Welcome to Versi & Note Luxury Rooms, a property located in the beautiful central settlement - Radunica - in the immediate vicinity of Diocletian's Palace, the main center of daily and nightlife in the city of Split. The property consists of 2 beautiful double rooms, of which 1 is a Duplex apartment with two bedrooms.
Spend your vacation in the best possible way - in the heart of the city where you are just a step away from the most important city sights and activities. We wish you a warm welcome and a pleasant stay.
All three units are booked separately. The smallest room is 15 m2 with a terrace, the middle room is 20 m2 and the Duplex apartment is 35 m2 for a total of 4 people.
The entire facility is located on the ground floor of the building, while the only stairs are at the entrance to the building. All rooms have a 160x200 bed, except the small room with terrace that has a bed 140x200 cm size, premium bedding, anti-allergenic pillows.
The rooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs, a small refrigerator, while the toilet has heated floors and a hairdryer. The rooms are equipped with the most exclusive ceramics and woodwork, and each bathroom has underfloor heating and individual air conditioning per room.
The city of Split, as the cradle of Croatian civilization, began its history in the 3rd century during the reign of Emperor Diocletian, when he decided to build a palace that is today one of the most important UNESCO cultural monuments in the world. Split offers a rich gastronomic, cultural and entertainment scene, and a special emphasis is given by its traffic connection with the rest of the country, so that via Split you can quickly reach islands such as Hvar or Brač, and 30 minutes by car separates you from the UNESCO city of Trogir or the city of pirates - Omiš.
When you stay at Versilia Lido | UNA Esperienze in Camaiore, you'll be on the boardwalk/promenade, within a 10-minute drive of Viareggio Beach and Forte dei Marmi Beach. This beach hotel is 0.1 mi (0.2 km) from Camaiore Beach and 0.1 mi (0.2 km) from Bussola Domani Park.

They had spa facilities, gym and an indoor heated pool unfortunately could not use as we didn't book in advance (pro tip to book when you reserve).
There is also an outdoor pool and bikes available to go around.

Gorgeous beach stay.
This is a lovely apart suite hotel near the beach between towns of viareggio and forte dei Marni- the rooms are lovely and it has very nice common areas and gardens and a lovely roof terrace. V clean and good quality sheets and towels. It has a heated indoor pool and tennis and padel courts too- all complimentary -and free use of the hotel bikes if you want to get into either town.

The room only had 1 washroom for 6 people which was challenging. The pool was large and not busy. Their roof top restaurant was definitely worth trying. The view and the food were both excellent. The beach club the hotel recommended and booked was right across the street and easy to access.

Beautiful hotel, we were upgraded to a junior suite which was a fantastic room. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, the pool area was very nice. The breakfast was varied and of excellent quality. We availed of the free bike hire a few times too. In short, everything you could want in a hotel.

The Patrizia beach club across the street is affiliated with the hotel so it makes it very easy to enjoy the shore. The feel of the hotels in heart of FDM, but more relaxed.

An excellent hotel with super service. It was easy to get to from Pisa and allowed a day trip to Florence. The fixtures and fittings were superior and the grounds were very well maintained. We enjoyed our daily breakfasts and sundowners on the terrace of our room. We would certainly return!

My husband and I stayed here on our honeymoon. When we checked in, we were given a horrible room on the first floor that faced a wall. We were also next to a family with a baby who would not stop crying. When we asked for a room change, the front desk simply said \"the baby will not cry for 24 hours straight\" and then proceeded to tell me they could not change our room because they were \"booked over the weekend\". However, our reservation was from Tuesday through Saturday? I don't understand.
Then, we had a problem with the AC unit not working in our room. They brought maintenance in after 10pm to try and fix it. Luckily it was temporarily over night fix. Overall, we were not pleased with the service of this hotel and would not recommend staying here.

Versilia Lido is a perfect spot for Italian holidays. Hotel is located next to a beach with fantastic beach clubs and very close to many beautiful towns like Lucca, Pietrasanta or Cinque Terre making it perfect spot for exploration. The hotel roof top bar and restuarant is it true secret with amazing food and even more amazing drinks, it's a perect spot to relax while watching beautiful sunsets. Diego and Daniele are looking after all guest making sure you have the best dinining experiece and the cocktails prepared by Daniele are to die for. For breakfast there is good variety of options even if you have food intolerances. Reception staff is super helpful and can provide great tips about the local area and they are happy to assist when you need help. We have recived great support when our car broke down from Jessica, Elena and Mateo who helped with all the arrangements and took all the presure from us so we could still enjoy our holiday withtout a worry. Rooms are comfortable, clean and specious. On the top of all of that there are complimentary tennis courts and bikes available to all guests. We had a great time at Versilia Lido, what made our stay so special is very passionate and carring team.

Very busy during the weekends as it seems to be the place where locals come to enjoy the seaside. Breakfast was extremely varied with food to suit everyone. We stayed at the hotel from 15.10.2021 to 20.10.2021. We would like to thank and note the attitude and sensitivity of the hotel staff to our inquiries. Particularly noteworthy is Ms. Agnese N. We approached her asking for help locating a corona test lab for a flight. It was a weekend, and no lab in the area had performed a PCR test, needed for the flight. We had lost our flight and Ms. Agnese had made a lot of efforts to help us. Eventually she found a solution for us and did her best to ensure that the problem was solved successfully. There were other people who helped us, and we do not know their names, so the gratitude is in general to everyone who worked at the reception at the time, especially to Ms. Agnese's manager. The stay at the hotel is very pleasant and comfortable in all respects.

We had a 2 bedroom apartment at this hotel and arranged an upgrade to give us 2 bathrooms. Our suite and the entire hotel had a lovely fresh looking decor and was kept beautifully clean. We had a fabulous meal and drinks at the rooftop bar / restaurant and the service from all staff was excellent. The reception staff were particularly helpful recommending restaurants, arranging taxis or helping with train times to go exploring more of Tuscany. There were always a choice of sun beds available by the pool and the gorgeous sandy beach was a couple of minutes walk over the road where you can hire sun beds from the beach club. The beach was lined with beach clubs, cafes & restaurants so plenty of options for cocktails & dinner.

We were delighted with the hotel. From the initial welcome to the final goodbye, the staff at the hotel could not do more to make us feel welcome and looked after. Our room was fantastic (junior suite with part sea view), lovely calm decor, huge bed and really useful lounge area. The cleaning team cleaned the room twice a day and it was always spotless. Location was excellent and gave easy access to Lido di Camaiore. Highly recommended

Stayed here for 4 nights. Easy to find from Pisa airport. Really nice hotel and impressive buildings - lots of art in the lobby and near the bar. Check in was easy and the staff were helpful in explaining all the important information. Room was a good size with plenty of storage space, and a nice balcony to sit on outside. Quick room service and everything was very clean. Breakfast nice with a fresh juice bar and omelette station. Spa and swimming pool were very nice and not too busy. Free bikes available to hire which means you can easily travel up and down the coast on dedicated cycle lanes. 5 min drive to the large Esselunga supermarket for supplies. A nice walk to the seafront for local restaurants/bars and the market at weekends. A short drive to Forte dei Marmi which has a really good market on Sundays.
Overall I was really impressed with the service - some really helpful staff who answered all queries efficiently and politely.
