We were so happy with our hotel choice. Every space was spotless and we could see people constantly taking care of everything. Fun activities for all ages were available at all times (so useful to entertain our 2 year old!) and both the pool and the beach were *chef's kiss*. 10/10 would recommend!

The hotel was as pictured, very elegant the lobby, the staff very friendly, considering the language barrier, we were lucky the girl spoke Spanish . Room clean comfortable and a very goos view od the area and the beach as advertised. The Jurerê area wis beautiful and we had direct access to the beach, one of the reasons I picked this hotel. Breakfast was very good, the variety was good, loved the breads cheese and I am sucker for hard boiled eggs... Coffee was not good but there was a very food coffee shop, called the coffee a couple of blocks from the hotel.

The reception desk wasn’t so welcoming at checking in,checking out or any other service we requested, they really didn’t explain about the areas around the hotel location for activities or meals,the other staff was polite and friendly with a better attitude letting us know the location in the hotel area.The jacuzzi outside was the worse I have seen, it was so dirty I couldn’t go in
The bathroom and kitchen in our apartment it was clean and organized but the door and baseboards was very dusty

\"The location is fantastic, offering easy access to the beach, and the staff are generally very kind and helpful. For families, the kids' entertainment is a big plus, ensuring that younger guests have plenty to do.

However, if you plan to stay for more than 5 or 6 days, I would advise against the half pension option, which includes dinner. The menu tends to repeat every night, and the dessert selection leaves much to be desired. It would be great to see more variety and better quality in the dining options.

Overall, the experience was enjoyable, but dining could use some improvement.\"

We stayed at the Hotel for 10 nights. Unfortunately, we couldn't sleep. The mattress was so hard that it felt like sleeping on wood.The apartment was also very old with damaged doors and lots of insects.I went to the hotel and talked about the insects and they didn't do anything.It was not a good experience.

The front desk staff was always very friendly and attentive. However, the service staff was again friendly but very slow and often provided incorrect drink and food orders.

Caroline and Kadu favored the children and when adults wanted to play pool or ping pong didn’t regard the fact they were playing and let kids come and grab balls during pool or take up the tables majority of the day. Obviously this lies on the parents too but rarely did I see any of them around.

My mom actually stayed at this hotel and she loved it! Room views seem to be all facing the ocean even if partially; so you can sleep at the sound of the waves! Jacuzzi was nice, room very clean and modern. Staff was friendly to my mom and she loved her stay overall! Thank you Team!

I enjoyed my time at this hotel. It is in a nice neighborhood and has nice beaches.
There is a cool Portuguese fort, that was built in the 1700s that is ~2km away.
This resort would be a great place for families to visit and enjoy the beach and the swimming pool.

Not as good as was expected. We were put in a room with bad smells, mildew on the curtains and old furniture. There was also the presence of workers below taking away the daily peace. We then asked for a change of room and eventually were placed in a better updated room.
They want to tag everyone with a pathetic paper arm band that comes off as soon as you clean your hands. The reception admitted there were problems with the sewage system, hence the smell.
On the final day the good coffee machine was taken away for another group and we were left with old thermo flasks. The photos explain all, but I would never recommend this place until they get their act together.

Great experience!

We arrived in the morning & they had a room ready for us, so we got to start our vacation early. The location was amazing! The front desk people were very helpful (they usually had someone that could speak some english). The pool area was beautiful but the water was too cold for us. The beach of course was awesome, along with the services that were provided. We had a great stay!

Not Worth it

The hotel is old and most of the staff were not helpful. The elevator was broken most of the time. After certain hours, room service only had one or two items on the menu available and it was expensive and very greasy. It was quite expensive considering it was off season.

Great Stay!

My husband and i decided to do a 4 day trip to Florianopolis from SP to visit the south beaches. It was beautiful. The beaches were empty, and it was quiet and relaxing, The hotel had an amazing breakfast, crossiants, meats, cheeses, yogurts, juices, fruits, linguisa, meats, eggs, everything was hot and fresh, and the hotel staff were more than willing to help accomadate every need. Many people at the hotel did not speak english, and my husband is Brazilian, but they went out of their way to help understand me and direct me when I was alone. This was not a 5 star hotel by any means, but it was the best spot for a hotel on the beach. The service at the beach from the hotel is outstanding, and the food is actually good, try the Calamari. You can even walk down the beach to a restaurant for dinner, or into the small town. There is an amazing restaurant in town is is very close to the grocery store and across the street from the pharmacy, it had amazing tasting food, the beans and rice were right on, portions were large, and affordable, but i cannot remember the name. It was not one of the cafe restaurants,I hope you readers find it!

Great hotel for families and/or couples

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Very good service on the beach, providing chairs, umbrellas and drinks as needed (put on our tab). Although our checkout was early (11am) the hotel was very helpful and lett us keep our luggage at the hotel, use the pool/beach access and then let us use the showers afterwards before we left to go to the airport to return to the US. We would love to stay their again!

