Hotel is fire-damaged. The place stinks of smoke. The restaurant no longer exists so there's no breakfast (burnt down). The internet didn't work for a whole day. One whole wing of the hotel is closed.

Aircon was minimal. No English programmes on the TV to compensate for the lack of Wi-Fi. i had to spend much of the time outside where there was Wi-Fi in cafes and so on.

No warning given or rebate offered.

i advise not booking here for the foreseeable future.

Good: Nice forum and over all feel of the hotel. Friendly staff and a nice little bar. Large rooms. Excellent central location.

Bad: Overall repair level requires an investment. eg. broken doors and hinges. Old key system. Beds are VERY uncomfortable. They need to invest into new pillow top mattresses. Rooms are sparse.

If I need to go to Ceuta again, wont be at this hotel.
I have been in this hotel before, and honestly I dont know what happened.
There are lots of things to improve:

-The water pressure is really low.
-The water temperature was not enough hot (Almost cold).
-We asked for an extra pillow, because the pillows are really thin, and they told us... We dont have more pillows.. awesome... (what if I have a problem with my actual pillow?.. )
-The Ac was not working and was really hot inside the bedroom.

Good choice for a clean, safe, updated hotel

Good choice located on main shopping street for this walkable city. Staff was very helpful. Garage parking worth the price as its right under the hotel. Buffet breakfast nice and only 9 euro, not 12 as listed. All locals and street signs know this as the Tryp hotel, so keep that in mind. AC didnt work the 1st night but ok for the 2nd. Safe and Very clean throughout. Although we asked for a room facing the street for the view, the noise from people on the street wasnt worth it so we changed to a rear room which they said had twin beds, but they were together so it was like having a King Size bed. It was great to see hotel management so involved and present.

Overall it was a nice hotel, my only complaint is the air conditioning was not enough to keep up with cooling the whole room. I woke up several times to take a cold shower to cool off. Next time I go, I hope it isn't so hot

Great location in Ceuta. Convenient and nice hotel. However, the service is not that great and don't believe the pictures of the rooms they definetly not look that great. Also, parking is not valet as stated here, but you park the car and bring your luggage up yourself in a very small underground parking and very tiny elevator.

The rooms were very clean, and the beds comfortable. We ordered room service and were very please with the food and the service.

Standard hotel, convenient location

TRYP Ceuta is to me a standard hotel, conveniently located. Noise from the street below can be a bit loud. Service is fine, though I was annoyed when I waited 5 minutes at the front desk to pose a question, someone else arrived after I did, and the front desk personnel then assisted them even though it was obvious I was next in the queue (I complained and was issued an apology). Note that hotel apparently has parking, but there is nothing noted in the confirmation email from hotels.com that states this. Very frustrating to drive around for a half hour looking for parking, only to find out that the hotel could have accommodated me. I'm not convinced that I'll return to this hotel in the future.

Hotel is in good spot and great as an overnight before the ferry. Breakfast not included. WIFI was good but it only lasted 60 minutes and then you had to ask for a new password at the desk. Carpet a little thin and the hallway had a tarp on it my entire stay, no sign or anything. TV had a couple of English channels.

Increíble que un hotel de 4 estrellas no tenga aire acondicionado en Ceuta, cuando he pasado tres noches sin poder prácticamente dormir por el calor.

El chorro del agua de la ducha es ridículo

Por último, el primer día como suelo viajar bastante , suelo coger los hoteles con desayuno incluido y en este caso por un error no fue reservado en esta modalidad
El primer día por la mañana me presento en el desayuno y me indican que no tengo ese servicio incluido y como me había tomado un café, me cobraron el desayuno entero. Es decir, me tome un café que me costó 10 €

El día que me iba les comente el suceso esperando que después de tenerme tres noches asfixiado, me condonaran el desayuno que fue solo un café y me lo cobraron igual

Le Check in le plus long de ma vie! Le personnel à la réception rempli manuellement les informations concernant le client pendant que vous êtes debout à attendre ce qui engendre un retard monstre ! Il est plus facil de copier la pièce d’identité et de remplir votre système quand le client a récupéré sa clef

La limpieza y mantenimiento de las habitaciones podria ser mucho mejor,no tenia peine ni cepillo de dientes,tampoco jaboncillos. Para lo que cuesta la noche no ofrece la comodidad que nesecita un viajero, yo estuve trabajando de gobernanta en Canarias y en ese hotel faltan muchos detalles que el cliente agradecería muchísimo. Hotel con un emplazamiento inmejorable y tranquilo

La habitacion es un poco pequeña y la vista es interior lo que hace que sea silenciosa y tranquila. Muy negativo ya que escogì el Hotel por que tenia piscina y la sorpresa fue que me dijeron que no funcionaba. Me he sentido estafado por este motivo. Incluso he pensado en poner una reclamacion por publicudad engañosa.
Luego me parece excesivo los 12 e dia que cobran por el parking.
En plan positivo lo demas, la limpieza y empleados bien y el emplazamiento es inmejorable.
La falta de piscina en pleno verano nos ha molestado mucho y dolido ya que habia otros hoteles con piscina

Bien en líneas generales.

