The hotel is very well located in the center of calle Real shopping Street.

However, we had to ask for bath towels as they were not in the room when we arrived. Also, there was no shower soap nor shampoo; so, we used the hand soap for showering; and we had to buy our own shampoo. The heating system was listed among the room amenities; but the heating system did NOT work at all while we were there in January. It was cold. For the price they charge, they could at least provide heating, shampoo, and shower soap.

Booked ourselves a Superior Suite at close to 140€ for a 2 day Christmas getaway. While Ceuta by itself was well decorated, and the location of the hotel was dead centre - we were taken aback by the condescending attitude at the reception. Our room.was double the price of the standard room, and yet the Receptionist told us that the restaurant was fully booked - there would be no space for us on Christmas day.

This hotel was the perfect place for our family of 4. The family room included bunk-beds, and a terrace overlooking the port and Gibraltar. It was very quiet, considering it's location in the center of the shopping and dining scene in Ceuta. Everything we needed was provided and the staff was very friendly. I can also recommend the restaurant, Itaca, for a delicious meal and great wine selection. We'll certainly stay here again!

Amazing location in Ceuta. Very clean and the staff were great. My only complaints are… The air conditioning is not that great and it is Africa so you need that. I also did not like that staff turned off the AC when I went out on the town during the hot part of the day. You need to use your room card (or any card) to keep the power on in the room. They popped that out…. Also my room was a bit “worn out” the floors had some major wear spots. I really enjoyed the location, being right in the middle of the shopping street with lots of food options.

Good hotel, spacious room, well equipped, clean. On the main pedestrian street, though a bit of a hike from the port, some 20min walk.
Not sure about the 4 stars, but very solid 3 stars sure. Reception a bit chaotic, first they told me the room not available and I need to wait until afternoon, only to come in 5min to say that the room is available - I'd expect them to have a better grip.
Overall a good place to stay and based on my 1-night stay I wouldn't have a problem coming again.

Hotel is great, the front desk staff really do seem to care and want to help travelers. Couple cafes next to hotel, more very close by. Bed was comfortable - especially for Spain. Hotel front desk is 20 min walk from the port.

Great location on the beautiful pedestrian shopping street. Staff was polite and efficient. Room was spacious, clean, and quiet. Note that only a few upper-floor rooms have any real view, as most are blocked by nearby apartments. Swimming pool is closed for the winter.

Nice hotel in a great location

I liked this hotel. It has a great location on the main street (mostly pedestrianised) through the town. The public areas are finished with tiles and marble and have a lot of character. The bar was busy when I was there. My room and bathroom had been refurbished and were modern, stylish and comfortable.

Parents were allowed to play football with their NOISY, obnoxious, badly-behaved young children in the lobby and the only bar area which was opened that late afternoon/early evening. It was so bad we were forced to leave the hotel to have our drinks.

Loved hotel but felt judged by staff though as the place is frequented with off duty police all day maybe it is to be expected. Hotel parking is great value ling stay but use car park payment for daily use. Breakfast was charged extra. Pool and breakfast room look amazing for summer.

Alba at reception was excellent and it helped that she spoke English. Hamza at the breakfast was great he even remembered me from almost 2 years ago when I stayed the hotel.
Overall my stay was excellent only real disappointment is my room face a resident area and I could hear a lot of noise from the school children.
Thank you to the staff and the restaurant especially the gentleman Origin from Morocco as he spoke French and was able to help me eat a wonderful fish dinner and help me to get around.

Terrible. The room was the most depressing I'd seen in all my European travels over a 5 month period. It was dark and somber and the window looked into another building a few metres away. There's no way I could have stayed there when it's possible to have a room with a lovely view of the sea on this peninsula enclave.

Nice, centrally located hotel, friendly service, especially at the Reception Desk. The shower drain was clogged, but the staff fixed the problem promptly. The only complaint I had was the wifi was extremely weak and would often go off.

Great place in the heart of Ceuta

Arrived on a Friday for a 3 day weekend. Hotel has good location downtown. Parking could be a little closer. Bathroom needs to be a little bigger. Great pillows. Hotel bar downstairs is great and the booze flows freely.