A estrutura do hotel é muito boa. Nossas filhas curtiram muito as duas piscinas. O ponto positivo é a praia. Muito linda, limpa, segura e com toda estrutura fornecida pelo hotel. O ponto negativo foi que o nosso quarto estava com um pouco de cheiro de mofo. A equipe do hotel, especialmente os funcionários da recepção foram muito prestativos e solicitos, no entanto, alguns funcionários do hotel não sabiam passar algumas informações básicas, como, por exemplo, onde pegar toalhas de praia.

A localização do hotel é muito boa, café da manhã era bom.
A acomodação tinha diversos problemas simples de serem resolvidos como vaso sanitário constantemente entupido, pressão da água com problema, o que era consumido dentro do hotel muito caro (principalmente bebidas), estacionamento não incluso, pessoas fumando dentro do quarto com fumaça invadindo o nosso apartamento seja através do ar condicionado central, ou por entre a fresta das janelas.
A camareira sempre prestativa, mas a limpeza do quarto deixava um tanto a desejar.

Infelizmente nossa estadia não foi das melhores, dada a quantidade de problemas enfrentados, que definitivamente não nos trouxeram o conforto que esperávamos.

Apesar de antigo mantém sua qualidade de sempre. Alguns quartos foram renovados , outros não.

A estrutura do hotel é boa, o quarto um pouco antigo mas o pior é a equipe de recepção do hotel, são péssimos em te ajudar, debochados, por três vezes e com pessoas diferentes reviraram os olhos e em dois casos fizeram piada de deboche comigo como se eles estivesse te fazendo um favor por fazer o básico, no caso uma das vezes foi refazer o cartão do quarto. Eles são péssimos, não te ajudam e não fazem o mínimo da obrigação que é tratar bem um hóspede. Péssimo, nunca mais volto a esse lugar!

Hotel em obra. Antigo. Recepção nao sabia dar informações sobre o estacionamento do hotel. Rampa de acesso bloqueada sem razão , minha sogra com peoblemas respiratórios precisou subir escadas. Eu com problemas na coluna precisei carregar malas . Estacionamento indisponivel pra hóspedes por estar lotado.
Nao sabiam dar informações de onde estacionar. A recepcionista rio dizendo dizem que é seguro. Além disso poucas ou nenhuma opção sem gluten segura pra celiaco no café da manhã.

Hospedagem precária e humilhante

Minha experiência neste hotel foi inadmissível. Houve falta total de água durante a noite, sem qualquer aviso ou suporte, impossibilitando até mesmo o uso básico do banheiro. Ao questionar a recepção, a única sugestão foi trocar de quarto, como se isso resolvesse um problema que afetava todo o prédio. Detalhe: eu estava com minha filha de 4 anos dormindo, o que tornava essa “solução” completamente inviável.

Na manhã seguinte, a situação piorou: a água retornou com barro, em pingos gelados e escassos, o que me obrigou a dar banho gelado e em condições precárias na minha filha. Nem em minha própria casa enfrento algo desse nível.

A conduta da equipe foi de total descaso, tratando-me como se eu estivesse sendo favorecida por estar ali, quando na verdade eu paguei por um serviço que não foi entregue. Faltou empatia, preparo e profissionalismo.

Ressalto que a ausência de água e a negligência no atendimento violam diretamente o Código de Defesa do Consumidor, por falha grave na prestação de serviço, além de ferirem a dignidade e o bem-estar do hóspede.

Solicito o ressarcimento pelo transtorno e o registro formal desta queixa, para que nenhum outro cliente passe por algo tão frustrante, especialmente com crianças envolvidas.

Muito bom o hotel, alguns funcionarios um pouco despreparados, outros excelentes. A portaria acho um pouco tétrica, sofás desconfortáveis,Sala para TV. So para crianças? também deixa a desejar.O Hotel precisa de mais vida. Ponto Forte: a poucos metros da praia, o qual o outro concorrente temos que andar bastante para estar na praia…Café da manha bom para o nível, mas nao posso dizer que é algo de outro mundo,mas caprichado.

Sijainti on erinomainen aivan rannassa upean pitkän hiekkarannan varrella! Hotellissa on hyvät peruspalvelut, erinomainen aamiainen. Huone kaipaisi peruskorjausta. Parveke huoneessa oli uima-altaalle päin, mutta meri näkyi silti hyvin. Jurere on Florianopoliksen pohjoisosassa ja erittäin rauhallinen ja miellyttävä alue. Useita erilaisia hiekkarantoja aivan lähellä pitkiä kävelyitäkin varten.

Hotel bom atendimento cordial, restaurante ótimo! O hotel precisa de manutenção está com sério problema no ar condicionado. Tive um problema e meu quarto foi trocado, mas vi bastante reclamações do ar dos outros quartos também o ar condicionado do hotel não gela.

Infraestrutura de piscinas e praia ótimas porém meu quarto com cheiro de mofo, instalações precárias com vazamento do ar condicionado nas três noites e somente na última foi nos oferecido a troca de quarto o que já não fazia mais sentido pois saímos bem cedo no outro dia.
