The way this hotel is advertised on Expedia is a 3 star stay. This hotel is a 1-1.5 stars at best. To be quite frank this hotel is outdated, dirty and the room I was assigned showed its age. The bathroom itself was enough for me to check in and check right back out. The beds seemed clean, but I had a twin and my friend was given a full size which again was advertised as 2 doubles when I booked, the front desk barely spoke to me at check in and just handed me an old key card. This hotel desperately needs a renovation from the ground up- also, the pool they advertise, NOT in commission. Do not always believe the advertised pictures.

The property was in great disrepair. Room was very dirty including windows, bathroom (cracks, dirt, hair), broken closet doors. Outside the pool was dry and in disrepair, and even the flags flying were tattered and torn to shreds. This property needs some work to live up to its online pictures.

After seeing the room, we booked a different hotel and checked out.

Good location only

The hotel is very old and needs refurbishment and staff isnt very helpful.
Room was too hot to sleep and we end up got another room which was little bit better. But there are so many things to do around area. We went water park and spa in the hotel and went to market that there are so much things to eat..
I would go back to the spa but not the hotel... just too old and not very clean unfortunately.

Friendly staff but overall not worth it.

This is the third time I've stayed at this hotel, but not by choice. Unfortunately it is the only hotel in this city that is not a \"love hotel\". I have stayed at much nicer places for less money. The rooms are well used, with the bathroom even worse. It seems they may be trying to renovate some of the rooms but does it have to happen at 10pm? This time the shower in my room only had hot water if it was turned to full hot, otherwise it was cold, and the water pressure was terrible; a trickle at best. And avoid their breakfast buffet unless you like your eggs and bacon raw and feel like paying 22000 won for the privilege. Very disappointed in my experience here. I didn't complain to the front desk about the bathroom issue because I didn't want to be \"that foreigner\", thinking that maybe these conditions are what pass for acceptable here. But when I got the bill for the breakfast for 22000 won where I only had toast, that was the straw that broke this camel's back.

the rats running behind the false wall kept me awake during my stay, also the carpet was stained like a painters radio and made my shoes stick to the floor. the pillows smelled of fish making me dream that I was a fisherman on the deadliest catch. The breakfast which is included in the price of the stay doesn't actually exist, don't believe the hype. the bowling alley is used exclusively by the locals... but its an experience... at least you will have a story to tell!!

Time to improve

Korean style room great BUT temperature way too hot and could not be controlled . Hard pillows with no alternatives . Meant to have \" no smoking\" room , but floor reeked of cigarette smoke as soon as we exited lifts . Sad that very little ( if any) improvements to Miranda have been made since my last stay over a decade ago . Great City with incredible Ceramic heritage - please can the owners upgrade or improve . Celadon and ceramic lovers the world over come here and deserve a higher standard - with a little effort and determination can be done .

Not a hotel for international travellers

Strange hotel. Some staff could try smiling and being a little more interested in looking after their guests. English TV is limited to films shown on Korean channels, it is not even possible to view CNN or BBC World. Air conditioning, despite having a controller in the room is controlled from somewhere else. In the morning when waking up it could be set to any value, one morning was 34 degress!!! It was not possible to set to cool. Overall disappointing.

The hotel room is OK but the reception desk is not helpful and did not want to tell me where to go to bus terminal. This unhelpfulness is actually reflected on its website that you can see nothing about the airport bus route between airport and hotel and I had emptied my pocket by spending 380000Won to get there by taxi. Since the hotel had been refurbished in 2008, the electric sockets and the carpet were worn out although it looks clean and I understood why such a big hotel with so many facilities rated only 3 stars

The hotel is old and the staff are cooperative. The location is within walking distance from Icheon Bus Terminal. The cleaning condition is acceptable but not in good standard.
The limited free services, included few free TV programme, charged wifi ...
I stayed in traditional room (No bed), the temperature control was not function, even though I asked to concierge to lower temperature. The room was too hot to sleep.

doesn't worth of the money

with the same amount of money, you can stay in a much better hotel in Seoul which is just 1 hour away. I picked this hotel just because it is closer to the skiing resort and not far away from Seoul. Next time I would just stay in Seoul and take the free shuttle bus to ski.

located in obscure location

The staff gave us a smoking room though it has been stated in our hotel booking for a non-smoking room. The staff was also quite rude to us when we requested to change to non-smoking room, and didn't attend to our request for some air refresheners to be sprayed in the room. She also told us that she doesn't know where yangji pine resort is even though it is one of the main reasons guests stay in this hotel.

The air conditioning of the hotel needs improvement.

During my stay in September the weather was very hot and the air conditioning was not able to bring the room temperature down to a convenient level.

