Only reason for making a reservation at Sondo-Ramada was because the website said they have a spa on site so decided to stay here to avoid the crowd. But the info about the spa was not true! I’m so mad. They changed it to sauna for men-only! LAST YEAR so please update!
The sink didn’t drain and hair and etc. were stuck. Gross! I tried to call the front desk but then the phone didn’t work. The line was NOT busy which they tried to say... was broken. So I went down to the front and got a new room. Waste of money...could have stayed at the new spa in town!

Nice for a short stay

Lovely place, close to bus stop and a lot of restaurants, quiet and away from the city. Good for relaxing, business stay/meetings but not for families. Staff doesn't speak english only one girl from the front desk that wasn't there the rest of my stay (3 nights.)

No reason to stay here.

It’s an exercise in disappointment. Website says there’s a spa - yes, but only for men. (The services are fine.)

The breakfast buffet is good value, and serves its purpose.

The hotel is odd in that there are obviously shabby areas, and yet its old ambition is also rather evident in the would-be grandeur of the lobby.

The room is alright but the mattress is somewhat saggy and you can feel the springs. The bathroom needs significant work. If you’re over 6ft, the shower is going to be rough.

We only stayed here because we had a relative studying in Songdo, and it’s not that hard to drive to Seoul. Overall, it’s alright if you’re on a budget, otherwise cough up for something a little better.

It worth as its price. Nothing near the hotel. Only drinking places and some CVSs. Korean call-girl karaokes and rooms are there. No places to sightseeing near here. I don't recommend to stay here for a trip.
The room was not so clean. And the breakfast is almost only korean food was sreved.

I would rate it as a 2star hotel

we stayed there from 15/08 to 20/08 2017.Although it was mentioned as 4star hotel,it was not up to that rating. On arrival we had to carry our heavy luggage to rooms.There was no one to help delivering those to rooms. Nothing to see in side the hotel it was just a block of rooms. No swimming pool. During breakfast time no eggs were available at egg station (during the mentioned breakfast time 7-9 a.m.).
But girls at the reception was helpful & friendly. They could speak English too.

Nice hotel but far away from touristic areas

I arrived 8 hours before my check-in and I had to pay a tax of 70 dollars. Then I got into my room and the electricity was not working. So I had to call the desk and then they sent a worker who repaired the electricity connection. One of the biggest problems I have found in the Korean society is the lack of people who speak English, even the recepcionist at the hotel do not have a good level of English so communication was very hard although they were kind most of the time. If you want to take the Incheon bus tour you must take a taxi to Central Park and buy the tickets there. Taxis are quite expensive as 1000 wones are 1 dollar. I didn't like the breakfast very much, all breads were not fresh, coffee was not strong, and all the meals are oily. For people like me who hates oily food I do not recommend the breakfast of this hotel. Above all, I could say that it's 4.0 stars out 5. As I had a discount for having bought my flight ticket on this site, I may say this hotel was ok. But if I had paid the normal amount I would have not recommended this hotel.

The hotel was nice enough -especially for the price. We enjoyed the area as it gave a us a true feel for Incheon. The biggest disappointment was the air conditioning did not cool the room. We were fortunate that it was cool in the evenings-and the windows opened or we would have been miserable.

Used to be a good hotel. Run down and not kept up.

Stayed at the same hotel about 5 years ago, so decided to try again. Compared to before, hotel looks run down and not kept up. Broken things in the room include bathroom sink (loose), safe that kept beeping (hote staff pulled out the battery to silence it), fridge door hinge, window latch, wobbly desk, etc. Worse than broken things was the overall dirty condition of the room. Stains everywhere and the hotel staff just doesn't seem to care to keep the rooms clean. What a shame. Used to be a good, clean hotel when it was managed better.

Hotel is located in the Historic part of Songdo. Much more to do in the new area which is about 15-20 minutes away. Being one of the oldest hotels in the area, it has been well maintained and the rooms look recently renovated. For the price, its a great room at a reasonable location.

Mattress was soggy and thin, it was something you would imagine is 300 years old and held together only with the skin flakes of all of the rest of the unlucky people to sleep on it. While the hotel did a good job of trying to make it not look like a hovel, it was still dirty and used to the core.

