The location and the hotel are great…the check in staff are rude, lazy and need a lesson in personal hygiene. As a hotelier, I can’t imagine having staff doing personal cell phone calls during check ins and looking like they haven’t showered in days.

We came with another couple, bur our rooms were on different floors. When checking in we found out that there was an empty room near our friends, but the desk staff refused to upgrade us (that room was slightly more costy than our room). It didn't even help that we are Isrotel club members (they completely ignored iur membership because we made the order through hotels.com). Also, our room was adjacent to the hotel's gym, so we always heard the gym's door open and close. Other than that, everything was fine.

Dispite the extremely unfortunate circumstances we found ourselves in we really appreciated the kindness and reassurance the staff gave us in terms of advice and safety when they themselves would of been under a lot of stress; ALL your staff should be highly commended !!! For a hotel that was just opened last year, the bathrooms are too dirty; the cleaners really need to pay more attention and give it a good scrub. Mould, scum and hairs everywhere. Disgusting!

Hotel costoso (200€ a notte senza colazione), dove la camera era veramente piccola per due persone forse 10-12 mt2. Una sera ho chiesto una bottiglia d'acqua alla reception perchè non me l'avevano lasciata e mi hanno risposto che l'acqua era gratis solo all'arrivo. Fortunatamente le donne di servizio me l'hanno data senza problemi.

The entire facility is located on the ground floor of the building, while the only stairs are at the entrance to the building. All rooms have a 160x200 bed, except the small room with terrace that has a bed 140x200 cm size, premium bedding, anti-allergenic pillows.