This time it was very cold outside and the air conditioning heated up the room to a very high temperature so that I had to open the window to bring the temperature down.

In summary the air conditioning seems not to work appropriately.

우선 낡은건 이해할 수 있지만 관리가 정말 너무 안되어있습니다. 화장실이랑 객실사이에 유리창은 거기서 무슨 짓을 했는지 손바닥 자국이 많이 나있고 너무 더러웠습니다. 화장실 슬라이딩 도어도 고장나서 닫히지않고 활짝 열려버리고 침대 매트리스도 진짜 너무 심한 상태.. 에어컨도 내 마음대로 온도 조절할 수 없고 중앙냉방식이라 하고 객실내 커튼, 바닥 먼지가 먼지가.....

연식은 다소 있어 낡아보였지만
썩어도 준치라고 이천의 관광호텔답게 관리가 잘 되어있었고
침구도 깨끗하고 냄새도 안났다.
직원들도 친절하였고 온천수가 공급되서 샤워후 피부도 좋아진 것 같았다.
담배냄새도 없었고 객실도 넓은 편으로 일부 리모델링도 되어 있어 불편한 점 없이 잘 쉬고 갔다.
대실운영하는 인근의 모텔들 보다 쾌적하고 좋았다.

워터파크는 대만족

워터파크내 워터슬라이드가 다양해서 초등저학년 아이들이 너무 좋아해요. 워터파크는 만족스럽지만 객실은 청소상태가 불만족스럽고 난방이 중앙난방이라 환절기에 여성분들은 좀 추울수 있어요.

호텔이 잘못한 것은 아니고 제 평소에 사용하던 베게랑 높이가 달라서 개인적인 불편함이 있었지 침구류도 잘 정돈 되어있고 위생 상태는 좋았습니다.
온천을 동반한 호텔인데 수압이 약한게 조금 아쉽네요.

그다지 추천하고싶진 않습니다.

욕실이 낡았습니다. 샤워기 고정대가 옛날에 박은것이 덜렁덜렁하니까 새로 위에 박았는데 문제는 샤워줄이 짧아서 고정시킬수가 없고요. 곰팡이도 있고, 침대밑에 먼지덩어리가 굴러다니는게 보이는 것도 문제입니다. 냉난방도 26.5도로 맞추면 너무 춥고, 그 이상으로 하면 너무 더운 등, 온도관리가 의미가 없는 수준입니다. 접수직원도 너무 딱딱하고 불친절해서 다시 가고싶은 생각은 안 듭니다. 코로나로 욕실 등은 운영을 하지 않아 더 그런것 같습니다.

the location is great. Though it is eye catching in the centre of the city, it takes 10-15 minutes walk from the bus transfer terminal. The hotel is a bit old. The room temperature cannot be adjusted. It seems like the hotel is not fully occupied, but we still have to wait until the 3 o'clock check in time.

객실에 나오는 물이 온천수라고 해서 이 호텔을 택했다. 카운터에 문의하니 온천수라고 하긴한다. 정말 온천수라면 객실내에 크게 안내판과 함께 설명을 곁들이면 좋겠다. 특히 이동이 불편한 노인들은 객실에서 온천을 즐길수 있다면얼마나 좋겠는가..

가족과 이천 미란다에서.

리노베이션슬 한것 같지만, 화장실은 온천수 때문에 그런지, 좀 찝집했어요. 아이들 케릭터룸이 만실이어서 스텐다드 트윈에서 잤는데 가격대비 그냥 쏘쏘예요. 주말은 결혼실 하객들로 돗대기 시장같았어요.ㅠㅠ. 가격이 낮으면 스파 할인쿠폰을 사서는 갈만하지만, 호텔숙박 자체로는 별로예요.그 가격이면 서울내에서 수영장 무료이용 가능한 호털에서 자는게 나을 듯.

오래된 건물이라 감안은 하겠지만,
room바닥 청소가 깨끗하지 않았습니다.
그리고 기본 service가 아무것도 없는 것이 이상하군요.
병따개 한개만 있었습니다.
침대 사이 테이블의 유리는 깨져 있고 모서리가 날카로워 애들이 다칠까 걱정이 될 정도 였습니다.
워터 파크는 사용하기 좋았으나, 파도풀이 너무 차가워서 어른들이 들어가기에도 추웠습니다.
전체적으로 개선이 필요한 부분이 많았습니다.

숙소는 비추입니다. 수영장은 어린 아이와 이용할 만 합니다.

