And one of the more luxurious areas of Florida Annapolis there’s a beach that’s just amazing two blocks away. There’s so many restaurants all around and bars and lounges at night to have fun. It’s a little bit far away from the city center, but it’s worth staying here for a week or so

I liked everything! Location, staff, decoration, breakfast. It was also clean and they were enforcing all of the safety measures for Covid19.
I would like to have had more movie channels. I'm saying it more as a suggestion.
Overall, it was perfect and I totally recommend if you want to be in a peaceful, beautiful, well located and very cozy and nice place. They were really great! I have been recommending them to everyone I meet.

Property was very boutique like and very nice .. it was in a nice area as well . I didn't like the fact that the air-conditioning did not work properly and it was very hot … the room was very , very small and the ceiling fan did not work and last there were mosquitoes in the room making for an unpleasant stay and early departure . On a plus side the reception staff was very friendly but they could not fix the air conditioning or ceiling fan .

This hotel is a great choice for those staying in Jurerê Beach for a few days, nice rooms with nespresso machines (5 R$ extra), clean bathrooms and comfortable bed. There´s a Sauna and the breakfast is very nice as well, there is a lot of restaurants and bars nearby also.

This is an outstanding boutique hotel. Clean and beautiful, with the core amenities. The staff is super friendly. The rooms are a bit small, but comfortable and have a charming aesthetic. The hotel restaurant is just down the block and is very good. The caipirinhas are some of the best we had.
The staff was very accommodating and helpful. They make you feel right at home. Perfect spot for a hiding out in Jureré, Floripa. Highly recommended.

Great hotel to stay for 1 night or longer.
This hotel is unique that gives you a feeling of staying at someone's home. You will find a lot of decorations anywhere in the hotel. Our room had a small kichanett, living room, desk (can be used for study or dining), bed room (that can be separated from the living room by the door of closet), bathroom and 2 balconies. It is kind of room I wish to stay for longer period of time than just 1 night (ever for a night, the hotel was pleasant). Breakfast lounge was also nicely decorated and their breakfast was great. The hotel location is also good, 2 minutes from the Jurere beach by walk. Surrounded by private houses so that it is quiet at night. Hotel staff were very firendly, and spoke English. I would love to go back again if I have another chance.

But staffs were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean but the last we found bugs in the seat.

Charming Hotel
Just spent 4 days at the Villas del Sol y Mar and loved it. The room (suite - living room/bedroom) was small but very clean and nicely decorated. The outdoor areas were lovely and the breakfast was great. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating and there was always someone that spoke English available. If you plan to do anything besides be at the beach, you should rent a car, which is what we did. There are lots of interesting things to do on the island and lots of fantastic beaches to explore.

Não recomendo: pecam na limpeza
É um hotel com instalações antigas, claramente precisando de uma repaginada.
Fiquei totalmente chocada com a falta de limpeza. Em cima da cama tem um ventilador de teto que é um trambolho gigante e que estava ABSOLUTAMENTE IMUNDO, assim como a parte de cima do guarda-roupa. Muita poeira, claramente sem o mínimo de cuidado na limpeza do básico. Embaixo da cama também,
muita poeira. Diante disso, você claramente se questiona se a roupa de cama recebe o mesmo tipo de atenção (ou falta dela). As toalhas de banho, apesar de parecerem limpas, estão super envelhecidas.
Outro ponto negativo é que o estacionamento te obriga deixar a chave do carro, pois um “tranca o outro”. E, pasmem, a funcionária da recepção foi retirar um carro que estava trancando o meu, não sabia usar carro manual (ela precisava dar ré para sair do fundo do meu carro) e bateu na minha traseira. Por sorte, não amassou. Foi meu marido quem teve que ensiná-la a usar o câmbio manual. Surreal!!!
Ponto positivo: A localização é excelente, a 100m da praia e na Alameda da principal parte gastronômica de Jurerê.

Infelizmente os pontos negativos foram maiores que os positivos.
Negativos: 1. Faltou toalhas no hotel nos dias que estávamos hospedados. 2. Quarto com cheiro de mofo muito intenso. 3. As sacadas do quarto que são praticamente no térreo não tinham chaves. Ao solicitar as chaves, fomos informados que havia somente uma chave para todos os quartos. Então a porta foi trancada e se desejássemos abrir teria que solicitar um funcionário para vir abrir. 4. O cofre estava com a porta aberta e os pinos que trancam a porta estavam para fora. O funcionário não conseguiu colocar o cofre para ser utilizado. 5. Bom do banheiro muito pequeno, era necessário entrar de lado e durante o banho qualquer movimento batia com os braços nas paredes e porta do box.

Ficamos pouco mais de dois dias e a pousada proporcionou o que precisavamos. Bem localizada, proxima a praia e comercios. Quarto ok para um casal, cama confortavel. Cafe da manha ok, tudo gostoso. Limpeza ok, wifi ok, nao tivemos probelmas. Como nosso voo era um pouco depois do horario do check out, ainda ganhamos umas horas a mais como cortezia da pousada.

O hotel é bom, fica perto da praia, de mercado, farmácia, sorveteria. Os quartos são espaçosos, a cozinha é completa, inclusive com churrasqueira. O atendimento é ótimo, todos são muito atenciosos. O proprietário está sempre no café da manhã e é muito atencioso com os clientes. Fez falta uma piscina e serviço de quarto ( roon service. O hotel vale quanto paga.

Gostei muito da estadia no Villas Jurerê Hotel Boutique. O café da manhã foi muito bom com o simpático atendimento de todos. Mas o que eu mais gostei, foi do conforto e funcionalidade da Suite Yellow Tower Label, com cama confortável, boa ducha, sofá no quarto, mesa embutida para refeições, micro-ondas, e um pequeno espaço que funcionou como uma mini-cozinha, além da geladeira e ar condicionado. O Wi-Fi também funcionou bem.
