Room very clean. Cleaning staff excellent.
Breakfast was Buffett style with lots of normal Turkish kahvaltı food. There were some beautiful breads available when there were more guests but generally local bread was used. A few hot foods I actually saw menemen one day. Eggs scrambled and boiled.
Coffee was poor but it was out the machine. And lots of Çay available.

However the staff were very kind and helped me by heating up my special made porridge everyday.

We Changed rooms a few times. Which was a bit of a pain but the first time we were given a sea room upgrade with help from Hotels.Com and Zeynep in reservations. This was a lovely room and I was very happy with it. But we had to leave it because of the really noisy people upstairs that were having a party in their room(well it sounded like that) We were not offered another sea view room.
Next room was ok but side sea view. A Big problem was trying to get our devices charged. Some of the sockets were not working.
All in all the hotel was pleasant . The staff were amazing and tried to please us in most things.
Our only real complaint was that we were told because we had moved room three times we couldn’t move again even though it wasn’t our fault.
However in the end because charging became such a problem they did offer us another room at the top floor which we refused as by then we had three nights left.
Would I return?
Maybe yes but only if I got a sea view room.

Management should consider providing additional training to staff on professional guest interactions. Personal questions, such as asking a guest’s origin before offering a proper greeting, can make the experience feel less welcoming.
Also, I was approached by staff on the beach and publicly reprimanded for using a hotel towel. This was handled in front of other guests, which felt inappropriate and unprofessional. A more discreet and respectful approach would have been appreciated. Thank you

Nice room, very clean. Cleaning staff did a great job. Nice linens and bath towels. Breakfast buffet was the same every day, but we never went hingry, I personally liked the Turkish choices. We didn't use the pool. Thin walls between rooms.

The room was adequate,I was disappointed with the bed which was supposed to be a double bed but it was two singles joined. Which meant there was a dip in the middle of the bed.. While the room was cleaned every day the cleaner used the same mop to clean the bathroom aas the bedroom and didn't rince the mop ,also there was a very strong smell of bleach also she did not brush the floor before cleaning and there were dead bugs and hair on the floor.. The breakfast was disappointing no eggs and no way of toasting the bread plus the coffee and tea were never hot. The best thing about the hotel were the staff with the exception of the cleaner .. You need to take a look at the rooms and hygiene if the rooms and bathrooms.

This post is regarding payment- I accidentally booked a hotel room twice within a few hours at this hotel (for 2 nights) because I was sent an email through Expedia to finalize the booking- so I did and was charged twice. Both Expedia and this hotel refused to refund and cancel my booking even though I immediately contacted the company and explained the error to both parties. I was left to pay for 2 rooms (for 2nights). Greediness!
I will not use Expedia or this hotel again.
And funny- they will not post my review/feedback. Shat a company.

This hotel DESPERATELY needs (to be sterilized) renovation. The wood door frame in the bathroom was literally rotting with hotels and cracks in it. There were dead mosquitos squashed on the walls. The elevator has a strong stench of mold. The bed is terribly uncomfortable and way too soft. Broken light fixtures. The sinks are all clogged (we switched rooms and still had a clogged sink in the bathroom - it was gross). The breakfast is seriously awful. There is nothing redeeming about the breakfast. The only thing this hotel has going for it is the ocean-front view and sweet staff. However, it is located near a terrible nightclub called Batman that plays awful music until 12:30 am. Seriously can’t believe this hotel charges so much for such a low quality hotel that needs updating BADLY. The bathrooms are gross.

Fantastic beach front location, beach towels provided and use of sun loungers on beach infront of hotel, room had fridge and tea and coffee within room, nice big shower, and hairdryer but take your own as ot wasn't great. Beds were really comfortable, room was clean and quiet, AC worked well. Room smelt fresh on arrival but did smell a bit musty. Balcony was tiny and too hot to sit on, we were located on the first floor next to another hotel whos Air Con Units blew hot air constantly 247. Only bonus was towels and wet swim wear dried quickly. Breakfast was ok, you won't go hungry but hot food wasn't hot enough and butter wasn't cold! Was like oil when opened as nothing chilled .....good value for money but you get what you pay for

If you like to stay up with loud music this is a property for you. Loud music goes on until 3-4am. Otherwise nice hotel. Good breakfast. It is at siteler not at İçmeler. Very nice hotel ruined by noise. They did give us a nice room yet we could not get any sleep.

Very nice hotel and location but the only problem is the parking!! Many hotels in the same spot!! We managed to pay and give the car keys to the hotel guard everyday in order to have him find a spot for our car!!

This hotel is okay. Dated room, especially the bathroom. Things like tile grout, dirty curtains etc.

Some kind of horrible brown residue all over the hair dryer though, dread to think what that was.

