The place is in a quiet office building. They never replied to my message about needing assistance with parking. I had to park a couple of minutes away from the property, but in the end it was cheaper that way anyway.

This hotel was perfect. Very well located, clean, spacious, and quiet. Our only desire was for some thicker bed linens (they were essentially just a sheet) and we did have to buy shower products since the only one was a combo body/hair wash. But that was very minor in comparison to the overall experience and we would definitely stay here again.

Big room with a view close to everything
At first sight it was not a great experience, it was a bit \"sad \" to look at, a tall building that consist of different business, but when we arrive a 6th floor we where greet by a very helpfull receptionist. We got a nice big room with a nice view i walking distance to the old town, the beach an a supermarket. Nice restaurants nearby and neighbourhood going to the beach. An you can also find home because it is the only tall building in that area

The rooms are located on 6th floor of a tower and are of a good size. Bathroom is on the small side but perfectly ok. Everything was spotlessly clean. Breakfast is offered at a small café about 50m away and is adequate.

We went in the day before (we still had a night on a boat left) as such a short walk from the harbour and we were a little unsure on the reception times. Reception were very helpful. Check in day we left our bags there early (rooms were not ready as was before checkout time which was fine) and they gave us our room keys for when we came back after a days activities. Bags were all in the room on return. Was a good rpice compared to similar we found online. As said close to the harbour. Only stayed one night but very good hotel room

Great service with beautiful room! Allowed us to store our bags, early room check in, gave us beach towels, let me borrow a phone charger and helped us get a shuttle to the airport. What more can you ask for? Oh yes, easy walking location from the port and to the palace in Split.

The nicest and most welcoming staff! Ivan walked us in and gave us a map- showed us where the best gelato was & where to get good breakfast. They were super accommodating. We stayed in 2 separate rooms because the sea view was only available for one of our nights - the seaview was beautiful but we honestly LOVED the second one even more! View of the city & palace- absolutely gorgeous. The walkability is perfect. Just a 3-5 minute walk from everything. Paid parking. Only thing is that rooms could've been a bit fresher. Sheets were clean but the rooms smelled a bit dated. Would absolutely stay here again.

Best customer service for a hotel
Ivan was excellent with communicating with us throughout all aspects of our travel. He was also knowlegable about restaurants and other things in the area. We got vouchers for breakfast down the street and that was also very good. There is a supermarket across the street that we bought drinks, water, and snacks. The Palace and ferry station is within walking distance. There was no need for a car near this hotel.

Wonderful and indeed luxurious. Very friendly and helpful staff. Ideal location only a short walk to the Palace and the oceanfront. When we come back to Split again we’ll certainly try to stay here.

The property is very close to all the amenities and is walkable. Ivan was at the suite to receive us at reception. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable and gave us a good insight of the places we wanted to visit in Split. The room is very clean and comfortable.
The breakfast was the issue for us and hence the 4 stars and not 5. The breakfast has very limited options and below average. On day 2 we went there early for breakfast and there wasnt much set up.
In our view, this is a major issue. If you are looking for a property without breakfast, this property is excellent value otherewise!

My pillow case was dirty (dark spots), mould in the bathroom tiles and I ran out of hot water during the shower so had to finish it in cold water, very unpleasant. They charged us €5,00 to leave our luggage there for a few hours after check out which does t make any sense. Breakfast was poor and served in a small restaurant across the street.

Amazing stay. We loved that old city and other attractions were within walking distance. Very convenient and resulting by leaving the car in the parking lot. The bonus was the receptionist, Ivan, a lovely knowledgeable and friendly man that ensure our stay was no less than amazing. We will definitely come again.

The hotel is in the 5th floor in an office building, which was weird when we arrived but the room was very nice. Ivan, the receptionist, is very polite and helpful.The view is amazing, the room is spacious and modern and was sparkly clean. The shower has excellent pressure, the bath sink is huge, the bed is comfortable, bedsheets, towels smell clean. The AC works great. The location is great and in a safe area, 5 mins away from the main attractions.

Wonderful place, marvellous hosts!
This place was amazing! Easily walkable from the main town. The hosts (Brothers) were lovely! Really attentive, they chatted with us regularly, told us of a few places to try, really warm and friendly. The room (we stayed in the blue suite) was stunning! Very modern, one entire wall was windows that looked out to the harbour and over Split. The light was incredible. The aircon in the room was a dream! We stayed for 2 nights in June for our Honeymoon. The outdoor temp was between 30-32 degrees over those 2 days. Horizon suites are on the 5th floor of a large block. The block has 2 elevators so no issues with stairs. The room has the MOST comfortable and HUGGGGE bed. I miss the bed already! The bathroom was large, airy and had a wonderful and very large shower cubicle. There was a fridge/mini bar in the living area that was full of beer, small bottles of wine, apple juice and bottled water. Not the cheapest to buy but there were clear prices for it all in the brochure on the coffee table. There is a little shop (Tommy....they are EVERYWHERE in Split!) about a 3 min walk from the hotel. We got a few supplies from there and took them back to the room. There was a kettle and I assume normally there are teas and coffee. However, we only had 2 individual coffee sachets (3in1) left for us and 1 normal tea bag and one decaf teabag. I did ask for more on the 2nd day and was told that we would get more, but they never did. This is a very tiny criticism in an otherwise lovely stay.

Pleasant from the first to the last moment of our four day stay in the “Green Suite”. The location is central, at 5 minutes walk from the Marina, the Diocletian Palace, the market and all the various restaurants and coffee places. Many convenience stores are nearby and they are really convenient for all kinds of food and drinks.
The suite was modern, very spacious and well kept. The staff, especially Ivan, went over and beyond to be accommodating and helpful with advice and directions about places, food and transport; for our departure he arranged very convenient transportation to the airport and also the Clinic for our mandatory Covid PCR test.
We highly recommend this place and would definitely rebook it for our return visit to Split.

The hotel is not much to look at from the outside (although I think they plan a renovation soon). But inside, the rooms are modern and clean. The bathroom is especially nice. And the hotel is very centrally located - just a five minute walk from the Diocletian.

Very clean, all updated contemporary. The service is excellent! They accomodated us even though we were arriving after 10pm which is their normal cut off. They sent us a driver who was there waiting for us when we came off the plane and brought us to the hotel. We were then greeted and the man even got us food from a place that was closing in 10 mins with the rest of the town (due to Covid). Not only did he get the pizza he went and picked it up for us personally. Very much accomodating, will absolutely stay here again and reccomend this hotel to my friends.
