When I ate at the La cuisine the staff there took away the finished plates before I even finished all the food. Also, all the staff were friendly and patient when I didn’t understand them. The room I had was nice and neat. There’s only one thing I have to mention, the bathroom had no lock, I hope you can add a lock soon.

The hotel is close to Terminal 2, but accessibility is somewhat limited because the shuttle bus runs only once or twice per hour. The front desk staff was especially memorable. She was the kindest hotel employee I have ever met. The hotel also has a convenient coin laundry facility. The room was clean and well-maintained.

It was our last night in Seoul and I chose this hotel because it had an airport shuttle. We arrived hungry in the evening and they only have a buffet which was ok.

We were given a shuttle schedule so the next am we waited in the lobby for said shuttle. It arrived on time and we boarded. It stopped at terminal 2 and somehow the driver realized there were people on the bus that needed terminal 1 (us and another couple). They told us they only go to terminal 2 and we have to get off and find our way, maybe by airport shuttle, to terminal 1. That was extremely annoying and inconvenient b/c at no time did the driver mention this bus was only for terminal 2. Now we had to wait for, and get on a tiny bus, which was completely full, standing room only, for 20 mins.

They need to communicate better that there are 2 buses and the driver should confirm to which terminal the passengers are going.

We spent one night here before our morning flight from Terminal 2. The shuttle bus was easy to find on floor 1, gate 4, stop 4a. If you get the airport limousine bus from central Seoul, it stops at level 3 (departures), so you need to go into the terminal and use the lifts to get to level 1 (arrivals) where the bus stops are. The shuttle only runs every hour outside of peak times, so we grabbed a drink and snack from the terminal's convenience store while we waited. The hotel check-in was easy and we had two free drinks from the bar. The room was clean and comfortable, and we ordered room service at a very reasonable price. The food was delicious, and to our delight was delivered by Alice, a robot, which was quite the novelty. The staff were all friendly and helpful. This is our second stay, and makes such a difference staying so close to the airport before a long flight.

Room was very spacious and clean with good amenities and facilities. There is an emart24 on site for anything you need to pick up or grab in or on the way out. There is a bar and restaurant onsite too for dining options.

A little noisy with the airport as I don’t think there was a no fly curfew but nothing too dramatic.

This hotel is excellent however there is no air conditioning available during late spring with temperatures in the 85 + range. A/C is a must for Americans traveling OCONUS. The only recommendation I have. I would definitely 💯 stay again on my return trip in six months.

The location of the hotel was convenient to the hotel and great shuttle service. Only issue was the general manager said that there was no air conditioning service in May. This is a must especially for people traveling from the US. It was over 85 degrees outside and even warmer inside. Only disappointment I had. In actuality, there was no air conditioning anywhere we went.

This hotel opened in 2022 and they have maintained its cleanliness. The shuttle bus came on time and dropped us off at the front lobby.
The check on was quick and we found our room clean.

The air con went from hot to cold slowly and the gym was freezing cold in the morning, but other than that everything was a good experience.
We would stay in this hotel for our next layover as we use Seoul as our layover city as we visit other Asian cities.

This hotel is fine just awkward to get to. You cannot walk to it from the terminal and the shuttle bus is not very frequent. Taxis will not take you as it’s such a short distance. We ended up on the airport bus which went all around the terminal car parks before arriving at the hotel so takes 25mins for a 5min journey

Perfect for airport transit, but the bathroom layout is awkward

We stayed here overnight for an 8:00 AM flight, and the location was very convenient. They offer an hourly shuttle bus to the airport, which made the commute seamless.
The only downside is the bathroom design. The toilet door doesn't seal to the ceiling or the floor—it’s designed like a stall in a public restroom. I’ve never seen this in a hotel before, and it was quite uncomfortable since I was sharing the room with a colleague. Additionally, there is a mirror positioned on the wall that reflects the shower exit to the rest of the living area. You essentially have to get dressed inside the shower to maintain any privacy.
For a quick transit to the airport, the location is the best, but the room layout is definitely a bit strange.