스탠다드룸 온돌방에 묵었습니다. 일단 여기는 전혀 관리가 되지 않는 것 같아요.
1. 욕실에 사용되는 물이 모두 온천수라 백화현상이 있을 수 있다고 하였습니다. 하지만 처음 방 배정받고 들어간 방 거울에 물때가 끼어있었고요. 욕실 구석구석과 타일 사이에 곰팡이가 있었습니다. 이것은 온천수와는 관계가 없는 것이라 생각합니다. 연박을 하여 1박 후 잠시 외출을 하고 들어왔을 때 욕실 욕조 물 빠지는 곳에 머리카락이 그대로 있었고, 바닥에도 머리카락이 보였습니다.
2. 방 관리에 대해
호텔의 구조상 환기가 제대로 되지 않아 눅눅함이 있을 수 있다고 생각합니다. 그러면 보일러는 틀어주셔야하는데..방바닥이 얼음장같이 차가웠습니다. 10월 초에 새벽에도 난방을 안한다니요..자다가 발이 잠깐 요 밖으로 나왔는데 순간 너무 차가워서 깜짝 놀라 일어났습니다. 1박 후 외출하고 방에 들어왔을 때 구석에 머리카락이 보여 휴지로 닦았더니 휴지에 까만 먼지까지 같이 닦였습니다. 놀라서 다른 구석도 닦에보니 마찬가지였습니다. 연박이라 정리만 하신 정도인 것이 아니라 며칠간 청소를 안한 티가 너무 납니다.
3. 침구 관리에 대해
요솜의 쿠션감이 전혀 없습니다. 보통 다른 곳은 요가 매우 푹신하여 잠도 잘 오던데..여기는 바닥도 찬데다가 요가 너무 얇아져서 잠자는데 매우 불편했습니다. 연박이라 커버를 바꿔주시지 않은 것에 대해 특별히 불만은 없으나 이를 선택할 수 있는 카드 또는 안내가 없었습니다.(보통은 이를 선택할 수 있도록 무슨 표시가 있지 않나요?)

전반적인 평가
스탠다드룸에 대해 좋지 않은 평가가 많았지만 이렇게까지일 줄은 몰랐습니다. 찾아보면 캐릭터룸은 리뉴얼되어 괜찮은 평가가 있던데..혹시 캐릭터룸에 묵을 기회가 있으면 이용해보고 아니면 다시는 숙박하고 싶은 생각이 없습니다.

스파플러스는 괜찮았습니다. 수영장 이용 후 샤워용품을 안가져오고 방에서 씻을 계획이었는데..괜히 그랬나 싶도록 사우나도 괜찮았습니다. 어린 아이들이 놀기 괜찮고 물 온도도 따뜻하여 좋았습니다. 놀다가 온천물에 몸을 담그기도 좋았습니다.
다음부터는 당일치기로 스파플러스만 이용해도 될 것 같습니다.

물놀이는 재미있었지만...

키즈 미끄럼틀이 있어서 물놀이를 신나게 했는데
아이는 괜찮은데 저와 남편은 피부가 뒤집어졌네요 ;;;

물에서 소독약냄새가 좀 심하게 났었는데 .....
저희가족 말고 친구네 가족도 부부가 피부 뒤집어 졌다고 하더라구요

물이 썩 좋아보이진 않았습니다.

또 룸 컨디션은 세면대는 부서져있었고, 욕조에서 물이빠지지않아 씻던 도중 다른방으로 옮겨주셨습니다.

이런방에 어떻게 체크인을 하게 했는지 의구심이 드네요 ...

그리고 음식은 다 급식용 완제를 데워서 나오는 느낌이어서 좀 당황했어요 ;;;
부페 대량 음식을 그냥 개인용으로 판매하시는 느낌이었어요

남편말로는 군대에서 먹던 맛과 흡사하다 합니다...

장난합니까. 백원도 아까운 상태로 10만원을 넘는 숙박비라니.. 청결도 최악 관리도 최악 서비스도 최악입니다. 가격도 당연히 최악이고요. 다신 이용 안 할거고, 하이닉스 직원 포함해서 절대 가지 말라고 홍보 예정입니다. 정말 너무하네요.

서울과 가까운 거리이고, 옆에 워터파크가 있어서 아이들과 놀러가기에는 부담 없고 참 좋네요...워터파크는 오션월드 만큼은 아니지만 나름 괜찮습니다. 오션월드 가는 시간과 비용을 생각하면 그 비용이 사실 이용료가 포함된 것 같아요. 성인4 4살아이2 18만원이 넘는 금액이라 싼 편은 아니죠 ㅎㅎ 아 그리고 찜질방 괜찮아요 편의시설이 안에 있어서 밖에 나갈 필요없이 다 이용할 수 있어서 귀찮니즘 분들께 추천합니다 ㅎㅎㅎ호텔의 룸 컨디션은 뽑기운이 좀 있다고 하는데 두번째 방문인데 나름 뭐 민감하지 않아서인지 보통수준이구여.....좋은 여행 되세요

룸컨디션 최악. 위치나 온천수는 괜츈

룸컨디션 빼고는 나아요. 위치가 젤 나음. 근데 룸컨디션 최악. 중국 어린 여자애 둘이서 청소하던데, 가족들 많이 찾는 호텔 같던데 웬만하면 룸전문가를 고용해서 청소시키는게 나을듯하네요. 실내화도 젖어있고, 머리카락은 기본에.. 시트도 좀 더럽고.. 전반적으로 가구들도 다 오래되었음. 온천수는 좋더만요.

