Breakfast was very good and waiting staff were all very pleasant, evening meal was delicious and was very plentiful.
Hotel is in a great location for restaurants, beach is a 5 minute walk away and the added bonus of a Migros directly opposite the hotel.
Cannot really comment on the road noise at the front of the hotel as it was off season and was very quiet but in the summer months it will be very busy.

Quiet and clean property. Very nice and helpful staff. Breakfast is very good as well. There is daily room service. There is spa center but it has mixed sauna area. You can get your beach towels for free from spa.
The shuttle from airport to the hotel has to be booked separately. Keep that in mind since its almost 2 hour drive but its not a problem and tjere are plently of options right in the airport.

Location of this hotel is great. Next to grocery store with fresh fruit.

No information given at check-in. Keys handed over and some wristbands. Pool information, spa, gym, breakfast location etc had to be asked and met with a sigh.
Pool is fantastic and the hotel is very clean. Breakfast staff also not very helpful and never smiled. Either side of the hotel are clubs that go on until 2am and are extremely loud. If you’re looking for a location for a peaceful rest this would not be ideal.

The hotel is in a very good condition, easy shopping and transport, 5 min from the beach, value for money. I couldn't use the private beach area as the chairs were occupied by not guess people but nobody was controlling. I received a fantastic room upgrade, the suit was fabulous however the aircon was not powerful enough so it was boling inside, despie leaving it on all day only about 3am it became cool a bit and by 9am was boiling again, bear in mind that were 36*C outside, in any other season could be fantastic. I would not recommend the Full board or half board food options if you want to enjoy the Turkish cuisine, this was more kind of fast food. I would use this hotel in another season but definitely not summer. Most hotels give you the option of late check out if they have rooms available, this one had rooms available but they charge you 20 Euros for an extra hour.

First of all this hotel is nothing more than a 3-star. I chose the place based on the rating on hotel.com, which is 100% false.
Most of the staff and on top of them the manager were very rude.

There no buffet for breakfast. They had a very limited menu for breakfast and it literally sucked! Several times, I caught the kitchen staff collecting the remainings of the other tables and serving it for the other customers.

Fortunately the hotel was half empty, otherwise their small pool wouldn't be able to accommodate the people.

We paid around 250$ per night for this stay, but the true worth isn't even one third of this price.

I suggest that Hotels.com investigates how such a high rating is achieved for this hotel as it is completely misleading.
My suggestion is to avoide this hotel at all costs.

The staff at this hotel are amazing. So friendly and welcoming. Cancel in the dining room works her socks off and is probably worth twice what they pay her. Service gets a little spotty when it’s busy but overall we couldn’t complain.
The food on the half board menu is basic. Breakfast is ok. Half board menu is hardly worth it unless you’re on a very limited budget or you have a very limited palate. If you’re vegetarian or vegan don’t bother
The a la carte menu on the other hand is excellent and the food is delicious. You get what you pay for.
Pool area is very good but gets very hot. Beach is literally less than 5 minutes walk. Service on the beach is also very friendly and attentive. Sea is pretty clean and the beach is as you’d expect in a resort where most people smoke. Room in general and bed in particular was very comfortable. Room was clean and cleaning staff were very efficient and, you guessed it, very friendly. I wish the gym/spa had been open earlier in the morning but that’s a minor quibble.

Premium hotel, everything was very nice. Very Clean rooms and bathroom. A.C. was working very nicely. Perfect front desk clerks. Many thanks to the Front desk clerks Mustafa, Ahmet, and Tuba. They were so helpful and very friendly. We will definitely come back and stay at this hotel. The hotel is located in the Center area and is 2 minutes by walking to the beach. The hotel has private beach facilities so you can swim very conveniently. Breakfast was also good.

Marmaris is to me a great holiday resort, and the Motto Premium suited me well. It is tucked well into the top end of the marina amongst the other good hotels so the competition is valuable.. The staff could not do enough for us, and were most helpful. The outside pool is good, also the pool bar. Breakfast was enormous but unusual, enquire beforehand is your want an \"English\" Breakfast. Table service is good, Some guests prefer to eat out at the very many other bars and restaurants in the locality.
Other guests in the hotel came from a variety of countries. The bedrooms are well furnished, and all have balconies. The hotel is circular in design, so is you want sea view, enquire. I much enjoyed staying at the Motto.

I found this 4 star hotel.just OK. The room. Was average, a little on the small side. Breakfast is in the attached Big Chef restaurant and it was fine.
Parking is not that convenient. Its directly across the street, but you need to walk with luggage to the corner in order to cross. I didnt see a way of dropping luggage directly at hotel.

