Room was cleaned but needed some TLC. I think most are from the poor construction from the get go - ie. no fan in bathroom so steam is causing water damage to the vanity feet and trims around shower. Easy to park.

Looks better on outside. Check in was by text. They gave you a code to unlock the door. I had to call the number on the lobby door because they didn't text me the info. Towel rack was falling off the wall; not anchored properly ( see pic). Some workers from adjacent chicken restaurant sat on the bench outside our room and were talking and laughing loudly ( not so much a problem because it was still afternoon and we weren't trying to sleep), still slightly annoying. Room was very small. Otherwise ok. Not much in the area in the way of motels so glad we had place to stay.

This was a good place to stay overnight. Not fancy by any means. There was no staff, just a text providing room assignment and code for the door. Unusual method but effective and great for early arrival. Room was clean. Bed was very comfy.

I’m shocked at the rating on Expedia for this hotel. Yes it is one of the lower priced options but there is literally zero staff on site when you text the number with any issue you get an after hours message and they never respond.

To start the room was extremely dirty specifically the floors. My son’s feet were black in minutes. I had to take hot towels and wash down the floor. Linens looked to be clean. But the walls and floors were extremely dirty.

The second issue was a security issue. They text you a four digit code to get into the room with no staff on site there no secondary lock like a chain or any lock at all not controlled by the four digit code. This is problematic and unsafe especially for solo travelers or travelers with young children.

Considering they clearly had not been mopping the floors and no staff was on site I was concerned if the door lock was being manually reprogrammed between each guest. No one was available to help with my concerns and no one ever reached out to me the next day with my concerns. It’s been a week and no one has ever responded.

Excellent and cost effective jumping off point for visiting Zion NP. Short drive to the park makes it easy to beat the crowds. Small but functional rooms. Thin walls, you have to hope for quiet neighbors. Adequate dining / food nearby.

The property was very nice and felt safe with a gas station just across the street and a restaurant. There were hikes nearby and easy drives to Zion park entrance and the city Kanab. It was much more peaceful than Springdale! I would definitely stay again!

Bed was very comfortable, glad there was a bedside table and lamp on both sides, shower pressure was good and hot, coffee and small drip coffee maker was a nice touch. Two chairs provided were very uncomfortable and the “dresser” was comical. The place was very clean, though and they did a nice job of updating a motel that has been there for quite some time.

Room was quaint. It's a no frills motel. Check in was seamless with the room code sent by text. Close to restaurants, gas and tourist shopping. Location is close to both parks. It was nice to have a place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of Springdale. It added to the nature experience.
We like the small town experience around the area. Plenty of parking. Parked in front of room. The only two down falls is the office wasn't open when we were around. Needed ice for cold pack and gas station was closed. Also, there wasn't a supply of toilet paper in the room. The ONLY role was on the dispenser. That doesn't work for four days with two women.

Room was comfortable and clean. They have limited hours that the lobby is staffed, but provided clear check-in instructions on my arrival day via a text message. The motel is in a remote area with limited food options. Nearest town about 15 miles away. However, our stay was nice and we felt welcomed.

Most comfortable bed EVER!

The property had excellent communication with us regarding our stay. We were a late check in, and all the instructions were provided to us so check in was easy. But of all the traveling I have done in my life which is A LOT, the bed in our room was the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept on! Being a roadside motel, my expectations weren't too high but this property was fantastic- updated, clean, and comfortable and absolutely exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend staying here.

The room was disgusting. Dirt in one of the beds, mold in shower and on bottom of shower curtain, spider webs in corners of room, see through door, one wash cloth, no hand towels, etc. There was nothing pleasant about this place. Worst place we've stayed so far on out western adventure. Would not recommend especially for the price. Highway robbery. Take it off your places to stay.

Too expensive for what you get

Yellowish towels, windows shut but cannot be locked, had a hard time checking in (given wrong door number), check out is 10am but cleaners were opening up our door at 9:15am without even knocking.
