Room, location, staff all excellent. Stayed there 7 nights. About 25 min walk to the beach and club areas, or a cheap GRAB ride to most places. There is a great covered food court area about 4 min walk, across street from outdoor laundromat and Tops (similar to 7-11). Staff/owners of hotel are so friendly and kind. Will definitely stay again if in Pattaya.

From the moment of my arrival I was greeted with the utmost of kindness. They welcomed me by name, got me checked in within a flash and showed me to my room. What I liked best about the room I stayed in was a counter for me to use as a workstation for my laptop and microphone. It was a much better layout for my work than a traditional desk. Mike, Ning and Jo all befriended me, giving me great suggestions for restaurants, activities and the best beach to go to. My first stay was only a few days but I liked it so much I booked again for another month. The location is central to everywhere I want to be and there is not a lot of noise on this street which allowed me to sleep very well. Speaking of a restful sleep I was quite impressed with the quality of mattresses they have. I am sure these were imported as the quality was best in the world. Pattaya Garden Apartments will be my go to place of serenity whenever I revisit Pattaya. Thank you to all the wonderful staff for making my stay superbly pleasant. My highest recommendation of 10 Stars Plus Plus!

Most comfortable beds in Asia.

Every time I have stayed here its been great. I highly recommend this hotel as they have the most comfortable beds I have slept on in Asia. The location for me is great as mid point from walking street and Jomtien beach. The 10 baht bus is located just outside making it easy to get around. Thanks to the staff of Pattaya Garden for an enjoyable stay.

Basic hotel in a quiet area

The hotel is situated in a quiet area away from the bars and clubs, but still close enough to be within a 25min stroll to walking street and the beaches. The staff at the 24hr service desk were very kind and helpful. They advertised a sports bar which was non existent and i wasn't able to purchase any drinks. The pool filter did not work and was consistently covered in a thick layer of mosquitos. We had no power for a day in our rooms, which meant no fridge, no aircon and no running water, which wasn't fun when I just wanted to relax. I was disappointed we were not compensated for this in anyway, considering the rooms were already over priced. All in all if you just want a basic place to sleep and a friendly smile at the service desk, than it's not too bad.

Simply the Best!

Mike and Ning who own the place take obvious pride in not only the quality of your rest but also the non intrusive but highly welcome aura that greets you from the moment you arrive and remains well after you have left. Everyone is a friend even the Night Manager/Security Guard whose contagious smile you cannot but help but adopt.

No guest is forgotten as we found when returning there after almost a year away only to be greeted by a huge smile and genuine welcome from both.

Great in that there are no coach loads of tourists swarming over the place but if ever you wonder what it is like at the UN, you need look no further. All are welcome, all are friendly.

Whilst food is not provided by Mike and Ning, you will be delighted with the arrangements in place to eat ranging from a full and excellent breakfast to very high dining at an almost unbelievably low cost.

My wife and I have travelled extensively through our lives but struggle to find anywhere that can compare as favourably as this.

Well done guys, see you next week!

The best beach only a 3 min scooter away, lots of restaurants close by, walking street in under 10 min by taxi

Good owner, very clean, well set up room.

The hotel was very welcoming, the owner was friendly but not intrusive.
Construction noise outside in the morning did get noticed a little.
My room was very well equipped and only one time (last full day) my room was not cleaned. Wifi was excellent in my room.

Location: just off the main Pattaya - Jomtien road so plenty of baht buses to catch but be warned this road is not easy to cross when busy. There is a 7-11 nearby. Motorbike parking ok outside the hotel.

There is no lift so be prepared for 5 flights of stairs if you are on the top floor. Also the small pool is a bit cold.

Overall I would stay again as it balances the need for a calmer vibe but close enough for party city if the mood takes me.

Stayed for 19 days and was very impressed.Just been refurbished with great clean rooms.Great location close to main road. Just 2 mins from centre of Pattaya one way or Jontiem the other way by mini bus ( less than 20pence ) Buses run every couple of minutes.All staff are brilliant.Mike and Telac the owners cant do enough to help and it felt like home.
I will certainly go back and the price is excellent considering the standard.
Really hot and muggy weather however the aircon system was the best I have had in Thailand.
Pool is small but ok to cool off in the hot afternoons with a cold beer.
Good cheap cafe,shop and laundrette next door.

Great New Place

One tip, take the Superior room it is almost twice the size or regular room and just a little bit more. The staff were excellent, I needed some ice and the girl downstairs went over to the corner store and bought me a bag of ice and gave it to me for free. Now that is service which aims to please and make you feel special. I will stay here again.

The host was good same for staff - But the room was too small for 2 people. (WHICH MEANS THE PRICE WAS OVER THE TOP) - Many cheaper hotels at the same or less cost a few 100m away. Bathroom was big (This was a PLUS) - Pool well??? not a pool as such - more like a big bath.

This was my second time to go to this hotel. The proprietors are excellent hosts . . . watching out and taking care of my needs. Very comfortable beds - high quality mattresses - the same I would expect in the most expensive hotels in this resort city. I will go back.

This was the perfect place for me...!

Pattaya can be noisy and gritty.. but this place set down just off the main road between Pattaya and Jontiem beaches was perfect for me. I wanted a easy to get to apartment-like place with great comfort. This hotel was just that. The bed... wonderful... soft and plush with a very nice comforter... high end hotel quality .. not the typical \"hard\" asian style bed. For my California body it was just what I needed. The pictures are accurate and check in/out was easy. No lift in the building but I did not mind the climb to my 4th floor mini'suite. Loved having a seperate seating area. Everything is newly refurbished.. lovely blue paint .... nice terrace with a view to an open field next door. I rented a motorbike but you could also take the 10bah bus into the city center or onto Jontiem's beautiful beaches with no problem anytime of day or night.

バリハイ桟橋、パタヤウォーターパーク(人少なくて良いとこでした)にアクセスしやすくてよかったです。オーナー？のおばちゃんもすごく親切で愛想の良い方でした。また通りの交通量も少なく、寝ているときに騒音に悩まされることもなくぐっすり眠れました。

施設は古いですが、日中、ラン島やパタヤビーチで遊びまくって、寝るためだけに宿に帰るタイプの方には超オススメです。大人2人子供1人で3000円しないって、、この円安時代にコスパ良すぎ。

Good service and location

We had a nice stay here and were warmly welcomed upon our arrival. The hotel is 20-30 mins walk from nearest beaches and there are some good restaurants around. The room was comfortable but very noisy as there were some kind of generators outside that made it difficult to sleep. On our last night a cockroach made its way into the bathroom due to humidity but it may be a good idea to put better protection over the windows as the current mosquito nets have big enough holes for nasty insects to get in.

スタッフは英語を話す人とタイ語のみの人がいます。
あと、ガーデンホテルという大きなホテルがパタヤビーチの方にあるので間違い注意です。
アーリーチェックインもしてくれて、お水も毎日二本つきます。
周りはレストランやマッサージが数件ですが、ソンテウでジョムティエンビーチの方に行けば全く問題ないです。

Die gastgeber waren ausserordentlich freundlich und hilfreich. Es ist ein schönes kleines hotel wenn man nicht unbedingt Strandnähe benötigt. Gut gelegen in richtung jomtien und pattaya. Vielleicht mehr mückengitter wären gut um besser geschützt zu sein. Preisleistung stimmt.