Great spot to stay in Ceuta. Clean and comfy beds - try to request an ocean view - drinks on the balcony are a welcome treat. Wifi works well throughout the hotel (including rooms). Stayed here a couple of times now and being on the main pedestrian street (Paseo del Revellin) it is super close to multiple bars and restaurants as well as various high street stores. Ribera Beach is also a short walk and worth a visit. See you soon Ulises!

Hard to find - no parking - but decent place.

Old part of town, with narrow and 1-way streets. Hard to get to. It does not have parking, as stated. There is a 12 euro/day parking garage a few hundred yards away at the square, and you get a 5 euro discount through the hotel. But the hotel is decent and clean. We got room 402 with two twin beds. :(
It overlooks a main street with plaza on the other side, and can be a bit noisy - but not too awfully late.
Free breakfast was pretty good for American tastes - with fried eggs.
Staff was very nice. Only one english channel on TV. Shower was nice, but unusual - takes time to figure out the 3 settings. Finally - for some reason, the GPS in our new car wouldn't work in Ceuta.

Was average at best. Receptionist had no English. Restaurant/Cafe was not great, no English on any menu, cafe staff were however very friendly.No air conditioning in the bedroom so it was difficult to sleep with the extreme heat. Continental breakfast was average. Would i go back? Doubtful.

Tenía reservada dos habitaciones, una de las habitaciones estaba sucia con pelos secos por todas partes incluso en el secador y los objetos de la ahí muy deteriorados hasta óxido.
En la otra habitación no pusieron las toallas y se tuvo que avisar para que las trajeran tardando más de media hora..hotel nefasto no es digno de las estrellas que tiene.

Había estado dos veces anteriormente y de fábula, pero está vez ha dejado mucho que desear. La cama estaba bien, pero no arreglaban la habitación hasta cerca de las 7 de la tarde, con el inconveniente de no poder arreglarte para la feria.
Se encontraron cucarachas en la habitación. Hice una hoja de reclamación pero supongo que no contestarán (no sellaron la hoja)

Duerme con cucarachas plácidamente

Horrible. Dos días sin hacer la habitación, aún avisando a recepción por la tarde que no estaba hecha. Solicité cuna para mi bebé y nadie sabía nada, me encontré tirada. Aire acondicionado de la época de la prehistoria. CUCARACHAS en la habitación. Zonas comunes sin aire acondicionado. Ascensores antiguos sin mantenimiento, muy pequeños para subir con carro de bebé y maleta: o dejaba a mi bebé sola o dejaba la maleta. Misión imposible bajar en ellos sin esperar menos de 5 minutos. Ante las quejas, los de recepción no sabían ni dónde estaban las hojas de reclamaciones. 0 resolutivos. Todo lo que decían es que estaban llenos y había mucha gente. Ya, pues haberlo pensado y haber contratado extras, o gente un mínimo competente. No volveré y pienso solicitar una compensación por el desastre vivido. No hemos podido dormir con las cucarachas por la cuna de mi bebé. Vergonzoso. Le sobran 3

Une suite pour 3 nuits et pas de wifi, pas de télévision ni de téléphone interne malgré réclamation répétée.
Impossible de communiquer avec le personnel autrement qu’en espagnol ou en marocain ( darija). Ni en français ni en anglais.
Une nuit blanche à cause du bruit infernal jusqu’à 1/2 h du matin, et rebelote dès 7h du matin.
Grosse déception …
Nous ne reviendrons pas.

Regular , mobiliario bastante estropeado , sofá.. cuna …personal poco receptivo a ayudar ante la pérdida de objetos personales en la habitación , tras varias llamadas el hotel para comentar lo ocurrido no aparecen los objetos ni ponen interés .Desayuno regular mal , toda la fruta podrida.Personal de buffer amable y servicial.

Très bien. Très confortable. Vue sympa sur la ville (j'étais au 6è). Hôtel facile à trouver (paneaux de signalisation sur la route l'indiquant). Seul bémol, j'avais choisi cet hôtel spécifique parce que le site indiquait des machines à laver disponibles, ce qui était un critère indispensable pour moi à cette étape. Arrivé sur place, ce service est inexistant et n'a jamais existé...
