The check-in staff were rude and unpleasant.
This premium room was shabby.
The double bed I requested with a firm mattress came as two singles pushed together, and a very soft mattress, very disappointed.
I slipped even taking care on the shower floor, no non slip tiling, they are like a sheet of ice.
The breakfast buffet was just ok, this place is listed as *5 but is more like a *3 in my opinion.
I won’t be booking here again

I wooing be staying here again.

We were late getting to the hotel the first night and were rudely awaken by some guests staying on our floor during the overnight. We spoke to the staff regarding thiis and they changed our room for the duration of our stay. We did not spend much time at the hotel due to our schedule, but the stay was nice. The buffet breakfast had many options but no do it yourself waffles or bacon to be seen. We did manage to enjoy a salad, fresh fruit and some delicious pastries. Rooftop pool looked nice but no time to try it out. We defintely got what we bargained for with the exception of the first night shenanigans.

Spa and Sauna section was getting renovated. It would have been great to use the message/spa/sauna service also as a part of our stay. The rooms are great and staff is very courteous. Food service at Salute, the restaurant is slow at times and the food takes time to come.

Good hotel !

Room was excellent, but lots of noise every evening when Chinese bus loads arrived and early in the morning when they left.
Fitness is nothing...for children !
Swimming pool is very nice...
Location is far away from everything if you walk...but you can easily take bath bus to Jomtien or Pattaya...

I enjoyed it.

I had superior room which was big enough for four people. Room was very nice and spacious. Bathroom has shower and tub which i really enjoyed. Breakfast buffet has great selections. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. I was satisfied.

Location horrible #1. the hotel staff was not that good or delightful. the room is old with dirt on the floor. the bathroom is junky, leaky shower head. too many China people crowding the breakfast area. food was lowsy. tried to charge 10 baht for a darn lost room key. no toilet paper. bottom line, location sucks and for the same money go stay somewhere else. did I mention the fact the room had ants? I went to a hotel in Bangkok by the airport after and wouldn't you know a freaking ant came out of my bag and crawled across the desk. F this place.

5 star room, 1 star staff and service.

Very nice room, great bathroom, horrible service and no in room wifi. Location was different from aggregator's web map...substantially different. It wasn't really near anything at all.

Not as good as expected

The hotel service and condition was not as expected for a four star hotel. Hotel employees constantly asked for tips. The hotel is located in an area that is not close to anywhere and hotel only offers one shuttle bus to go to and come back from the beach area.

Correct, mais chambre assez bruyante donnant sur la rue (dernier bâtiment du complexe), avec la lumière du balcon qui ne s’éteint, automatiquement, que tard dans la nuit… L’accueil n’est pas rapide (beaucoup de groupes de touristes indiens ou chinois à gérer par le personnel), et le personnel ne vous accorde que peu d’attention (en faisant trois choses à la fois, ou en discutant avec les collègues pendant votre enregistrement). Les 3 piscines sont plutôt bien, avec une préférence pour celle du 3ème bâtiment, même si elles sont très chlorées (lunettes de nage indispensables). Bon rapport qualité prix, dans l’ensemble, surtout après les tarifs élevés de la période des fêtes de fin d’année (attention, les lits sont ultra fermes pour les sensibles du dos !).

Personal immer mit einem Lächeln angetroffen. Das Frühstück hatte zwar wenig Auswahl, aber was geboten wurde, war lecker. Zusätzlich kann man auch von der Karte bestellen. Das gesamte Hotel war lupenrein und sauber. Und auch die Lage lädt zum erkunden ein.

Jeg har boet på dette hotel flere gange før. Første gang blev jeg overrasket over, at man skulle betale 1000 baht i depositum ved check-in – det kunne med fordel fremgå tydeligere. Denne gang var jeg dog forberedt på det.

Selve værelset levede desværre ikke op til forventningerne. Der var hår på toilettet, og badekarret var beskidt. Vi valgte dog ikke at klage, men gjorde selv rent. Tidligere ophold har ellers været fine på dette punkt.

Et andet problem var servicen omkring de daglige fornødenheder. Over halvdelen af dagene fik vi ikke sæbe, toiletpapir måtte vi ringe efter, og håndklæder var der heller ikke styr på. Nogle dage fik vi tre håndklæder, andre dage kun ét. Personalet var altid hjælpsomme og rettede hurtigt op, når vi gjorde opmærksom på manglerne, men der opstod et nyt problem næsten hver dag. Det betød, at vi enten måtte leve med det eller kontakte receptionen under hele opholdet.

Alt i alt er personalet flinke og imødekommende, men serviceniveauet og rengøringen bør forbedres for at matche hotellets standard.

I don't know why this Hotel is sold as a five star hotel on the hotels.com platform.
The room was quick big and clean. The hotel itself needs some attention and maintenance. Hotel employees were helpful and friendly.
The breakfast had varietys of Thai and Indian food.
It came to my attention that they had a lot of short term guests and especially in the restaurant room it was quite a huge noise in the morning.
The hotel is not in one of the center of the city but good connected by taxi or even pick up taxi Pattaya-Jomtien.

Gut mit kleinen Abstrichen

Das Hotel an sich ist sichtbar in die Jahre gekommen, hat uns aber trotzdem gut gefallen, da es seinen eigenen Charme hat. Schöne, aber etwas abgewirtschaftete Poollandschaft, bei der self-Service angesagt ist, das Personal traut sich selten in den 8. Stock. Sonst gut, Zimmer nach außen zur Straße sehr gut schallisoliert, hausintern leider nicht so und eher hellhörig. Durch die sehr internationalen Gäste - die wir grundsätzlich gerne mögen, die aber auch nachts gerne laut durchs Haus poltern, ist der Nachtschlaf schon mal unterbrochen. Trotzdem gerne wieder, der Service-Desk ist super-freundlich und super hilfsbereit - 5 Sterne Plus!

Selve hotelværelserne var fine nok. Dog var det værelse jeg havde bestilt med ocean view og det kostede også lidt mere, men de havde ikke et alligevel, så fik et med city view i stedet for som var lidt billigere.

Udover det var det fint nok.