I cannot stress that this is not the cleaning staff’s fault though who were through and very friendly. (Well apart from the hairdryer, I’m guessing they’re not expected to clean there)

The view was lovely straight out into the bay, with a nice small balcony.

The hotel is right on the main strip so you can expect it to be noisy into the early hours.

Reception staff not as helpful as you would expect, missing that touch of customer service that would makes for a good experience. I got the distinct impression that my requests were inconvenient.

If you rent a car I wouldn’t let the valet park it, he insisted to park mine and immediately crashed it into the car infront.

The pool is small and there’s not many sunbeds, I never made an attempt to get on there.

The beach is okay, very grimey old sunbeds, and you’re ears have different music from 3 different bars competing for their attention.

No parking within 1km, super busy tiny street as the hotel is on the corner of the beach walk with a tiny street. Difficult to drop of suitcase.
Unfriendly reception. Bad internet in the room. Lots of noice from the beach walk, small room, noice the running water of the neighbouring bathroom. Breakfast only at 8am, ok but not too exciting.

I recently stayed at the Aurasia Beach Hotel and overall, it was an excellent experience. The rooms were beautifully furnished, the staff was incredibly attentive, and the amenities were top-notch. However, there was one minor inconvenience: the air conditioning turned off whenever the balcony door was opened. Additionally, when leaving the room and locking the door, the fridge and all electricity in the room turned off. Despite this, the stay was very enjoyable, and I would highly recommend this hotel for its comfort and service.

One 2 issues i faced :
- They have only 2 irons, which serving 3 hotels next each other.
- although it not yet high season, we have to pay for late checkout request even for one hour, which was the first time in my life to hear such as request.

where do i begin .staff were so helpful friendly and on top of everything .hotel was very clean .breakfast was amazing and different menu everyday ,fresh fruits and fresh made baked goods ...i had dinner at the restaurant the food was very well and the price was very affordable.it was close to so many shops and restaurants .very walkable .upon checking out the electricity was out. They brought my 2 heavy laugages downstairs and even to taxi cab for me .so far one of the best hotels i have been in Türkiye.10 out of 10

Hotel itself was much nicer than expected upon arrival, the room itself had very comfy beds and very spacious for the 3 of us - though balcony was very small.

Hotel had a great private-ish beach with drinks and food service available.

Only a 25/30 minute walk to the marina along the beachfront - so long as you survive all the men outside the bars trying to force you into bars. Quite a touristy area but music is lowered at midnight so not an issue noise wise at night.

This hotel is located on the beach front of Marmaris Town, which makes it easy to access bars and restaurants.

Pros:
- Beach front
- Affordable
- Access to bars, restaurants and shops

Cons:
- Very noisy, with a bar blasting out loud music until 1 am
- Poor breakfast
- Some staff members were not very professional
- Pool is very disappointing
- The beach was dirty, no proper sand and the sea was awful
- The surrounding area is very tacky
- There is an awful sewage smell that comes from outside into the pipes into the bathroom

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We specifically booked a room with a full sea view. However, upon arrival, we were assigned a room on the first floor which not only had a partial view but was also located directly above the noisy restaurant and bar. The noise from the establishment was persistent and disruptive, making it difficult to relax and enjoy our stay.

Air conditioning unit in the room was in a state of disrepair. It began leaking profusely, causing the entire room to become wet and uncomfortable. Despite reporting this issue to the front desk promptly and multiple times, the problem was never addressed or fixed during the duration of our stay. Eventually the AC stopped working at all. As a result, we endured an uncomfortably hot and humid environment, which made it extremely challenging to rest and sleep peacefully.

Very good location: right in front of the beach.
Hotel itself is a bit worn-out, I guess it's because of it's was always full before the pandemic. But rooms are very clean.
I first got a room facing the beach side, and it was very noisy because of the music from the bars and restaurants. Also, the room was actually for 2 people with 2 proper beds. As there was 3 of us, they added one folding bed for the 3rd person, but didn't tell us anything and charged us full price. The next day they offered us another room, less noisy (not the beach side) with 3 proper beds. But it was also noisy because of the room ventilation or air conditioner (not sure what it was).
Breakfast was edible, there weren't many options, but it was okay.
Reception staff are friendly and helpful.

They provide breakfast it was very good as well.
The only thing that it turned me off big time was the carpet wasn't clean at all as you walk between the rooms.

So bad we checked out and went to another hotel

We booked a night here as we had planned to eat in the restaurant - Firuze. The room was smallish but had a great view over the bay. We duly had dinner ( in truth an average event) and retired about 10.30pm. The restaurant had been noisy and was playing loud music: sloudly that it was impossible to sleep. We therefore checked out and went to the Motto hotel nearby. I would recommend that is you want to go to sleep before midnight do not book this place!

