Staff attentive, but there is opportunity for more staff to ‘support’ guests, for example, take coffee orders at breakfast so guests are not queuing for the barista, or provide a service to guests when they are on the beach for drinks etc.

Beautiful resort. We were amazed by how quiet and peaceful it was, even though it was half term. The private beach was stunning as was the pool area. The food was lovely and an easy walk into San Teodoro. We will definitely come back.

The resort was absolutely beautiful. Modern rooms, short walk to the pool and beach. Rooms were cleaned daily, free paddle boarding, use of kayaks on the beach. We had a very lovely relaxing time. Lots of lovely beaches around to explore.

Breakfast buffet amazing, lots to choose from.

Would be nice to have a kettle with tea/coffee in the room.

Bar food menu needs improvement.

We will be coming back for sure.

The room is clean and modern. The hotel beach is great and has space for many people at the same time. Staff ia helpful and with good english. Breakfast as an ok offer. I would recommend serving coffee in the tables since the queue to the coffee machine gets pretty busy quickly.

The private beach and overall beachfront area was very accessible and had great facilities. The staff at reception was incredibly helpful and friendly. The rooms were modern, clean and big, so overall was great value for money. The only downside was that breakfast got chaotic when arriving past 9:00 but wasn’t too bothersome as we just got up a little earlier.

It was a great property. The staff were extremely helpful and polite. The grounds were kept very nice. The only upgrade I could suggest is that they clean the beach more thoroughly from seaweed and rocks. But other than that, I highly recommend this property.

Good but small things let it down.

We had a really good stay but a couple of things tarnished our holiday. The check in was terrible. Being told we needed to pay, when we had already paid through Hotels.com. Reception wanted to keep our passports with no explanation. Wasn’t given any information about the hotel, meal times etc.

The room was nice, but the A/C would only stay on for 10 minutes at a time.

No place to get drinking water and no bottles of water provided.

Room was clean, but there was no top up of any of the toiletries for a five night stay.

We went out on a half day boat trip. This was good, for the price, but oversold by the rep.

Apart from that we enjoyed our stay and it was nice that the hotel was quiet. I think some of the issues are because it is low season and staff just getting ready for the high season. If this place was fully booked out mind, then I feel it would have been chaotic and very busy with a lot of room units in close proximity.

Beautiful location with private beach and lovely gardens. Rooms were clean and had everything we needed.
Short walk into the town where there are restaurants and shops.
You can arrange boat trips from the hotel that picks you up in the morning from the hotels own jetty.
We also enjoyed playing Padel and courts had a lovely view of the sea. You could also use paddle boards, kayaks and they had free exercise and yoga sessions outside.
Walking distance to la cinta beach but you’d need a car if you wanted to explore further.
We didn’t want to leave!

Fin privat strand och även pool området var fint och välskött.
Maten var ingen höjdare, dom borde lägga mer focus på det.
Utsikten från både bar och restaurang är fantastiskt.
Skulle man dessutom få vällagad bra mat så är det fem stjärnor!

Det første værelse vi fik, havde kun en dør mellem vores værelse og det næste værelse. Vi kunne høre naboen tisse. Jeg klagede og så fik vi et meget bedre værelse - det var super og ikke noget at sætte en finger på. Maden på hotellet er under al kritik. Morgenmaden er kedelig og råvarer som ikke er af god kvalitet. Deres frokost i pool caféen ligner og smager som mikrobølgevarmet mad. Salaten serveret i en papkasse og clubsandwich der ligner den har ligget meget lang tid. Den kan ikke lave pomfritter eller lignende så tænker det er færdiglavet mad det varmes i en mikrobølgeovn. Poolområdet og strandområde er super fint. Poolsengene er ikke super behagelige, men de var okay. Alt i alt synes vi at det er langt fra den slags 4-stjernede hoteller vi forventer, men mest pga. maden som simpelthen bare har været ringe. Det eneste gode ved maden er pizzaen man kan bestille til aftensmad.

Fint hotell men fantastisk utsikt. Det här hotellet har allt, beach, pool, beachbar, vattenaktiviteter, restaurang men framförallt, ett kök var man själv kan koka mat till barnen. Där grunna färdigt en hög med olika pasta, köttsås, tomatsås, olika mjölkar osv. Helt perfekt för en barnfamilj på resa!

Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage mit Blick auf das Meer. Frühstück war sehr gut, bis auf den Kaffeeautomat, dort musste man für seinen Kaffee lange anstehen.