더럽고 냄새나는 방... 최악의 숙박경험!

이제는 방들의 레노베이션이 옵션이 아닌 꼭 필요한 시기가 된것 같다! 더럽고 냄새나고 가격대비 너무비싼 방값만 지불이 안됬으면 바로 나오고 싶은 정도의 청결도였다! 온천이용도 숙박시 딱 한번만 30% 할인 이라니... 절대로 숙박은 추천 못할것 같다! 다신 숙박을 할일도 없을것 같다!

온천은 Good. 숙박시설은 So-so.

저녁8시에 체크인을 했으나 다른방들이 정리기 안끝나
창문이 고장난 방으로 입실한건지 기다렸다가 다른방으로
갈건지 양해를 구함 여기까지는 오케이
입실했더니 세면대 배수구 여는게 고장
출입문 아래틈은 너무크게벌어져서 밖의 소음 빛이 다들어와 수건으로 막고 잤음

잘 지내다 갑니다.

우선 제가 묶었던 7층은 크게 불편은 없습니다만, 청결도는 중간 그외에는 모두 만족합니다. 많은 불편한 의견이 많은속에서는 오히려 색깔론적으로 더러울것이다는 편견을 가지게 해주었지만 심각한 정도까지는 아니고 다만 노후화된 것에 대한 부분은 어쩔수 없을 것입니다. 이용에 참고 부탁합니다.

가벼운 가족여행으로 추천

전반적인 시설은 노후되있었지만 나름 청결하게 잘 관리되고있었습니다. 다만 스파와 호텔 수영장이 별도로 운영되면 투숙객들이 가볍게 수영장만 이용할고할텐데..뭔가조금 복잡한 시스템이라..그래도 온천수라그런지 좋았습니다.

최고의 온천, 최악의 일반객실

부대시설인 온천은 수질이 매우 좋아요.
그치만 시설이 낡아 보다 세심한 관리가 필요해 보입니다.
일하시는 분들 지쳐보이고 그리 적극적이지 않네요.
객실에는 묵은 냄새가 나요. 에어링을 하든 환기를 자주 하든 관리가 필요해 보이구요. 객실간 방음이 너무 부실해요. 옆방의 뜨거운 분위기가 여과없이 전달되서 민망했어요.
음식이 맛이 없어 대부분 배달해 먹습니다. 배달앱 필수!

전반적으로 온천빼고 보통이하, 온천만 좋음!!!

매우 오래된 호텔임. 오래됐으면 관리라도 잘해서 이용객이 불만이 없도록 해야하는데 여기는 그렇지 않음.
옮긴 방마다 샤워거치대는 다 고장나있고 이불엔 머리카락들이 붙어있음.
다신 이용안한다.

모텔보다 못한 호텔

호텔이라고 하기 민망할 정도의 수준임. 시설이 노후화 되어 난방도 잘 안되고 샤워기에서 온수도 나왔다 말았다 함. 샤워실 앞 천장엔 곰팡이 핀 흔적같이 거뭇거뭇한 자국이 있고 호텔 내부 전화기는 제대로 작동이 안됨. 스파플러스 건물과도 이어져 있지 않아서 건물밖으로 10미터 정도 이동해야 합니다. 외출전에 의자에 벗어뒀던 옷은 룸크리닝이후 캐리어에 던져저 있었음. 컴플레인시 빠르게 응대는 하지만 시설이 노후한건 어쩔수 없어 서로 답답하기만 한듯. 솔직히 온천을 하고 싶다면 근처 모텔에서 숙박하고 온천만 이용하길 추천하고 그마저도 바로 옆에있는 설봉온천과 비교해 특별히 큰 장점이 있어보이지도 않습니다.

Except for the bed linen that was correct, the room is spacious but clearly out of age and clearly need to be renovated, the shower curtain show trace of mildew and must not have been changed for years just like the shower tube. The fitness room is also at our age and dirty and there are no water nor towel available. The staff barely speak English. Not a good place to stay considering the price of the room.