I needed an airport hotel as my flight was early. This hotel was beautiful to look at, the staff was great and the amenities (sauna and gym) were first rate. Two year old hotel and it looked like it opened the day before I arrived. The food, served buffet style, was varied and delicious. I was only there for one night before flying to the US, but it was tough to leave! Added bonus: my room was right next to the \"airplane parking lot\". Nice to see the planes.

Hotel was nice and the buffet dinner was excellent. Only challenge was getting there - the shuttle does not run between 4 & 6pm so we got the free car park bus which took ages and then required us to walk on shingle as there were no pavements to the hotel. However, We got the hotel shuttle in the morning and it was great! Also the Aircon wasn’t working although they did provide a fan. In late April it was uncomfortably warm. Opening the window helped but then the airplane noise was a bit too loud. Overall a mixed experience.

The Ibis Styles hotel is a new hotel that is clean, comfortable and located close to the hotel. We enjoyed their buffets for dinner and breakfast. It offered variety (cold and hot options) and had vegetarian selections. The hotel is situated close to Incheon airport.

The room was very basic but clean. The hotel did not operate AC at the time of our stay and the room was at 75-80F. They offered us a fan or open the windows what is impossible because of the noise and smell of planes from the runway under the windows.
The restaurant at the site is over price.
Hotel is very convenient located 10 min from terminal 2 with a free shuttle.

I don’t want to repeat things others said already. I agree that it’s comfortable, clean, and convenient. I wanted to share some other amenities that I saw in the lobby area. There was a bar with a nice seating area. There’s a money exchange machine. There’s a photobooth where you can take passport photos. There’s a business area with two computers that have printing capabilities. The convenient store has a microwave and is open 24 hours a day. I will definitely stay here again in the future. They also offer free ear plugs for the airplane noise. Though for me I didn’t really notice the airplanes without earplugs.

As a stopover hotel this place is... Ok. It does what it does, well ie you get a bed for the night very close to the hotel and they get you to and from the airport very efficiently. There is NOTHING to do in our around the hotel itself. It's basically in a car park and they're isn't even a pavement to walk to the airport. If you are there for dinner time that leaves you with the option of pot noodles from the on site shop in your room, close to a mugging to eat in the restaurant, go back to the airport or get a taxi to go songwriters random semi local. We chose the last option to try and experience something vaguely Korean! The only problem I have with the hotel is the pool/spa. I hate it when listing's show utilities without making it clear they aren't included and you have to then pay for on arrival. Here it is the pool/spa/sauna area. Not only do you have to pay £6 pp but they are also gender separated. The intention of relaxing in a pool with my wife went to having to pay for it, then to having to be on my own to deciding on no pool for either of us. This should have been clearer to decide if this was really the best choice for us.

Convenient for layover at odd hours. They have a 24 hours convenient store on site so you can get some food/necessities even arriving late.

It is not a walkable distance from the airport, they do have free shuttle during the morning and evening - outside of their clock, you can use the airport free shuttle too (but it could be confusing and might take a bit of walking after getting off) - we turned out got off at the wrong stop and went by a taxi instead. I suggest to just take a taxi if you can’t use their own shuttle.

Room is spacious for japanese standard. Overall a good option for layover for a night.

The location is very convenient if you have a 24h lay-over in Seoul. The shuttle bus is very convenient too. The reception staff was helpful and nice.
However, we wanted to have a drink before leaving in the afternoon and we waited forever for the bartender to come to the bar so we could order something. On the menu, it was written that we could ordered some bites to eat with the drinks but he said he couldn’t because the kitchen was preparing for the dinner and couple of drinks were not available. So I ended up ordering nothing after waiting a long time!

I have been to a few airport hotels and I have generally found them very poor, however the Ibis Ambassador was the exception. From the first booking, they were responsive. They took account of us needing 2 rooms close together. The rooms were clean and very comfortable and the food in the restaurant was delicious. They were also very helpful in relation to providing information in advance about shuttles and advising on early morning departures back to the airport. All in all, a great airport hotel and more should follow their example.