I already did a review of the hotel in Trip Advisor.

I would like to review the Spa here, as our experience there was wonderful. Katherina the spa manager, was extremely pleasant, helpful and service oriented.
We had a couples Turkish bath, and massage, the two ladies doing the scrub and honey treatment were wonderful.
Naz & Noor Jahan the massage therapists were fabulous and attentive, they both did a great job.
Thanks everyone for leaving us with great memories.

Very nice place to stay, staff were super friendly and accomodating. We got a free upgrade on arrival, big thank you to the young dark haird girl on reception, you are the best! We had a top floor with a nice view, the room was a huge suite with a separate lounge area. Bathroom was clean and large and nice terrace too! Facilities are great, nice heated pool and spa/hamman/sauna in the hotel! The main restaurant was closed for buffet breakfast but the included breakfast was okay considering it was low season. Would come back again!!!

Overall not a bad place to stay for a few nights.

Overall this is a good option to stay for a few days. Rooms are big, cleanliness and quality are good.

Let downs: those who want to use the gym, it’s like a smelly sauna. They cannot put AC on. There are no fans or ventilation.

Breakfast (included) portion sizes are far to small. I chose the omelette. No bread, only a two egg omelet on an oversized plate. Very cheap of them.

This hotel was really nice and it was nice that the BigChefs restaurant was attached with a free breakfast and a discount for lunch and dinner. The food was really good. The property was well kept and the staff was very helpful. It’s a one minute walk to a nice slice of private beach with really beautiful views. Also next to the beach is a walking path that stretches the whole shoreline and that was great for watching the sunrise. For this price and location is recommended to stay here.

The safebox did not work in the room, and it was never repaired during the entire stay. There was only 1 hair conditioner in the bathroom, the second one was used, and when I asked to bring more, no one brought anything. At the restaurant during lunch before departure, the waiters forgot to bring 2 dishes from the ordered ones. Otherwise, I liked everything. Convenient location, private beach, very nice staff, comfortable furniture, quiet.

A bit of distance from the beach. Our room was ok with sea view. Can’t fault the room as they are newly renovated. The pool was ok but the service around the pool is almost none. Overall a good place if your looking for a short stay. We were supposed to stay there for another 6 nights but decided to switch hotels as the hotel and the surroundings plus the breakfast was getting boring

It’s an aesthetic hotel. And for the price you pay for the quality, it is very cheap compared to other tourist destinations. Staff are nice and accommodating. There are lots of shops and food places near the centre which are not far.

However, the location could get boring if you are used to a big city and travelling. There are a few bars/shisha lounges nearby but it’s not the same as the capital. So I would pass on this area for a friends holiday. And I will probably go to Morocco instead if I wanted a similar vibe but more interesting. But for a nice family holiday I would probably come to the hotel again.

Nice and clean hotel, great housekeeping daily, unfortunately due to covid no access to spa / gym facilities - would be fair to put an info note so people can see it when booking. Staff very nice but most speaks little English. Restaurant serves tasty food but most times there were some issues with our order due to waiting staff not understanding. However food was ok, breakfast as well ok. Since the hotel was almost empty it was quiet but one night there were guests next door to us and we could hear them well, so possibly at high capacity it might be noisy. Overall pleasant stay, god location, close to the beach and shops. What was funny / annoying was that there were like 7 songs on constant loop being played in restaurant so after few days it was tiring to listen. But nice clean modern hotel and staff very nice and friendly, would stay again.

Having previously dined at The Big Chefs restaurant we decided to celebrate my wife’s birthday by dining there and to enhance our experience by staying at the hotel. We had taken advantage of amazing out of season rates and were booked into a suite. Jackie, my wife, used the spa facilities and again, these proved to be excellent value for money being out of season rates. So what were the downsides. The restaurant suffered a limited supply of wine and the food though good was not up to the standards we had experienced last year. Breakfast was a disappointment as the breakfast menu of the previous night was unavailable. However it would be churlish to complain too much as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are aware of the balance between remaining open out of season and yet providing the same quality that greater numbers in the season which makes that a viable proposition. So although not a five star experience it was one I will be happy to repeat

Location of the hotel is good, central in Marmaris and close to the beach, restaurants and shops.
The hotel and rooms are nice with sunbeds by the beach, pool, massage and fitness room.
Rooms could have been cleaned a little better, but the service from the staff all in all was very good, friendly and service minded.
I would have asked for a room in one of the higher floors, the air-condition was not working very well and then it is possible to open the windows without all of the noise from the streets and bars.
We were not too happy with the food in the hotel, we ate most of the times in one of the many good restaurants nearby.