The front desk was clutter with garbage and used paperwork, making it look like a hoarders house, staff was unfriendly and curt.

Very comfortable stay for a business trip. Hotel staff was very nice, welcoming, and helpful. The room was nice size with everything I needed for a business trip. I liked the work table/area in the room. Overall it was very high value for the price. I will stay there if I ever go to same area for a future business trip.

A bit disappointed. The room was not really clean. Tables had obviously not been wiped down. There was still water on bathroom floor from housekeeping. Bathroom has a weird smell. Mold on ceiling near window. AC does not allow you to set it very cool at all. Hotel shuttle was free as promised. You have to wait on them to get to you after you land. You get through customs and call but they do show up on time. Buffet hours in hotel guide are not correct. They ONLY serve breakfast but it very reasonable in cost.

A nice hotel for transit

A nice hotel for a transit stay, with lots of local traditional Korean style restaurants within walking distance. Very nice breakfast with a large variety of dishes to choose from. Had a little problem in the bath room late in the night, called the front, and a service man was up to my room within minutes, and the problem was solved shortly afterwards. The only set back is as the hotel does have a shuttle bus service from the hotel to Inchon Airport, other than taking a taxi from Inchon, its a little difficult to access the hotel directly from Inchon by other transportation.

We booked this room based on the fitness facility and airport shuttle!
Upon arrival, we got informed about the fitness facilities closure and the latest airport shuttle would leave the hotel at 12 noon!
In translation: for a 6pm flight the 12 noon free shuttle has to be boarded or hire a taxi for ~$40!!
Also the room was over 80 degree Fahrenheit, the AC is controlled by the hotel and could NOT be used!
The solution from the reception was to open the window for cooling and deal with the outside noise!
Needless to say, we would not book this hotel again, period!!

The hotel was fine, you get what you pay for. It is an an inconvenient spot, not close to a subway station. We had difficulty working the lights -- there really should be a heads up for people who are not used to the Korean hotel lights activated by the room key, rather than light switches.

Middle of Nowhere (unless you have a car)...

My wife and I were hoping to go site seeing in Incheon for two days while staying at the hotel, but it wasn't until we were on our way that we realized how out of the way the hotel was. From Seoul, we had to to take 3 subway lines and a long bus ride to get there. From the hotel to Incheon, we had to take a bus, and three subway lines, too. We ended up spending all our time on public transportation instead of site seeing. When they first showed us our \"non-smoking\" room, it was really bad with the smell of cigarette smoke. After we complained, though, they moved us to another room that was fine. The TV could be a little bigger, but otherwise it was good and very clean. The furniture was comfortable, too. Also, it would have been nice to have had a microwave in the room. We had a refrigerator, but we couldn't warm up our food in the morning after the refrigerator froze it solid. There are quite a few different restaurants around the hotel, but not a lot else. We wanted to buy some fruit, but there was no place to get any. The hotel staff spoke English very well and were very professional.

Basic Western Style Hotel in Nice Neighborhood

I stayed here overnight before flying out of Korea. This is not a high end business hotel but is pretty much what I would expect from a Ramada in North America. I thought it was a very good value for the price I paid. It is located in a nice low density Korean neighborhood. There was a couple of Korean restaurants I wanted to eat at. There also seems to be a surprising number of Japanese restaurants recommended by the hotel all within a few blocks. I was on an executive floor. I had free wired internet access, a small flat panel TV. I found the bathroom and tub small and cramped. I did have the breakfast buffet. It had been picked over by a group filling four tour buses. I don't feel that there was much effort to restock buffet nor did I receive any attention from the restaurant staff. The Restaurant does have a nice view. The front desk staff were pleasant during check in and check out I don't speak Korean and their English was sufficient. They were helpful when I asked for the location of a shopping center (E Mart). The hotel is isolated from the subway or tourist attractions. I had a car so this was not an issue for me. A taxi to the closest subway station wouldn't cost very much. If I had gone into Seoul I would have taken the taxi/subway option rather than trying to drive. I would happily stay there again if I needed an airport hotel.

