
