Ein wirklich tolles Hotel! Wunderschön direkt am Strand gelegen, mit eigenen Liegen und extra Handtüchern. Sehr freundliches Personal, saubere Zimmer und ein reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Die Innenstadt von San Teodoro ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Kinder- und Abendprogramm sowie Kajaks und SUPs zum ausleihen ebenfalls vorhanden.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön. Die Zimmer top modern.
Leider ist das Service Personal überfordert und unmotiviert. Viel Personal und keiner weiss was zu machen ist.
Zudem merkten wir, dass das Saisonende in zwei Wochen ansteht. Die Beach Bar, das Spa sowie die Boutique wurde bereits geschlossen. Bei diesen Preisen und den vier Sternen darf sowas nicht sein.

Anlage ist sehr schön angelegt, Pool und Strand allerdings nicht so einladend. Da lohnt sich lieber in einer der umliegenden Buchten zu fahren.
Frühstück ok, schöner Blick aufs Meer. Restaurant und Touristisches Dörfchen gut per Fuß zu erreichen.

Schöne und gepflegte Anlage mit Garten und Bungalows im guten Zustand. Zimmerservice war sehr aufmerksam und hat täglich geputzt und gewischt.
Personal an der Rezeption war weniger freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie halfen nicht bei alternativen Parkmöglichkeiten, da der Hotelparkplatz bereits sehr voll war. Beim Check Out wollten sie uns eine Rechnung von 60€ für alkoholische Getränke von der Bar geben, die wir jedoch nie konsumiert haben.
Frühstück war okay. Wenn man etwas später gekommen ist, waren oft einige Sachen bereits leer.

Hotellet ligger bra till. Lugnt och skönt med en kort promenad till byn San Teodoro när det finns många restauranger och barer. Flera gympapass om dagen så det finns något för alla. Tjejen som höll i alla pass var helt underbar. Hon tog väl hand om alla❤️. Personalen för övrigt är si och så. De vill ge sin informator men har svårt att lyssna om man behöver någon annan lösning. Det finns några guldkorn så man lär dig vilken man ska prata med. Vi åt den fantastiska lunchen nästan varje dag men gick ut på kvällarna.
Tyvärr lite hårda sängar skulle bara behövas en bäddmadrass så skulle det bli bra.
Bra hotel som kan bli super.

Gut für eine Nacht vor dem Abflug von Olbia

Schön renovierte Anlage mit überwiegend italienischen Gästen, sehr freundliches Personal. Einziges Manko ist leider der nicht ganz saubere Strand, der stellenweise streng gerochen hat.

Tolles Ambiente, enttäuschender Umgang mit Gästen

Das Amasea Resort in San Teodoro ist eine sehr schöne, gepflegte und saubere Anlage. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und lädt zum Entspannen ein, auch die Zimmer waren in Ordnung und insgesamt war ich mit dem Aufenthalt zufrieden.

Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, aber eher schlicht und mit begrenzter Auswahl, besonders für Vegetarier. Was mich gestört hat: Der Käse wurde an derselben Maschine geschnitten wie der Schinken, was für Gäste mit bestimmten Ernährungsgewohnheiten einfach unpassend ist. Insgesamt hätte das Frühstück liebevoller und abwechslungsreicher gestaltet sein können.

Ein echter Minuspunkt war der Umgang mit Gästen, die wie ich über Hotels.com gebucht hatten. Man hatte häufig das Gefühl, nur Gast zweiter Klasse zu sein. Im Restaurant waren fast alle Tische drinnen und draußen für Gäste reserviert, die über den Reiseveranstalter Veraclub gebucht hatten. Uns wurde mehrfach gesagt, wo wir nicht sitzen dürfen, teilweise auf ziemlich unhöfliche Art. Die Auswahl an freien Tischen war dann so klein, dass man sich wirklich fehl am Platz gefühlt hat.

Ob ich wiederkommen würde, weiß ich ehrlich gesagt nicht. Die Anlage an sich ist sehr schön, aber der Umgang mit manchen Gästen hat den Gesamteindruck leider getrübt.

Prima maar voor ons geen herhaling

Heel druk resort met continue muziek en entertainment. Wij verbleven er 3 nachten. Personeel van animatie is heel vriendelijk, restaurant personeel enorm chagrijnig. Ontbijt hele drukkige sfeer met ‘gereserveerde’ buiten tafels. Wij zijn echter gewoon gaan zitten buiten aangezien die tafels leeg bleven. We hebben geen gebruik gemaakt van avondeten daar. Resort is gericht op gezinnen. Kamers zijn netjes en schoon, bed is wel erg hard.