You know that, this hotel is one of the most chaepest hotel you ever met. So, at first, I really didnt expect the service quality or state of room, cleaness. But when I got there I really satisfied with all of hotel. Clean and big room, and silence. But the one thing that I don't like is expensive hotel morning meal. Anyway I recommend you this hotel.

Good option in old Songdo

This hotel is in the older part of Songdo, but is within a walkable distance to the new, shiny business district. I was here for less than a day during a 12-hour layover in Inchon. Since I have cousins living in Inchon, it was a good option for me to be here and see them for a couple of hours. The taxi ride to the hotel cost more than the hotel itself, but the sleep I got in the room was worth it. The decor of the room was modern and calming. The hotel has a large clean gym, so I was able to work out after resting. It also has a sauna.

Magnum PI fans this hotel is for you

This hotel looked like the set of Magnum PI. Very nice lobby, horrible room. \"Executive Room\" lights didn't work properly giving out a loud humm and turning on and off any time they liked. Bathroom was very very old as was the TV, could hardly make out some stations. Internet needed to be paid for in room.

Service in the restaurant was the worst I had in all of Korea. Took 30 minutes to make a sandwich for my 4 year old son at lunch time after 3 items on the menu ordered before that were unavailable. 30,000 for 2 sandwiches.

Horrible location with nothing but very expensive by Korean standards restaurants around it. 50,000 won for a taxi to the airport was only option as the bus outside that said airport shuttle didn't go to the airport.

The only good thing was the fast wireless in the lobby. Wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy. Sorry. I don't like writing bad reviews but this was not very good.

Ramada Songdo - a peaceful place to stay

We enjoyed the quiet surroundings and the excellent breakfast buffet, even though it wasn't free. For approx. $18 USD, it was elegant. The staff was very helpful and courteous. Great workout room, too.

SCAM DO NOT STAY HERE!

Reviews that I read claimed that the Ramada Song Do Hotel was close to the Incheon airport.
35miles from the airport is Not close. Especially- when you have a 7:00 am international flight to China. An aditional cost to travel to the hotel from the airport is a $* cab ride. I cancelled my reservation due do the cab expense & distance from the supposedly close airport.
Asked Travel agency for a refund. I have not recieved the refund of $*. for the room yet.

OK Hotel, boring location

Unless you are Korean, this hotel is located in a very visitor-unfriendly location. Not much within walking distance that any foreigner would be interested in. Also, not within easy walking distance to any subway stop (nearest one, Dongchun, is about 1 mile away). Only stayed there because all the Seoul hotels were booked due to an Asian holiday. Really hope I can find a Seoul hotel next time.

I read the reviews on this hotel before I went and it sounds pretty good, other than the breakfast that was overpriced but there were some mixed reviews too. We figured we'd try it. When we walked in, the hotel looked very nice, clean and upscale then we checked in. They didn't have the room we reserved. They gave us a room they said was \"almost same\". Since we reserved a king and they gave us a double & a twin I asked for a discount. They gave us the runaround and eventually agreed to free breakfast. Then we got to the room. It wasn't bad but the mini bar was ridiculously overpriced and the room was really hot. Turns out the A/C was out in the hotel. They gave a us a fan for the room- with a timer. We had to turn it back on every hour or so. It was miserable. The next day we went for breakfast with our voucher and they told us it was only for one person. The other person had to pay W40,000. Then they called the front desk and told us the voucher was for any meal OTHER than breakfast. We were so fed up, we just checked out and left. The hotel had the prices and attitude of an upscale place but the service and amenities of any common motel.

침구류 및 방안 내부는 나쁘지 않은 느낌입니다. 오랜 시간 본 건 아니지만, 티비가 좀 작아서 불편했고, 화장실의 욕조가 있어서 좋았으나 오래되어 소리가 났습니다.

호텔바로앞 아라빅음심점에서 뜻하지않게 맛있는 음식 배불리 먹었서 호텔조식 어설픈 양식부페주면 좀 느끼하겠다했는데 깔끔한 콩나물김칫국에 멸치볶음 맛있었다며. 조촐해도 먹을만한건 후식에 빵까지 다 구비되서 괜찮았음. 객실이낮엔좀춥고 온풍기소리가 커서 화장실 환풍기켜놓은줄.