Just returned from an 8 night stay, paid £620 high season with Hotels.com (price matched so I got cash back). Managed to get an upgraded sea front room which save me £500 absolute bargain. The front facing sea view rooms as amazing, no words can describe the view. Especially in the morning as the sun is rising. It's a lovely boutique hotel, the staff are all generally friendly. The Pipasa restaurant team are all a great bunch of guys and 20% off for hotel guests makes the food cheaper than anywhere around. Private beach and no lack of sunbeds ever. I would love to go again, but not in August and it was mega hot. Told them it was out honeymoon and they made the bed all special :-) See photos.... Loved Aurasia Beach Hotel...

I requested service staff to get someone to fix my balcony door which didn't lock, they laughed and said there was no point as \"all balcony doors are broken\". So if you value your security and safety of your belongings I'd suggest you ask the manager if that is really the case before booking. Also my special request was confirmed but not honoured, manager confirmed that she wrote the email a month before, not good. The Aurasia hotel is basic, the breakfast standard is under par, the AC was old and struggled to work, the curtains are old.
I changed hotel, even without a refund, after spending one night.
Instead I'd recommend you book the JDW design almost next door, you wont regret it. Mamaris is a nice town, area, would definitely go back.

room was unbelievably small, on the first floor and was very close to another building.
in the morning, the room is very noisy due to its proximity to another building and to the breakfast hall which made sleeping impossible past 7: Am.
The toilet was malfunctioning and it was fixed after I complained.
in short room, location and cleanliness did not deserve the amount of money paid for it!!
at night I went with my girlfriend to sit by the seashore within hotel premises, suddenly a staff member shows from nowhere and threw our belongings (2 wine glasses and ships) in the garbage and told us that he was sent by the manager to do so.
after we left the location I saw him going to the same spot with a girl, (seems he asked us to leave to have the location all to himself!!!!).
next day I went to the reception and complained about the incident and they replied that the person I described is an ex-employee and he no longer works there!! (how did he end up within hotel premises if he was no longer working there??).
a friendly advice to all .. don't go there!!

Asansör bozuktu, ve oda 4. katta olmasına rağmen valizlerle gayet normal bir şekilde merdivenden çıkmamızı önerdiler. itiraz edince 15 - 20 dakika sonra asansörü kullanabileceğimiz belirtildi. Ancak yaklaşık 2 saat beklememize rağmen asansör yapılmadı.. merdivenle çıkmak zorunda kaldık.

Sehr schöne Lage direkt am Meer mit eigenem Strand. Das Zimmer und Bad war sauber, aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte eine Renovierung vertragen. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und lecker. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider war es durch die angrenzenden Diskotheken und Restaurants in der Nacht sehr laut. Ansonsten hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt!

L'hotel est situé en bord de mer avec plage privée, accessibles facilement a pied aux différents commerces et restaurants.
L'hotel ne possède par de parking privé ce qui peut poser problème dans le cas ou vous y aller en voiture.Il y a un Hammam privé payant au sous-sol de L'hotel ! L'accueil de la réception est très froid !
Si le prix de la chambre est en dessous de 60€, cela reste un rapport qualité prix satisfaisant, si plus le rapport qualité prix est élevé au vu de la prestation général !

Temizlik personelinden tutun servis elemanları resepsiyon personellerine kadar hepsi çok ilgili, güler yüzlüydü. Ama oda ve bilhassa balkon çok küçüktü. Kahvaltı çeşitliydi odalar tertemizdi bunun yanında sıcak su geç geliyordu. Plajın güzel bir temizliğe ihtiyacı var cam parçası gördüm, boş sigara kutusu gördüm küçük parçalar vardı..

İyi personelleri var ama aynı sayıda vasat personelleri de var. Kurumsal anlamda daha iyi olabilir. Bu mümkün. Bu dileğimi belirtmekle bürlikte Marmaris merkezdeki fiyat performans lokasyon temizlik dekorasyon kombinasyonundaki en iyi otel.

Çok keyifli bir tatil geçirdik. Oda temizliği, kahvaltısı, plaja yakınlığı ve denizin sakinliği ile tam anlamıyla şahane bir tatil oldu.

Geçen sene de bu otelde konakladık.Temiz bir otel.Girişte bizi bir hanımefendi karşıladı otel müdürü olduğunu söyledi.Rezervasyon sistemde çocuk bilgileri çıkmamış çocuklu olduğumuz için daha geniş bir oda hazırlattı bize kendisine çok teşekkür ederiz seneye de gitmeyi planlıyoruz.
Eleştiri olarak buzdolabı asla soğutmuyor. Plaja dışardan yiyecek içecek getirmek yasak ama otelin yiyecek içecek fiyatları çok yüksek.Bir su 60 tl olmamalı.