Imposible aparcar en las proximidades por las obras, a no ser que sea en el parking público, claro.
El hotel está bien, aunque ha decaido un poco con los años.
Cama muy cómoda pero almohadas súper finas.
El personal, amable y correcto.
Desayuno, pobre por el precio pagado.

**** is het niet meer waard!

Afgelopen 16 augustus heb ik zoals ieder jaar overnacht in het hotel. Het is voor mij een standaard routine om ieder jaar te verblijven in het hotel in ceuta. Na dit jaar zal ik niet meer gaan om de volgende redenen. Kamer is niet schoon, tapijt vol met vlekken en de bedden waren niet opgemaakt. Daarnaast ben ik mijn JBL speaker daar vergeten en volgende ochtend gebeld, 5 a 6 keer gebeld niemand neemt
Op! Vervolgens weer gebeld en gemaild nam de receptioniste op en vervolgens hee kortaf en bot aan de lijn gehad. Ik gaf aan mijn speakers vergeten te zijn waarop zij mij heeft doorverbonden. Na weer te hebben gebeld omdat er is opgehangen in mijn oor geven ze aan dat mijn speaker daar helemaal niet lag terwijl ik het daar heb vergeten!! Het personeel die de kamers verschoont hebben mijn speakers gejat en doen alsof ze niks hebben gevonden!! Hotel is echt achteruit gegaan. Ik ga al ongeveer 7 jaar maar het hotel is super achter uit gegaan.

Je me suis fait arnaquer d'une façon scandaleuse !

nous sommes arrivés vers 12h. Accueil glacial et surtout, lors de la réservation, la chambre était pour 3 personnes, or au bureau de la réception, il nous a été répondu que non, la chambre était uniquement pour 2 !!!!!!!!! Il fallait ajouter 55euros, pour la 3ème personne, nous avons refusé et sommes donc repartis. Nous étions en vacances, nous n'avons pas pu faire l'annulation car pas assez de temps pour la faire, et pas d'informatique sous la main!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. J'ai donc perdu les 85 Euros que j'avais payés, et dû ENCORE payer ailleurs pour nous loger. C'est scandaleux, et c'est FINI, je ne passerai plus par HOTEL.COM.... .

部屋に入ると入口にセーフティボックスがあり、ティッシュのようなもので扉を固定しているので、外して使おうとしたら、ロックがかかり使用できない状態に。部屋に説明書もないので、スタッフにきてもらい解除。かなり複雑な方法で、説明ないと使用できない。次にSPAありだったので宿泊したが、なんの案内、説明書もないので、フロントでたづねると日曜日でしていないとの対応。HPと違うというと、別経営だから仕方がないという。SPAがあってのこの価格と思い予約したのに期待はずれ。部屋も高級感を漂わせているが、チープな感じがして、好感度は持てない。立地はとても便利なところにあるが、残念。日本でいうと都市型ビジネスホテルと割り切れば、納得だが、価格はリゾート地なので倍以上の感覚。シウテはとてもいいところだが、SPAが使えないこの設定は、コスパー全くナス。

Completamente lleno y no estaba previsto. A pesar del intento del servicio de recepción, mucho tiempo de espera. La grifería sonaba mucho, el wifi no funcionaba bien y sorprendentemente la luz del cuarto de baño estaba detrás de una puerta, en el pasillo. Dentro de la habitación había varias luces fundidas.

I never experience such dirtiness in a hotel. The room was smelling horrible.the carpet is a disaster :dirty u can not go without slippers. This is room 232 please avoid. The room was very tiny very different from the ones in the pictures .
We asked for room change but the hotel staff told us that all normal rooms are full and if we want to change we have to add a additional fee!!!! No way with this hotel !!!!!
Other thing they charge u in advance for the whole stay!!! I have never seen that before !!!!

Très banal, si le garçon du restaurant était gentil et essaya de rendre notre passage agréable les moyens lui manquer sans l'avouer.(pain rechauffé)...Le restaurant était vide, ambiance sinistre.Les lits et traversins de qualité médiocre pas de traversins complémentaires dans les chambres pour pallier l'insuffisance de ceux installés sur les lits. Minibar non provisionné,lumière insuffisante....
