The Time Boutique hotel was lovely and clean. The spa facilities were brilliant and plenty of choose for breakfast. It was within walking distance to the Old Town of Split. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I was traveling with my husband and when we arrived they told us that our room had been upgraded as it was my birthday, which was lovely for them to do. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Had such a lovely stay at the time boutique hotel. The room was clean and staff were very helpful and friendly. The pool was gorgeous and never too busy as the hotel was relatively small. Short walk into town and would definitely recommend staying here to others.

Nice rooms and good breakfast. Definitely a walk to the square and uphill on the way back. The big negative is they have a spa with massage facilities but for the 6 days we stayed there it was completely booked up. That was the reason we booked this hotel so very frustrating

Great stay in Split.

Great hotel! Great staff, super clean and the spa/pool was so nice have. It is not in the touristy area of the palace, but that’s what makes it so nice. It a 15 min. Walk to beach and 15 min walk to the palace, but you will not find a pool, spa, sauna, great restaurant for the price in the palace. Worth the walk:)

Great location and kind staff

We absolutely loved this hotel. The staff made our trip so memorable, Mario, Tomislav and Anja were so helpful and friendly.
The hotel was comfortable, and there were even peacocks on the grounds!
If you are coming by car, drive past the white hotel signs and drive up the hill and turn left. There will be a gate to the parking.

A fabulous home away from home

I love everything about this hotel. Our room was lovely and very comfortable. Spacious, well appointed and with luxury products. The staff were all incredibly friendly and the parking was good. The wellness studio and pool and spa are wonderful. Breakfast was delicious - plenty of tasty options - being on holiday for many weeks, I especially enjoyed the vegetables and salad options. Plenty of fruit and vege as well as cereal, eggs, bacon. Pastries etc. delicious and good value as a part of booking.

Good stay here. Breakfast was very good, the room was very comfortable, and parking was very easy. It was hard to find the hotel by car, though. The sign for the hotel was pointed to the alley behind the hotel, so I originally went the wrong way.

Hotel is clean but a bit far from the main attractions.
We were told we could not use the pool with our kids as others guest might be disturbed (this is not an adults only hotel).
Breakfast was below average. I would recommend to stay someplace else.

Fabulous staff and facilities.
The hotel is in a good location, just outside the centre with around a downhill 15 minute walk from the old town. As the hotel is not too big, the spa doesn’t get too busy. The spa is fantastic, very clean and has a pool, jacuzzi, several saunas and rain showers. Nice and relaxing after a day of exploring Split. The staff are friendly, helpful and attentive. We were checking out early for a transfer to Zagreb and the staff organised lunchboxes for us which were more than what we could ask for.

A really great modern and small hotel, loved our stay here. The rooms were a little on the small side but did the job. The spa was incredible, so great to have that available. Staff were very friendly and hospitable and the breakfast was great. We knew the hotel was a little out of town from the reviews, so be prepared for an uphill walk and get a sweat on if it’s very hot (which it is at the moment). Was a nice safe walk though, only took 10-15 mins. Would recommend staying here.

The down side was that the ‘view of the city’ that was requested, turned out to be overlooking the building works that are currently taking place, hence this turned out to be an incredibly noisy stay from 7:30AM until late into the afternoon.

The photographs looked great but the reality was a very basic 3 star hotel.
I’d booked two different sized rooms but both rooms were tiny and no discernible size difference.

There were lots of small problems with hot water, room heating, door handles falling off, no coasters for mugs. Nowhere to put a bottle of shampoo in the shower (had to keep it on the floor), the tv too high and crooked, no drinks menu with prices in the bar. The car park was full of pot holes and there was digger digging up the car park. Overall very disappointing

It's a beautiful hotel although I was given a downgraded room than what I ordered and the receptionist thought I wouldn't notice. The next day they upgraded me and gave me a free 30 minute massage as compensation which I guess is ok seeing that that was the difference in price. The location is ok, roughly 15 minute walk to the old town. The spa is beautiful.

Breakfast is served till 10:30 even on weekdays which is too early in my opinion. The food is decent, although the selection is not great and the food runs out the later you come.

