The two of us had an enjoyable stay. The room was clean, good sized and lots of shelving to unpack your bags. The room had its own AC control. Breakfast was very good, as expected. I only thought the staff helping with the buffet could be more friendly. There was no smile, no \"good morning\". The lobby was kind of gray and definitely not inviting to lounge. But everything was clean and functional and the receptionist there was always friendly. Arriving by a car, I was disappointed that the hotel does not have a dedicated loading-unloading parking space near the entry. Fortunately, there is enough city parking in the nearby streets.

Arrived very late with sleeping kids, so check in was stressful and the first guy at the check-in was not very helpful. Luckily, a colleague jumped in and did help nicely with everything.

Super hotel although my room faced a main road and traffic noise was a slight problem. Breakfast was very good as we're the staff on reception. Out early one morning and a pack up was supplied instead of breakfast. Would definitely stay there again.

Short Trip to Usti
Spent 1 night in this hotel. Was not expecting such a level of comfort in a small town hotel . Check in was effortless. The staff were courteous and spoke perfect English. The decor throughout was very modern and the entire place looked almost brand new. We stayed in a junior suite which boasted a view over the town. The rooms were spacious , very comfortable beds, all amenities provided including gowns and slippers. A fully stocked mini bar, safe, and TV in the room. Fast WiFi in the room and in the public areas too. The Resturant opens into a terrace with a mini Tesco grocery so you can easily pick up necessities forgotten back home.

Modern Hotel in central location.
The hotel was centrally located with the town centre being within walking distance. There were plenty of shops and good eating places very close by. In fact if you wanted a supermarket Tesco Express was just behind the hotel. My room was very clean and bright with coffee and tea facilities, a mini bar, and a free safe within the room, which I found to be very useful. The air conditioning was also on as the outside temperature was very high. There was a huge selection for breakfast, whether you wanted continental breakfast or a hot breakfast.

Gehört in Ústí/Aussig schon zu besseren Hotels. Die Lage ist gut, Parkgarage ist vorhanden, das Frühstück ist ok. Das Personal am Empfang ist toll - Teresa spricht gutes Englisch, beim Frühstück wird auch alles nachgelegt und für Ordnung gesorgt.
Ist nur etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte eine Auffrischung vertragen. Preislich fand ich es beim letzten Besuch mit 114€ etwas teuer.

Vi bokade hotell för en övernattning under vår resa från Sverige till Kroatien. Personal är väldigt trevligt. Vi bokade ett dubbeltrum men fick ett rum med 3 sängar istället (receptionist frågade själv om vi vill ha ett rum med tre sängar istället då det fanns tillgänglit, och för samma pris). Allt var rent och frescht, luktade överallt, även i korridoren. Jag har inte ätit frukost men har sett att det fanns allt möjligt, personalen har fyllt på under tiden vi satt och drack kaffe. Två olika kaffe apparater, så det finns kaffe för olika smak.
Definitivt kommer komma tillbaka.

Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Können nicht deutsche sprechen, aber englisch war kein Problem. öffeentl. Parkplatz gegenüber vom Hotel (nur Sa+So ohne Gebühr) oder in der Tiefgarage (ca. € 6,70 pro Nacht). Frühstück ist sehr umfangreich. Frühstückzeiten von 6:30-10:30 empfand ich als sehr angenehm. check-out war sehr schnell und völlig unkompliziert. Da das Hotel direkt im Zentrum ist (aber nachts hat man seine Ruhe) ist alles fussläufig zu erreichen. Auch der Bahnhof ist nicht weit weg

Ich habe mich während meiner Geschäftsreise kurzfristig von unterwegs über die mobile Buchungsapp für das Hotel entschieden. Es ist sehr modern, das Personal an der Rezeption ist ausgesprochen freundlich und die Lage ist sehr zentral in Usti.Parkmöglichkeiten neben sowie im Hotel sind ausreichedn vorhanden. Das Zimmer war sehr modern und sauber. Das Frühstück ist im Restaurant, das allerdings etwas den Charme einer Jugendherbergsbewirtung hat. Fühstücksleistung an sich gut.
Zusammenfassend hat es mir in dem Hotel sehr gut gefallen und ich habe mich wohl und sicher gefült.

Der Aufenthalt im Hotel war wirklich sehr angenehm. Der Checkliste verlief ohne Probleme. Die Mitarbeiter waren bemüht deutsch oder auch englisch zu sprechen. Um den Fahrstuhl nutzen zu können, muss vorher im Fahrstuhl die Zimmerkarte zur Legitimation einführen. Erst dann fährt der Fahrstuhl los. Etwas fremd, aber die Mitarbeiter waren stets zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Das DZ war ausgestattet mit Klimaanlage, safe, bad mit wanne ...

Hotellet holdt god standard, og var sentralt plassert i Usti. Usti er i seg selv ikke en stor og innholdsrikt by, men hotellet var i passe avstand til de lille byen hadde å tilby. Rommene var rene og virket nok så nye. Betjeningen var ikke veldig gode i engelsk, og dette førte til en del vanskeligheter. Heldigvis var det en i betjeningen som kunne hjelpe, men dette var som sagt bare en av de ansatte.
Frokosten var grei, men de i vårt reisefølge som var der en dag ekstra opplevde at beleggingen på hotellet var for liten til at det ble opprettholdt vanlig frokost(de fikk lov å velge et par ting fra en meny, som var under det man kunne forvente av et hotell når det kommer til kvaliteten).
