I recently stayed at Lily of the Valley and had such an incredible experience that I felt compelled to share it. From the moment I arrived, the service was truly exquisite—every member of the staff was warm, attentive, and unbelievably accommodating. They made me feel genuinely cared for throughout my stay.

A special shoutout to The Vista, their on-site restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious, and the elegant, beautifully designed space made every meal feel memorable. I also loved their gym—top-of-the-line equipment, a bright atmosphere, and everything you need to stay active while traveling.

My Superior Room was wonderful, especially the terrace with a cozy outdoor bed overlooking the heated pool and the charming village below. It was the perfect spot to unwind. And the 15-minute walk down to Gigaro Beach quickly became one of my favorite parts of the trip—the scenic views were stunning and made for peaceful, picture-perfect moments.

I also appreciated the transportation the hotel arranged for visits to nearby sites. Their staff and concierge were always incredibly easy to reach via WhatsApp, making communication smooth and stress-free throughout my stay.

Overall, I’m deeply grateful for my time at Lily of the Valley—the memories I made, the peace and calm I found, and the chance to step away from the hustle of work and recharge before the new year. Thank you for such a restorative stay. 🌿✨

Highlight of a week in the french riviera. We decided to try it for a night and now are planning a full week there after having such a great experience.
The design is interesting and high quality, well thought through. The activities and coaches are better than any luxury hotel we have been at. Biking, classes, walks, all is well planned and executed. The views are outstanding.

Rooms were well appointed and facilities reflected a wellness theme! Breakfast was delicious as well. The vista restaurant is a must.
General manager Stephane, duty manager Pierre and all the staff made sure of our comfort throughout. Highly recommended and would return when possible!

I recently stayed here at the Lili of the valley with the family for a few days. The hotel is five stars and the assistant and Service is outstanding very attentive and accommodated. The restaurant is amazing as well as the food. The service is a five star service with an outstanding clean. The view is wonderful, I have a patio with a day bed and the view is amazing with just a few minutes down to the beach.

We have stayed here before (2 years ago) and it was lovely. We have recommended it to many people. However, this second stay was very poor in comparison. The grounds are lovely, but the staff and service aren’t at a 5 star level anymore.

We got in late the first night and was told room service was available. Once we went to order, they told us that no hot items were available despite their menu and reception telling us otherwise. After arguing with us for 30 minutes, we decided to pass on the cold snacks they had. Their manager then proceeded to bring us the food we originally requested 30 minutes later without notice (it was now close to midnight) and charged us for it. Thankfully this was reversed after 6 hours the following day.

Their staff largely appear to be unhappy and are not warm or welcoming (aside from a few). We asked for a one hour late checkout and we were denied despite numerous availability online for the same room. It took 2.5 hours for them to even tell us they couldn’t accommodate it.

There wasn’t any major item that cause the stay to be unsatisfactory but rather a lack of care. This was one of our favorite places to recommend and now we really wouldn’t come back. We have told two family members who have trips booked later this summer to cancel and go elsewhere; it’s a real shame to see the difference from one trip to another.

Moment agréable hors saison. Piscine chauffée et ensoleillée. Très bon restaurant avec prix élevés, desserts très au dessus. Petit déjeuner a la carte excellent. Restaurant de plage ferme tot. Peu de services et recommandations pour les enfants, n'ont pas l'habitude d'en voir.

Außergewöhnliches Luxushotel mit atemberaubendem Blick über das Meer und einer traumhaften Ausstattung. Zwei wunderschöne, sehenswerte Pools und ein großzügiges, elegantes Spa machen den Aufenthalt zu einem echten Erlebnis. Das Empfangsteam ist äußerst freundlich und professionell – man fühlt sich von der ersten Minute an willkommen.

Einziger Wermutstropfen: das Hotelrestaurant Vista. Im Vergleich zum außergewöhnlichen Niveau des Hauses ist das Essen leider nur durchschnittlich, und auch der Service konnte mit dem hohen Anspruch des Hotels nicht ganz mithalten.

Fazit: ein fantastisches, absolut empfehlenswertes Luxushotel – nur fürs Abendessen sollte man lieber auf eines der vielen guten Restaurants in der Umgebung ausweichen.

Excellent séjour dans ce très bel hôtel un peu compliqué à trouver car aucun panneau
Tout aurait été parfait s il n y avait pas une grue plus le bruit des travaux qui nous ont réveillé devant votre chambre vue mer que nous avons payé plus de 1200€, sans aucune compensation de la part de l hôtel