Left without a room. Unhelpful and greedy

I had one of the worst experiences at this hotel. After a family member became unwell a week before travelling, I contacted to see if I could change my reservation in view of the circumstances but they refused. After a lot of back and forth I made hotels.com aware that I couldnt make the first nights stay but would arrive the 2nd night, having paid for 3 nights in total. After arriving in split at 9pm and getting to the hotel I was made aware that they had given my room away and there were no rooms available, despite paying for 3 nights stay and making them aware in advance. They were very unhelpful, initially having to argue for a refund of the remaining 2 nights stay. They offered an alternative hotel double the price of the room I had paid for. In summary it was a horrible experience resulting in us having no where to stay.

They were unhelpful, not allowing us to change our stay in the first place with the difficult circumstances we found ourselves in but then reselling the room we had paid for despite advance notice, leaving us stranded. The service was uncaring, umhelpful and based on greed. The hotel itself was in a ran down rough area, a far walk away from the centre.

I strongly advise avoiding the hotel and the company and book an alternative.

The hotel was exceptionally well maintained, the food excellent, the location great, and the staff friendly and assistive. More importantly, when one of our group tested positive for COVID-19, the entire hotel staff went above and beyond insuring that his extended stay was comfortable. Can't complement them enough for what they did!! Definitely recommended staying here, you will not be disappointed :-)

Pleasant stay, wonderful (and very filling) breakfast. The hotel has a pool, hot tub, and spa rooms, with robes in the room so you can change in the locker room or upstairs. The \"Old Town\" was only about a 10 minute walk away. We left the car parked for our entire stay.

Convenient location, onsite parking, and hotel spa

Conveniently located close to the old town if you need onsite parking - which is why we chose this hotel (walking distance 13 mins). Also has a nice spa with indoor pool, hot tub, steam and sauna.

I have travelled many many places in the world always staying at top notch accommodations. Time Hotel is at the top of my new favourites! The whole hotel is spotless, the beds comfortable, bathrooms beautiful. I unfortunately left my new iPad Air upon departing but HONESTY prevails! Great hotel with great facilities.
10 minute walk from Split town, taxi is around 80 Kuna. Room was clean, cozy and comfortable. Spa facilities were good, only thing I’d like to see would be for these to be open earlier to start the day with a swim and sauna!
Staff are fantastic and really helpful. Breakfast was fantastic.
Definitely recommend Time Hotel and will stay again for future trips to Split.

Huone oli todella siisti ja henkilökunta ystävällinen ja auttavainen. Kylpylässä emme käyneet.
Valitettavasti 1-1,5 tuntia ennen aamiaisajan päättymistä tarjolla ei ollut enää paljon mitään syötävää. Jäljellä olevat olivat kylmiä. Tuoremehu, kahvi ja teevesi myös loppu.
Poikkeuksena lähtöpäivän aamuna 9/5 kaikki oli erinomaisesta tarjolla kuten pitääkin.

Great hotell!

Great hotel with a good standard. The location is within walking distance of the old town. We especially want to highlight the staff in the restaurant – they were very friendly and sociable. Fantastic service. The food was also good, especially the breakfast. The rooms were of a good standard, but the outdoor furniture on the balconies was poor.

The only things we were disappointed with at the hotel were the swimming pool and the staff working there. The pool was very dirty, and we couldn’t swim in it. Also, many of the treatments listed in the spa and massage brochure were no longer offered. This was very disappointing, as the spa was one of the main reasons we chose the hotel.

Hotel boutique com quarto espaçoso, varanda, bom chuveiro e comodidades. O Spa é completo, com piscina e banheira de hidromassagem. Saunas secas e a vapor que funcionam muito bem. Ar condicionado, frigobar e TV, com variedade de canais, também são ok. Staff atencioso e próximo a tudo. Bom café da manhã.

Lovely stay, very friendly staff, great to have the indoor spa/saunas when the weather was varied. Easy walk to beaches/city centre. Quiet surroundings.

Would have been five stars if towels would have been bigger and coffee at the breakfast better.
