While most likely still the best in town, it is pricey for the quality: unvacuumed carpets, very dirty inside window panes, overall weird/awkward interior design. Comfy mattress, breakfst very good. Dining very expensive for quality & region. Property clearly banking on total lack of competition. Would stay again for about 30% lower price.

The hotel is a good choice for relaxing, connected to the shopping mall through a cable car, the hotel is remarkable in cleanness, quietness and location, but the breakfast choices is so limited and I believe it can be improved

The hotel was nice however I was disappointed that they advised the spa facilities is not included but additional payments are required to use the facilities. To me, this is the first time I've been told about a hotel with spa facilities. I am referring to sauna/ pool facilities and NOT spa treatments. In the Hotel.com booking, this was not stated either that spa facility was not included but with an add-on charge.

Also during the checkout, we were charged a total of CZK 188.25 (EUR 7.53) for 2 people for the Hotel Tax for one night stay. I asked why but the hotel receptionist was not helpful but just said to contact Hotel.com. I checked on the web that one-night tax would be CZK 21 per person but I am not sure why this CZK 188.25 came from. I will check this with Hotel.com as instructed.

Wonderful stay!! Rooms are big, clean and very comfortable! The guy at the reception was wonderful, very friendly and polite, the fastest check in ever, we booked online few hour before we arrive and when we arrived everything was ready! The restaurant is delicious and the service is also Great! I totally recommend this hotel! Plus is a beautiful building!

Beautiful hotel

It was a last minute stay. The hotel was great. The service was slow. We booked a room for a family of 4 but upon arrival there was only 4 beds made. However, the family apartment was super comfortable, clean and spacious. The hotel is located on top of the hill with a view to the river, town and many factories and smoke stacks around. The hotel was the only nice thing in the town. Restaurant food was excellent!!!

Es war zwar ein in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel, hatte aber seinen Charme behalten. Die Küche hatte einiges zu bieten und es schmeckte auch vieles sehr gut. Hotel und Restaurant preislich sehr gut. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen.👍

Klimaanlage ohne Funktion, Wellnessbereich muss immer 1 bis 2 Tage schon vorher reserviert werden, Terrasse konnten wir nicht nutzen, da gerade ein 90iger Jahre Musikfestival veranstaltet wurde. Das hat dann extra Eintritt gekostet....

Wir sind durch eine Fernsehsendung auf dieses Hotel aufmerksam geworden und wollten hier gern mal hin, so haben wir es für 2 Nächte gebucht. Das Hotel liegt auf einem Hügel mit schöner Aussicht. Aber wir haben von einem 4 Sterne Hotel mehr erwartet. Unser Zimmer war Zweckmäßig eingerichtet, aber keine 4 Sterne. Leider wird wohl auch zu allen 4 Jahreszeiten die gleiche Bettzudecke verwendet, was sehr warm ist. Durchgefallen ist der Service schon mal, wenn ich ein Zimmer beziehe und die Toilettenpapierrolle bis zum letzten Blatt leer ist, nur eine Ersatzrolle da ist und keine weitere am nächsten Tag hingestellt wird!
Wir haben uns eine Stunde Whirlpool gegönnt, für 23€ war das Okay! Nur wann wird die Einheitsgröße der Bademäntel mal vergrößert? Das Frühstück fand ich gut, Baguette wurden frisch gebacken und waren noch warm, auch für Teetrinker war das Angebot top! Parken kostenlos und ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden, fand ich gut. Das Restaurant bietet gehobene Speisen. Auf einer Aussichtsterrasse lässt es sich gut sitzen. Fazit: ein angenehmer Aufenthalt mit kleinen Abstrichen!

Fremragende hotel med udsigt over byen. Venligt personale, god og billig restaurant, alt var super.

Absolut eneste minus er, at byen ikke er den mest spændende by i tjekkiet, men den ligger til gengæld tæt på mange fine oplevelser.

Plus det har sin helt egen svævebane fra hotellet og lige ned ind i indkøbscenter.

Mooie locatie, ook de ideale uitvalbasis voor Boheems Zwitserland! Met charmante gondellift kom je rechtstreeks bij shopping centrum terecht. Restaurant in hotel is erg lekker eten, absolute aanrader. Faciliteiten op de kamer zijn niet super nieuw (geen smart tv, airco werkte niet heel erg goed) maar verder weinig op aan te merken!

Udemærket ophold

Alt fungerede fint fra tjek ind.
Eneste hår i suppen var at jeg desværre blev vækket hver morgen af rengørringspersonalet, der havde værelse ved siden af mit, med højrøstet samtale og latter.
Ellers var det et dejligt ophold i gode omgivelser og med høflig betjening.
Maden i resaturant var gennemsnitlig.

Not completely as expected

Unfortunately the spa-access were not included even it were confirmed in the booking confirmation by hotels.com.
The receptionist would not give access without additional payment. :-(

Most customer oriented staff ever met

This is a great gem, off the highway on a hill overlooking Usti Nad Labem. This was our 2nd stay and we will come back again. Staff is the most customer oriented we have ever encountered in hundreds of stays around the world. As we were the only guests on New Years Eve with a very late arrival and restaurant closing, they called us in the afternoon and arranged that the chef precooked some food which they served with some extra surprises. Rooms and beds are great, hotel is in a quite location and already the 1st time we noticed the service level of the staff. Well done! We will be back.

Great hotel with a view

Located in quiet surroundings up on a hill with fantastic views of the river and city. Convenient cable car service to the city just by the hotel. Very friendly staff, we had a two room \"apartment\", modern furniture and some of the best hotel beds we have slept in. Breakfast was pretty standard but offered both warm and cold choices. We will be back to try the labyrinth you had in the garden.
